Claims (7)

  1. Auszeichnungshülle mit einer Zone zur Positionierung (31) wenigstens eines Objekts, wobei die Auszeichnungshülle wenigstens eine aus einem dehnbaren Kunststoff gefertigte Hülle (3) umfasst, die derart ausgeführt ist, dass sie sich an den Umfang wenigstens eines Behälters (2) anpasst, wobei die Hülle (3) einerseits wenigstens eine um ein Gelenk (7) bewegliche Klappe (6) und andererseits Öffnungsmittel (9) umfasst, um die bewegliche Klappe zu öffnen, damit sie eine Öffnungsposition einnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Klappe Abmessungen aufweist, die größer als die oder gleich der Pasitionierungszane (31) sind, so dass sie eine Position zur vollständigen Abdeckung der Positionierungszone (31) einnimmt, um den direkten Zugang zu dem Objekt (4) zu verhindern, und wobei die Positionierungszone (31) einem Teil der Innenseite der Hülle oder der beweglichen Klappe entspricht, um das Objekt zu halten, wobei die Hülle (3) mit wenigstens einem Ausschnitt (16) oder, als Öffnungsmittel, mit wenigstens einer Trennperforation (9) versehen ist, wobei der Ausschnitt (16) und die Trennperforation (9) sich mit wenigstens einem Teil der Positionierungszone (31) deckend angeordnet sind, wobei die bewegliche Klappe (6) entweder durch die in der Hülle (3) angeordnete Trennperforation (9) oder durch eine Kunststofffolie, welche an der Hülle (3) befestigt und mit den Öffnungsmitteln (9) ausgestattet ist, um die bewegliche Klappe um das Gelenk (7) zu öffnen, oder durch wenigstens eine Trennperforation (9), die die Öffnungsmittel bildet und in einer Kunststofffolie ausgebildet ist, welche an der Hülle (3) befestigt und sich mit wenigstens einem Teil der Positionierungszone (31) deckend angeordnet ist, ausgebildet ist, wobei die Auszeichnungshülle wenigstens eine Originalitätskontrolle für das Objekt umfasst, die ermöglicht, sichtbar zu machen, dass die bewegliche Klappe (6) geöffnet worden ist.
  2. Auszeichnungshülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Klappe (6) durch einen Teil der Hülle (3) ausgebildet ist, der durch eine die Hülle (3) unversehrt erhaltende Trennperforation (9) begrenzt ist.
  3. Auszeichnungshülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Klappe (6) mit Hilfe von Mitteln zum lösbaren Verbinden (13), die durch ein wieder positionierbares doppelseitiges Klebeband oder durch ein wieder positionierbares Haftetikett gebildet sind, wieder in der Abdeckungsposition angeordnet wird.
  4. Auszeichnungshülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die bewegliche Klappe (6) über die gesamte Höhe oder einen Teil der Höhe der Hülle erstreckt.
  5. Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er über seinen Umfang eine Auszeichnungshülle (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 umfasst, die wenigstens eine Positionierungszone (31) für ein Objekt und wenigstens eine um ein Gelenk (7) bewegliche Klappe (6) umfasst.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungszone (31) der Hülle zur Positionierung eines Objekts (4), das zwischen dieser Hüllenzone und dem Behälter angeordnet ist, dient.
  7. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungszone (31) der Hülle durch wenigstens einen Ausschnitt (16) und/oder eine Trennperforation (9), welche(r) das Objekt, das dazu bestimmt ist, durch die bewegliche Klappe gehalten zu werden, im Wesentlichen umgibt, realisiert ist.
