The invention relates to a security envelope, especially for containers, capable of providing protection against opening. The invention also relates to an object covered with such a security envelope and a method for writing at least one piece of information about the sleeve and / or the security band of such a security envelope.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In some areas, it is important to provide devices on containers to ensure their non-opening, in particular to avoid counterfeits type offense of filling. Thus, it is known to cover the neck of the receptacle provided with a cap with a heat-shrinkable plastic sleeve. To open the container, it is necessary to remove the heat shrunk sleeve, which requires destroying it.

However, it has been found that some counterfeiters nevertheless managed to replace the sleeve, or to put a new one that thermoforment directly on the container. It has since been proposed the use of more sophisticated sleeves to increase the anti-opening protection.

It therefore appeared a need to sophisticated anti-openness protection. In this respect, the plaintiff has proposed in the document FR2754375 a security envelope comprising a sleeve of heat-shrinkable plastic material provided on its inner face with a holographic element and a tear strip passing behind the holographic element in order to tear the holographic element at the opening of the envelope. The holographic element is transferable to the wall of the container facing, so that any manipulation of the security envelope has the effect of automatically destroying the transferred holographic element.

The plaintiff also proposed in the document FR2778892 a heat-shrinkable plastic shroud which is provided on its inner side with a tear strip and a metallised identification strip which extends parallel to the tear strip and is sandwiched between the face internal sleeve and an adhesive side of the tear strip.

The document JP 2006 123917 discloses a security envelope according to the preamble of claim 1.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention aims to provide a new security envelope, especially for containers, having an increased level of security.

PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

With a view to achieving this object, a security envelope is proposed for covering an object, in particular a container, comprising a heat-shrinkable plastic sleeve which is equipped on its outer surface with a security strip made of a delaminable multilayer material. sleeve having at least one cutting line passing under the strip.

During an attempt to remove the sleeve, it will tear along the cutting line, which causes at least partial delamination of the strip, thus leaving a visible trace of fraudulent handling of the sleeve.

According to a particular aspect of the invention, the strip is opaque and the sleeve is equipped on its internal face with transferable impressions on a wall of the object which are hidden by the strip.

Thus, security information can be printed on the object, without even the counterfeiter can spot them. Once the sleeve is open, these impressions that have been transferred to the wall of the object are then fully visible.

It also proposes an object covered with such a security envelope and a method of writing at least one information on the sleeve and / or the security band of such a security envelope.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

With reference to the figure 1 , the security envelope according to the invention comprises a sleeve 1 of heat-shrinkable plastic material cut in a sheath made with a film in said material. The sleeve 1 is equipped on its outer face with a safety strip 2 of delaminable multilayer material which extends substantially along a generatrix of the sleeve so that when the sleeve is placed on the neck of a container, the strip extends substantially vertically.

The sleeve is for example made in a monolayer polyester film (such as PET) stretched to give it a preferred direction of retraction. Alternatively, the sleeve is made of a multilayer heat shrinkable material. Said heat-shrinkable multilayer material consists for example of various delaminable layers.

The security strip 2 is cut from a flat material made up of various delaminable layers, including an adhesive layer enabling it to be bonded against the sleeve 1. For example, a multilayer material will be used which comprises an adhesive layer, a polypropylene layer, and an outer layer here constituted of a secure coating that can receive security signs. The outer layer may for example be paper, plastic or have embossed inscriptions.

Preferably, the multilayer material of the secure strip is not heat-shrinkable. In this way it is easier to write security signs on the security band. In addition, the portion of the sleeve covered by the safety band will be less subject to retraction than the rest of the sleeve, which will also facilitate the possible inclusion of security signs on this part of the sleeve.

The sleeve 1 comprises cutting lines 3, 4 (represented here in dotted lines), for example made by microperforations, one of which extends under the strip 2. The cutting lines define on the sleeve a removable portion 5 which is removed when the sleeve is cut. The envelope of the invention is then threaded onto the neck of a container closed by a stopper, then heated to cause heat shrinkage of the sleeve on the neck of the container, covering at least one edge of the stopper. The whole forms an envelope that seals the cap on the neck.

The only way to access the stopper is to tear the security envelope along the cut lines 3,4. For this, the user grasps the upper end of the security band, which acts as a tear strip (also called tirecelle) and pulls on it.

The result is then visible at figure 2 on which it is found that the removable portion 5 was removed by being cut along the cutting lines 3,4, which caused the delamination of the safety band 2, a portion 2A remained attached to the portion of the sleeve 1 remained in place on the container. Thus, the security band 2 is separated into several elements and it is no longer possible to redial, its constituent elements being delaminated and separated. It is then very difficult to try to put back the sleeve on the container.

According to a first variant illustrated in figure 3a , the sleeve 1 similar to that just described has security signs 20 (only one of which is shown here). In addition, the security band 2 also has security signs 21 (only one of which is illustrated here) which are arranged here on the secure coating of the material forming the safety band 2.

The security signs 20, 21 of the sleeve 1 and the security band 2 may comprise, for example, a numerical code, a barcode, a QR-type code (two-dimensional barcode), a number, a holographic element , a logo ...

Preferably, the security signs on the sleeve 1 and / or the security strip 2 include data that is specific to the object that the security envelope is intended to cover. For example, at least one of the security signs is established from a unique identification code that is specific to the object to be covered. The security sign thus varies from one object to another, which reinforces the security of the envelope.

The security signs 20,21 are here arranged on the outer faces of the sleeve 1 and the safety band 2 so as to be visible when the security envelope of the invention covers an object. In this way, the various security signs make it possible to reinforce the security of the envelope.

In addition, when pulling on the security band 2, the security signs 21 carried by the security band 2 are destroyed or at least deteriorated due to the separation of the security band 2 into several elements. It is therefore extremely difficult to recompose the security signs by trying to replace the safety band 2 on the sleeve 1, which further enhances the security of the security envelope.

According to one particular embodiment, the envelope comprises a security sign 23 which is arranged on the envelope so as to extend astride the outer face of the sleeve 1 and on the outer face of the security band 2. In this way, when we shoot at the safety band 2, said security sign 23 is destroyed, or at least damaged, due to the separation of the security band 2 into several elements and the separation of the security band 2 from the rest of the sleeve 1.

According to a second variant illustrated in Figures 4 and 5 , the sleeve 1 similar to that which has just been described, further comprises on its internal face 6 transferable impressions on the wall of the container which also form a safety sign. It may be for example logos (illustrated by the "A" in the figure) previously printed on the inner face of the sleeve 1, whose contour is microperforated. The surface of the prints 6 is preferably coated with heat-activated glue, also called heat-sensitive glue, so that when the sleeve is heat-shrunk, the portion of the sleeve that carries the impressions 6 sticks to the wall of the container. The surface of the transferable prints 6 may, however, be coated with any type of adhesive material allowing adhesion of the prints 6 to the wall of the container. The adhesive material can thus also be a cold glue.

Preferably, the prints extend under the security strip 2, and more particularly under the portion thereof which is removed with the removable portion 5 of the sleeve.

Thus, with reference to Figures 6 to 8 when removing said removable portion, the impressions remain in place on the wall of the container and mark the container itself: the security sign has thus remained invisible from the outside until the rupture of the sleeve. Indeed, we see at the figure 7 the safety sign is not visible from the outside as long as the sleeve is in place on the container.

We see at the figure 8 the result of the partial removal of the sleeve and the figure 6 the result of the total removal of the sleeve. The prints 6 remained on the surface of the container and become apparent.

The transferable impressions may alternatively comprise a numeric code, a barcode, a type QR code (two-dimensional barcode), a number, a holographic element ...

The transferable impressions can of course be arranged on another part of the sleeve that the removable part.

Preferably, the security signs are arranged so as to be destroyed when one pulls on the security band and / or to appear only when one pulls on the security band. To do this, the security band 2 is preferably opaque. Thus, the transferable prints 6 are not visible from the outside when the security band 2 is in place on the sleeve 1.

For example, the security band may be made of transparent materials and comprise at least one layer of opaque agent so that the security band is generally opaque. Preferably, the layer of opaque agent then covers at least the outer face of the security band 2, that is to say the visible face in use of the security band 2. As a variant, the security band may comprise at least one layer of opaque material so that the security band 2 is generally opaque.

Alternatively, the security band is completely transparent, that is to say it allows to clearly view objects through it. The security band may be only partially opaque, a portion of the security band remaining transparent.

The invention lends itself to many variants. Thus, although it has been indicated that the sleeve 1 and the safety band 2 have security signs, the sleeve and the security band may more generally bear information such as, for example, indications relating to the contents of the object covered by the security envelope.

The information written on the security band may for example be written on one of the inner layers of the multilayer material forming the security band: the information will appear as well as when the security band will be broken down into several elements. The security signs, or more generally the information, may be arranged on the outer face and / or the inner face of the safety band.
