Claims (25)

- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'absorption (25) dans le four à passage continu (4) sont déplacés pendant le passage du tapis de matière à presser (14) le plus près possible du tapis de matière à presser (14).
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'absorption (25) utilisés sont des pierres absorbantes ou des réservoirs d'eau.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des réflecteurs renvoient le rayonnement diffusé excédentaire dans le tapis de matière à presser (14).
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les générateurs de micro-ondes (26) sont automatiquement arrêtés dans les zones du four à passage continu (4) où le tapis de matière à presser (14) n'est pas transporté et/ou là où des corps étrangers métalliques ont été détectés.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la puissance de refroidissement nécessaire est transformée par une récupération de chaleur résiduelle à des fins de chauffage collectif.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pendant son passage à travers le four à passage continu (4), le tapis de matière à presser (14) est surveillé pour vérifier l'absence d'étincelles ou d'incendies.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les étincelles et/ou incendies qui se produisent sont éteints automatiquement.
- Dispositif pour le préchauffage d'un tapis de matière à presser (14) dispersé sur une bande de formage (6) circulant en continu au cours de la fabrication de panneaux de matériau à base de bois, dans lequel le dispositif est conçu comme un four à passage continu (4) dans lequel sont disposés pour le préchauffage du tapis de matière à presser (14) des générateurs de micro-ondes (26) pour la génération de micro-ondes directionnelles dans une plage de fréquences de 2400-2500 MHz vers un côté de la surface du tapis de matière à presser (14) ou les deux, caractérisé en ce que 20 à 300 générateurs de micro-ondes (26) à magnétrons (20) d'une puissance de 3 à 50 kW sont disposés dans le four à passage continu (4) pour chaque côté de surface à presser.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15, caractérisé en ce qu'un séparateur de métaux (13) est disposé dans le sens de production (3) dans le four à passage continu (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que des capteurs (29) sont disposés dans ou avant le four à passage continu (4) pour déterminer la largeur et la hauteur du tapis de matière à presser (14).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur et/ou la largeur de l'entrée (27) et/ou de la sortie (28) du four à passage continu (4) sont modifiables.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'absorption mobiles (25) sont disposés pour modifier l'entrée (27) ou la sortie (28).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'absorption (25) sont des pierres absorbantes et/ou des réservoirs d'eau.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 15 à 20, caractérisé en ce que des réflecteurs sont disposés en plus ou à la place des éléments d'absorption (25) dans le four à passage continu (4).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 15 à 21, caractérisé en ce que les différentes pièces d'un générateur de micro-ondes (26) dans le four à passage continu (4), telles que le magnétron (20), le circulateur (21) et le tuner (22), sont de construction modulaire et peuvent être échangées rapidement en cas de défaut ou pour l'entretien.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 15 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le générateur de micro-ondes (26) est construit dans le four à passage continu (4) comme un module propre.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 15 à 23, caractérisé en ce que des capteurs sont disposés dans ou sur le four à passage continu (4) pour détecter les étincelles et/ou les incendies dans ou sur le tapis de matière à presser (14).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des moyens pour éteindre un incendie sont prévus dans et/ou sur le four à passage continu (4).
