Claims (15)
- A method for securing a container (A), notably a bottle, comprising a closure device (C), notably a stopper, in which:- a heat-shrinkable security sleeve (1) is shrunk over a part of the container (A) and the closure device (C), notably over the mouth (26) and the stopper of the bottle, this sleeve (1) being notably heated in order for it to be shrunk around the container (A), notably around the mouth (26) of the bottle, the method being characterized in that the security sleeve (1) comprises at least one security element (4, 5, 7, 8, 13), and in that a capsule (2), notably made of stamped metal or of a metal complex, is fitted over the sleeve (1) in such a way as to cover it only partially, leaving said at least one security element (4, 5, 7, 8, 13) of the sleeve (1) at least partially visible.
- The method as claimed in claim 1, in which the sleeve (1) is arranged in such a way that, when it has been shrunk, it covers the closure device (C) at least partially such that any fraudulent attempt to extract the closure device (C) with the sleeve (1) in place visibly alters the sleeve.
- A secured container (A), notably obtained by the implementation of the method as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2, comprising:- a heat-shrinkable security sleeve (1) fixed by heat-shrinking on the container (A), being notably made in a heat-shrinkable transparent plastics material, the container being characterized in that the security sleeve comprises at least one security element and in that the container comprises a capsule (2), notably made of stamped metal or of a metal complex, covering the sleeve (1) only partially, leaving said at least one security element (4, 5, 7, 8, 13) borne by said sleeve at least partially visible.
- The container as claimed in the preceding claim, the sleeve (1), once shrunk onto the container (A), having a skirt length (Lm ) greater than the length (Lc ) of the capsule (2).
- The container as claimed in claim 3 or 4, the upper part (20) of the sleeve (1) comprising at least one security element (8, 12, 14, 16).
- The container as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 5, the sleeve (1) comprising, preferably in its upper part (20), a release means, notably micro-perforations (11, 22, 24) or micro-cuts (23) and/or a tear tape (9), and bearing preferably at least one security element (12, 14, 16).
- The container as claimed in the preceding claim, the release means consisting of at least one horizontal line of micro-perforations (11) and of at least one vertical line of micro-perforations (22), the horizontal line of micro-perforations (11) being situated above the collar (3) of the container (A) or below the collar (3) of the container (A).
- The container as claimed in claim 6, the release means consisting of two vertical and parallel lines of of micro-cuts (23) and one horizontal line of micro-perforations (11), at right angles to the vertical lines of micro-cuts (23).
- The container as claimed in claim 6, the release means consisting of two parallel and vertical lines of micro-perforations (24) and one tear tape (9) situated between these two lines, the release means of the sleeve (1) being notably placed at the level of at least one of the security elements (8) of the upper part (20) of the sleeve (1).
- The container as claimed in claim 9, the release means comprising a tear tape (9) and the latter bearing an antenna wire (16).
- The container as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 10, at least one security element (5, 8) of the sleeve (1) being an optically variable element, or an identification element and/or an authentication element and/or a traceability element.
- The container as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 11, at least one security element (4, 13) of the sleeve (1) being situated on the inner face thereof and/or at least one security element (5, 8) of the sleeve (1) being situated on the outer face thereof.
- The container as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 12, the sleeve (1) further comprising a code specific to the container (A) and making it possible to address, via a communicating device, a website, the code being notably a two-dimensional barcode.
- A heat-shrinkable security sleeve (1) for the implementation of the method as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2, the sleeve (1) being suitable for being fitted onto the closure device (C) of a container (A), prior to the fitting of a capsule (2), notably made of stamped metal or of a metal complex, the sleeve comprising at least one security element (4, 5, 7, 8, 13),
the sleeve (1) being arranged in such a way that the capsule (2) covers it only partially leaving said at least one security element (4, 5, 8, 13) of the sleeve at least partially visible, the sleeve notably comprising, at least in its lower part not covered by the capsule (2), at least one identifier (7), and having notably in its lower part, notably at the level of the security element (4, 5, 8, 13) and/or of the identifier (7), an opaque appearance providing sufficient contrast, notably for the automatic authentication of the security element and/or the automatic identification of the identifier. - An assembly for securing a container (A) comprising a closure device (C), the assembly comprising:- a heat-shrinkable security sleeve (1) as defined in the preceding claim, and- a capsule (2), notably made of stamped metal or of a metal complex, intended to protect the container (A) at the level of the closure device (C), arranged to cover the sleeve (1) only partially after having been fitted over the latter.
