Claims (7)

  1. Beschichtetes Papier mit hoher Bedruckbarkeit, umfassend ein Papiersubstrat, das wenigstens eine beschichtete Seite aufweist, wobei die Beschichtung eine im Wesentlichen gleichmäfsig dicke Schicht einer Zusammensetzung umfasst, die ein Polymermaterial auf Polyurethanbasis in einem Prozentanteil zwischen 65 und 90 Gewichts-% des Gesamtgewichts und Latex in einem Prozentanteil zwischen 5 und 20 Gewichts-% des Gesamtgewichts enthält, wobei die Zusammensetzung Talkum in einem Prozentanteil von weniger als 20 Gewichts-% des Gesamtgewichts enthält, wobei das Polymermaterial auf Polyurethanbasis ein filmbildendes Haftmittel umfasst, das Dispersionen von anionischen Urethanpolymeren mit aliphatischen starren Segmenten und flexiblen Polyether- und Polyestersegmenten umfasst, wobei die Zusammensetzung auf wenigstens einer Seite in einer Menge zwischen 3 g/m2 und 15 g/m2, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 g/m2 und 10 g/m2 aufgebracht ist, wobei das Talkum einen mittleren Durchmesser von 2,0 Mikrometern und eine solche Partikelgrößenverteilung aufweist, dass wenigstens 45% der Partikel einen Durchmesser von weniger als 2 Mikrometern aufweisen.
  2. Beschichtetes Papier mit hoher Bedruckbarkeit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Papiersubstrat eine Grammatur zwischen 85 g/m2 und 400 g/m2 aufweist.
  3. Beschichtetes Papier mit hoher Bedruckbarkeit nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Latex vom Typ SBR (Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk) ist.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von beschichtetem Papier mit hoher Bedruckbarkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst, dass auf wenigstens einer Seite eines Papiersubstrats durch Beschichten eine Zusammensetzung aufgebracht wird, die ein Polymermaterial auf Polyurethanbasis in einem Prozentanteil zwischen 65 und 90 Gewichts-% des Gesamtgewichts und Latex in einem Prozentanteil zwischen 5 und 20 Gewichts-% des Gesamtgewichts enthält, wobei die Zusammensetzung Talkum in einem Prozentanteil von weniger als 20 Gewichts-% des Gesamtgewichts enthält, wobei das Polymermaterial auf Polyurethanbasis ein filmbildendes Haftmittel umfasst, das Dispersionen von anionischen Urethanpolymeren mit aliphatischen starren Segmenten und flexiblen Polyether- und Polyestersegmenten umfasst, wobei die Zusammensetzung auf wenigstens eine Seite in einer Menge zwischen 3 g/m2 und 15 g/m2, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 g/m2 und 10 g/m2 aufgebracht wird, wobei das Talkum einen mittleren Durchmesser von 2,0 Mikrometern und eine solche Partikelgrößenverteilung aufweist, dass wenigstens 45% der Partikel einen Durchmesser von weniger als 2 Mikrometern aufweisen.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung Talkum in einem Prozentanteil von weniger als 20 Gewichts-% des Gesamtgewichts enthält.
  6. Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung eine Luftmesserbeschichtung umfasst.
  7. Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur des Bandes von beschichtetem Papier unter 30°C gehalten wird.
