  • Such a configuration of the elongated element 6 is particularly advantageous as the inertial momentum is extremely low and the elongated element can be manufactured very quickly. Furthermore such a configuration allows the elongated element to be lightly and elastically bent in case the machine 1 slides on a floor 300 which is not perfectly smooth. In practise, the flattened shape of the elongated element, consequently its capacity of lightly bending, allows the squeegee to adapt to the different surfaces of the floor without any rotational coupling between the squeegee and the elongated element.
  • first portion 6a of said elongated element 6 is provided with a hole 6c that is concentric to said vertical shaft 3. Said hole 6c can be obtained during the same operation for manufacturing the elongated element thus reducing costs and saving money.

  • said rotating means 5 comprise a connecting element 9 that is provided with a first end 9a rotatably freely coupled around a first horizontal axis X to the second portion 6b of said elongated element 6, and a second end 9b freely rotatably coupled about a second horizontal axis Y to said at least one squeegee 4.
  • Said connecting element 9 comprises two different rods 60, 61 that pivot about two hinges 30, 31 connected to the end 50 of the second portion 6b of said elongated element 6. In such a case said elongated element 6 is coupled indirectly to said squeegee 4.

  • Said friction reducing means 10 are arranged into the inner portion 6d of said hole 6c and they can be chosen between a bushing or a ball bearing (both alternatives not shown), which can be separated from the hole 6 or formed in one piece with said hole 6.
  • said friction reducing means 10 comprise a plurality 14 of spherical balls 14a that roll on the external surface 18 of said shaft 3.
  • each ball 14a is radially arranged into the inner portion 6d of said hole 6c and housed in a cavity 16 of said inner portion 6d.

  • said first portion 6a of said elongated element 6 is substantially circular and the second portion 6b of said horizontal elongated element 6 is substantially rectangular.
  • the applicant has advantageously found out that the ratio of the transversal dimensions D of the first portion 6a of said horizontal elongated element 6 to the transversal dimensions L of the second portion 6b of said elongated element has to be comprised between 1 and 5, preferably 4, in order to obtain the most efficient rotation of said rotating means 5 around the shaft 3.

Claims (13)

  1. Bodenreinigungsmaschine (1), umfassend wenigstens eine Bürste (2), die über eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Welle (3) angetrieben werden kann, um sich zu drehen, wenigstens einen Wischer (4), der an der Rückseite der wenigstens einen Bürste (2) entgegengesetzt zur Bewegungsrichtung der Bodenreinigungsmaschine (1) angeordnet ist, sowie Mittel (5) zum Drehen des wenigstens einen Wischers (4) zumindest teilweise um die wenigstens eine Bürste (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Drehen (5) ein längliches Element (6) umfassen, das mit einem ersten Teil (6a) versehen ist, der frei drehbar mit der vertikalen Welle (3) verbunden ist, und einem zweiten Teil (6b), der direkt oder indirekt mit dem wenigstens einen Wischer (4) verbunden ist.
  2. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längliche Elementes (6) horizontal angeordnet und im Wesentlichen flach ist.
  3. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (6a) des länglichen Elements (6) mit einer Bohrung (6c) versehen ist, die konzentrisch zur vertikalen Welle (3) ist.
  4. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Drehen (5) ein Verbindungselement (9) umfassen, das mit einem ersten Ende (9a) versehen ist, das frei drehbar um eine erste horizontale Achse (X) mit dem zweiten Teil (6b) des länglichen Elements (6) verbunden ist, und einem zweiten Ende (9b), das frei drehbar um eine zweite horizontale Achse (Y) mit dem wenigstens einen Wischer (4) verbunden ist.
  5. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (10) zur Verminderung der Reibung zwischen dem horizontalen länglichen Element (6) und der vertikalen Welle (3) zumindest während ihrer relativen Drehung umfasst, wobei die reibungsvermindernden Mittel (10) im inneren Teil (6d) der Bohrung (6c) angeordnet sind.
  6. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (10) zur Verminderung der Reibung eine Buchse umfassen.
  7. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (10) zur Verminderung der Reibung ein Kugellager umfassen.
  8. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (10) zur Verminderung der Reibung einstückig mit der Bohrung (6) ausgeführt sind.
  9. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (10) zur Verminderung der Reibung mehrere (14) Kugeln umfassen, die auf der Außenfläche (18) der Welle (3) laufen, wobei die Kugeln (14) jeweils radial im inneren Teil (6d) der Bohrung (6d) angeordnet und in einem Hohlraum (16) des inneren Teils (6c) untergebracht sind.
  10. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (3) eine Laufbahn (17) für die mehreren Kugeln umfasst.
  11. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen elektrischen Motor (5) umfasst, um die vertikale Welle (3) in Drehung zu versetzen.
  12. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (6a) des länglichen Elements (6) im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ist und der zweite Teil (6b) des horizontalen länglichen Elementes (6) im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist.
  13. Bodenreinigungsmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Querabmessungen D des ersten Teils (6a) des horizontalen länglichen Elements (6) zu den Querabmessungen des zweiten Teils (6b) L des länglichen Elements zwischen 1 und 5 liegt.
