  • each gas circulating means will mainly draw gas from the closest gas treatment compartment, but since the compartment 8 is common to the gas treatment compartments 10, 12, 14, 16 each gas circulating means may also draw gas from the other gas treatment compartments.
  • the gas circulating means provided closest to the closed gas treatment compartment may then draw air from the adjacent gas treatment compartment and thus the upwardly directed gas flow may be maintained all along the length of the product carrying unit 4.

Claims (15)

  1. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung zur Behandlung von Produkten, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    eine ein Produkt tragende Einheit (4), die sich entlang einer längs gerichteten Produkttransportrichtung erstreckt und mit mehreren Öffnungen (20) versehen ist, die dafür ausgelegt sind, eine nach oben gerichtete Gasströmung durch die Öffnungen (20) und vorbei an den Produkten zu ermöglichen, wodurch mindestens teilweise ein Fließbett von Produkten bereitgestellt wird,
    Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1), und
    Gaszirkulationsmittel (20, 22, 24, 26),
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine erste Kammer, die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Gasströmung von der ein Produkt tragenden Einheit (4) nach unten entlang einer ersten Außenseite der Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) zu führen;
    wobei die Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) einen Einlass (10-4) an einer ersten Höhe und einen Auslass (10-5) an einer zweiten Höhe aufweisen, wobei die zweite Höhe höher als die erste Höhe ist, wodurch eine nach oben gerichtete Gasströmung durch die Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) bereitgestellt wird, und
    wobei die Gaszirkulationsmittel (20, 22, 24, 26) dafür ausgelegt sind, das Gas aus dem Auslass (10-5) der Gasbehandlungsmittel nach unten entlang einer zweiten Außenseite (8) der Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) quer entegengesetzt zu der ersten Außenseite zu ziehen, und um die nach oben gerichtete Gasströmung durch die Öffnungen der ein Produkt tragenden Einheit (4) bereitzustellen.
  2. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Kammer mit einer ersten Querschnittsfläche (c1) an einer ersten Position und mit einer zweiten Querschnittsfläche (c2) an einer zweiten Position versehen ist, wobei die zweite Position nach der ersten Position angeordnet ist, wenn dies entlang eines Gaszirkulationsweges betrachtet wird, und wobei die erste Querschnittsfläche (c1) kleiner als die zweite Querschnittsfläche (c2) ist.
  3. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei sich die erste Position entlang der ersten Seite befindet und wobei sich die zweite Position unterhalb des Einlasses (10-4) der Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) befindet.
  4. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die erste Außenseite der Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) in eine Richtung zeigt, die der ein Produkt tragenden Einheit (4) abgewandt ist.
  5. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, die ferner ein Schließmittel (10-3) umfasst, das an den Gasbehandlungsmitteln (10-1) angeordnet ist, um mindestens teilweise die Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) zu schließen.
  6. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Schließmittel (10-3) nach dem Auslass (10-4) bereitgestellt ist, wenn dies entlang eines Gaszirkulationsweges betrachtet wird.
  7. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, das ferner auf der zweiten Außenseite der Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) eine zweite Kammer (8) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, die nach unten gerichtete Gasströmung entlang der zweiten Außenseite der Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) zu führen.
  8. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner mehrere Gasbehandlungsmittel umfasst, wobei ein Schließmittel an jedem Gasbehandlungsmittel angeordnet ist, um mindestens teilweise jedes Gasbehandlungsmittel zu schließen.
  9. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei jedes Gasbehandlungsmittel einen Einlass und einen Auslass aufweist, wobei der Auslass an einer Höhe bereitgestellt ist, die höher ist als die Höhe des Einlasses, wodurch eine nach oben gerichtete Gasströmung durch jedes Gasbehandlungsmittel bereitgestellt wird.
  10. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Schließmittel jedes Gasbehandlungsmittels nach dem Auslass bereitgestellt ist, wenn dies entlang eines Gaszirkulationsweges betrachtet wird.
  11. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei die Gasbehandlungsmittel entlang der ein Produkt tragenden Einheit (4) angeordnet sind.
  12. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei sich die erste Kammer in Längsrichtung entlang der ein Produkt tragenden Einheit und vorbei an den mehreren Gasbehandlungsmitteln erstreckt, und wobei die erste Kammer dafür ausgelegt ist, die Gasströmung von der ein Produkt tragenden Einheit (4) nach unten entlang einer ersten Außenseite jedes Gasbehandlungsmittels zu führen.
  13. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, wobei sich die zweite Kammer (8) in Längsrichtung entlang der ein Produkt tragenden Einheit (4) und vorbei an den mehreren Gasbehandlungsmitteln erstreckt.
  14. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) dafür ausgelegt sind, um die nach oben gerichtete Gasströmung durch die Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) zu kühlen.
  15. Strömungsgefriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei die Gasbehandlungsmittel (10-1) ein Verdampfer sind.
