Claims (6)

  1. Séparateur électrostatique permettant de nettoyer des gaz de fumée chargés en particules comprenant :
    a) une entrée des gaz de fumée (2),
    b) des moyens (6) permettant de charger électriquement des particules ayant une connexion haute tension (7),
    c) des surfaces de séparation comprenant une chambre de séparation (1) et une électrode formant écran (11) ayant un potentiel de référence par rapport au potentiel de la connexion haute tension (7), une différence de potentiel électrique étant présente, entre le potentiel de référence et le potentiel de la connexion haute tension (7),
    d) un isolateur haute tension (4) situé entre la connexion haute tension (7) et les surfaces de séparation (1, 11),
    l'électrode formant écran (11) étant installée autour des moyens (6) permettant de charger électriquement des particules pour protéger l'isolateur haute tension,
    les moyens (6) permettant de charger électriquement des particules comprenant une électrode de champ de verrouillage (12) permettant de produire un champ de verrouillage électrique, le champ de verrouillage s'étendant sur un intervalle situé entre l'électrode de champ de verrouillage (12) et l'électrode formant écran (11),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'électrode formant écran (11) est installée perpendiculairement à l'entrée des gaz de fumée (2), et
    l'électrode formant écran (11) est montée concentriquement autour de l'électrode de champ de verrouillage (12) et l'intervalle est un intervalle annulaire.
  2. Séparateur électrostatique conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins une surface de séparation (1, 11) est installée concentriquement autour des moyens (6) permettant de charger des particules.
  3. Séparateur électrostatique conforme à l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens (6) permettant de charger électriquement des particules comportent des épaississements radiaux (9) à l'extérieur de l'électrode formant écran, des fentes annulaires étant présentes entre les épaississements radiaux (9), et la paroi du séparateur électrostatique (1).
  4. Séparateur électrostatique conforme à la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'épaississement radial (9) et l'électrode de champ de verrouillage (12) forment une électrode continue.
  5. Séparateur électrostatique conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens (6) permettant de charger électriquement des particules comportent une électrode de Corona (10) à leur extrémité éloignée.
  6. Séparateur électrostatique conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'isolateur haute tension (4) est situé au-dessus du champ de verrouillage.
