Claims (18)

  1. Seideneffektpapiermaterial, umfassend ein Substrat, gebildet aus einer Mischung aus Zellstofffasern und Faser mit einer Basis aus natürlicher und/oder synthetischer Seide, und enthaltend mindestens einen Polymerstoff, geeignet, um die Fasermischung zu verstärken, sowie einen anorganischen Füllstoff, und aufweisend mindestens eine Oberfläche, behandelt mit mindestens einem Oberflächenkleber und einem Weichmacher, sodass das Papiermaterial eine seidenähnliche Haptik besitzt, wobei die Fasermischung bis zu 10 % Fasern mit einer Basis aus natürlicher und/oder synthetischer Seide an der Gesamtmenge der Fasern enthält, wobei die behandelte Oberfläche mit einer Glanzbeschichtung versehen ist, gebildet aus einem oder mehreren bindenden Polymeren und/oder Wachsen, vermischt mit Pigmenten.
  2. Papiermaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Polymerstoff, der im Substrat enthalten ist, ein oder mehrere kolophoniumbasierte und/oder epichlorhydrinbasierte Harze und/oder modifizierte Stärken umfasst.
  3. Papiermaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich beim anorganischen Füllstoff um einen Mineralfüllstoff handelt, der einen oder mehrere Stoffe umfasst, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Carbonaten, Kaolinen, Talk und Mischungen davon.
  4. Papiermaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich beim Oberflächenkleber um einen Kleber mit einer Stärke- und/oder Polyvinylalkohol- und/oder Acryl-, Polyurethan- und/oder Styrol-Butadien-Polymer-Basis handelt.
  5. Papiermaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Weichmacher Sorbit und/oder Glycerin umfasst.
  6. Papiermaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Glanzbeschichtung Pigmente mit einer lamellaren oder flachen Struktur umfasst wie z. B. gefälltes Calciumcarbonat (PCC), kalzinierte und/oder lamellare Kaoline, in Kombination mit ausgerichteten und/oder irisierenden Metallpigmenten mit lamellarer Struktur.
  7. Papiermaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die bindenden Polymere polyurethanbasierte und/oder silikonbasierte Polymere umfassen.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung des Papiermaterials nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend folgende Schritte:
    (a) Vorbereiten eines wässrigen Breis aus Zellstofffasern und Fasern mit einer Basis aus natürlicher und/oder synthetischer Seide, wobei dieser Brei mindestens einen Polymerstoff enthält, geeignet, um die Fasermischung zu verstärken, sowie einen anorganischen Füllstoff;
    (b) Beseitigen des Wassers aus dem Brei, um ein Substrat des Papiermaterials zu bilden, und
    (c) Behandeln mindestens einer Oberfläche des Substrats mit mindestens einem Oberflächenkleber und einem Weichmacher, sodass dem Papiermaterial eine seidenähnliche Haptik verliehen wird, wobei die Fasermischung Fasern mit einer Basis aus natürlicher und/oder synthetischer Seide in einer Menge bis zu zirka 10 % der gesamten Fasermenge enthält, wobei das Verfahren zudem einen Schritt des Auftragens einer Glanzbeschichtung auf die behandelte Oberfläche umfasst, wobei die Glanzbeschichtung durch ein oder mehrere bindende Polymere und/oder Wachse, vermischt mit Pigmenten, gebildet ist.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Polymerstoff, der im Substrat enthalten ist, ein oder mehrere kolophoniumbasierte und/oder epichlorhydrinbasierte Harze und/oder modifizierte Stärken umfasst.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, wobei es sich beim anorganischen Füllstoff um einen Mineralfüllstoff handelt, der einen oder mehrere Stoffe umfasst, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Carbonaten, Kaolinen, Talk und Mischungen davon.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei es sich beim Oberflächenkleber um einen Kleber mit einer Stärke- und/oder Polyvinylalkohol- und/oder Acryl-, Polyurethan- und/oder Styrol-Butadien-Polymer-Basis handelt.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei der Weichmacher Sorbit und/oder Glycerin umfasst.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, umfassend nach der Oberflächenbehandlung mit dem Kleber und dem Weichmacher einen Schritt des Glättens des Substrats, wobei das Substrat bis zu Rauheitswerten nach Bendtsen ISO 2494 von weniger als zirka 50 ml/min geglättet wird, vorzugsweise von weniger als zirka 30 ml/min und als Anhaltswert von rund 20 ml/min.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, wobei die Beschichtung Pigmente mit einer lamellaren oder flachen Struktur umfasst wie z. B. gefälltes Calciumcarbonat (PCC), kalzinierte und/oder lamellare Kaoline, in Kombination mit ausgerichteten und irisierenden Metallpigmenten mit lamellarer Struktur.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, wobei die bindenden Polymere polyurethanbasierte und/oder silikonbasierte Polymere umfassen.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, wobei der Schritt des Auftragens der Glanzbeschichtung mit einer Beschichtungsmaschine mit Luftmesser oder Flächenspachtel durchgeführt wird.
  17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, umfassend einen Schritt des Trocknens der Beschichtung, durchgeführt in einem Infrarotofen und/oder einem Heißluftofen bei einer Temperatur zwischen zirka 100 °C und zirka 180 °C und mit einer Trocknungszeit zwischen zirka 0,5 und zirka 4 Minuten.
  18. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 17, umfassend einen Schritt der mechanischen Bearbeitung der Oberfläche, versehen mit der Glanzbeschichtung, insbesondere einen Schritt zum Glätten und/oder einen Schritt zum Prägen.
