Abstract

Die Vorrichtung dient zum Aufschäumen von Produkten und weist einen Aufnahmebehälter zur Bevorratung des Produktes sowie einen am Aufnahmebehälter (1) befestigten verschlußartigen Applikator (4) auf. Der Applikator verbindet einen Innenraum des Aufnahmebehälters mit einer Umgebung. Darüber hinaus weist der Applikator im Bereich einer Abgabeöffnung (9) ein Abgabeelement (6) auf, das mit einer Vielzahl relativ zur Größe der Abgabeöffnung kleindimensionierter Ausströmkanäle versehen ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufschäumen von Produkten, die einen Aufnahmebehälter zur Bevorratung des Produktes sowie einen am Aufnahmebehälter befestigten verschlußartigen Applikator aufweist, der einen Innenraum des Aufnahmebehälters mit einer Umgebung verbindet.
  • Derartige Aufnahmebehälter mit Applikatoren werden beispielsweise zur Bevorratung und zur Applikation von kosmetischen Produkten verwendet. Beispielsweise können dies Duschgele, Haarschampoos oder Rasiercremes sein.
  • Die verwendeten Applikatoren dienen zum einen zum Dosieren des Produktes, darüber hinaus ist bei vielen Anwendungen auch ein Aufschäumen des Produktes bei der Applikation erwünscht. Die bislang bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Aufschäumen von Produkten sind noch nicht dazu in der Lage, alle Anforderungen zu erfüllen, die an eine für den Benutzer angenehme Verwendung, eine zuverlässige Funktion und darüber hinaus an eine preiswerte Herstellung gestellt werden.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Vorrichtung der einleitend genannten Art derart zu konstruieren, daß bei einfachem Aufbau eine hohe Funktionalität und eine gute Gebrauchsqualität erreicht wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Applikator im Bereich einer Abgabeöffnung ein Abgabeelement aufweist, das mit einer Vielzahl relativ zur Größe der Abgabeöffnung klein dimensionierter Ausströmkanäle versehen ist.
  • Die Verwendung des Abgabeelementes mit einer Vielzahl klein dimensionierter Ausströmkanäle unterstützt zum einen eine einfache Auswaschbarkeit des Applikatorkopfes, so daß bei einem eventuellen teilweisen oder vollständigen Verschließen eines oder mehrerer Ausströmkanäle durch ein Auswaschen die ursprüngliche Funktion einfach und schnell wieder hergestellt werden kann. Die Vielzahl der klein dimensionierten Ausströmkanäle fördert darüber hinaus eine intensive Schaumbildung des Produktes, da aufgrund einer erfolgenden mechanischen Reibung Luft in das Produkt hineingerieben werden kann und hierdurch der Aufschäumvorgang unterstützt wird.
  • Gemäß einer Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, daß das Abgabeelement gitterartig ausgebildet ist.
  • Ebenfalls ist daran gedacht, daß das Abgabeelement netzartig ausgebildet ist.
  • Darüber hinaus ist es auch möglich, daß das Abgabeelement gazeartig ausgebildet ist.
  • Eine weitere Realisierung besteht darin, daß das Abgabeelement fliesartig ausgebildet ist. Darüber hinaus kann auch offenporiger Schaumstoff zur Anwendung kommen.
  • Eine besonders weiche Ausbildung wird dadurch bereitgestellt, daß das Abgabeelement aus einem textilen Material ausgebildet ist, oder beflockt ist.
  • Zur Unterstützung des Aufschäumvorganges wird vorgeschlagen, daß das Abgabeelement eine mehrlagige Struktur aufweist.
  • Eine gezielte Dosierung wird dadurch unterstützt, daß der Applikator mit einem Verschluß versehen ist.
  • Ein einfacher Aufbau und eine störungsarme Verwendung werden dadurch unterstützt, daß der Verschluß als ein Membranverschluß ausgebildet ist.
  • Eine ergonomische Positionierung bei einer Verwendung wird dadurch unterstützt, daß der Verschluß relativ zu einer Querschnittfläche des Applikators mittig angeordnet ist.
  • Ein preiswerter Aufbau durch Bereitstellung einfach gestalteter Einzelteile wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Applikator ein Sockelelement, ein Abgabeelement sowie ein Fixierelement zur Befestigung des Abgabeelementes aufweist.
  • Eine zuverlässige Befestigung des Abgabeelementes kann dadurch erfolgen, daß das Fixierelement ringartig ausgebildet ist. Insbesondere ist daran gedacht, daß das Abgabeelement zwischen dem Sockelelement und dem Fixierelement eingeklemmt ist.
  • Ein von einem Benutzer als angenehm empfundene Produktabgabe wird dadurch erreicht, daß das Abgabeelement das Sockelelement überspannt.
  • Eine gleichmäßige Produktverteilung wird dadurch unterstützt, daß das Abgabeelement relativ zum Sockelelement beabstandet angeordnet ist. Dies kann beispielsweise durch Distanzstege erfolgen, so daß keine vollflächige Anlage resultiert.
  • Der Abstand zwischen dem Sockelelement und dem Abgabeelement unterstützt sowohl eine Verteilung als auch eine Aufschäumung des Produktes.
  • Zur Bereitstellung eines Vorrates an aufzuschäumendem Produkt wird vorgeschlagen, daß das Sockelelement einen Innenraum begrenzt.
  • Eine unbeabsichtigte Produktabgabe wird dadurch vermieden, daß auf das Sockelelement eine Verschlußkappe aufgesetzt ist, wobei das Sockelelement zur Halterung einer Verschlußkappe ausgebildet ist.
  • Eine bevorzugte Anwendung besteht darin, daß der Applikator zur Abgabe eines kosmetischen Produktes vorgesehen ist, insbesondere eine Wasch-, Dusch- und/oder Rasierzubereitung.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Seitenansicht eines Aufnahmebehälters (1) für ein Produkt, insbesondere für ein kosmetisches Produkt. Der Aufnahmebehälter ist flaschenartig ausgebildet und mit einem Mündungsabschnitt (2) versehen. Insbesondere ist daran gedacht, den Aufnahmebehälter (1) aus Kunststoff auszubilden.
  • Der Mündungsabschnitt (2) weist ein Außengewinde (3) auf, das zur Ausrichtung und zur Befestigung eines Applikators (4) vorgesehen ist. Der Applikator (4) besteht im wesentlichen aus einem mit dem Mündungabschnitt (2) verbindbaren Sockelelement (5), einem vom Sockelelement (5) gehalterten Abgabeelement (6) und einem das Abgabeelement (6) im Bereich des Sockelelement (5) halternden Fixierelement (7). Auf das Sockelelement (5) ist eine Verschlußkappe (8) derart aufsetzbar, daß das Fixierelement (7) und das Abgabeelement (6) von der Verschlußkappe (8) umschlossen werden.
  • Das Sockelelement (5) weist im Bereich seiner dem Aufnahmebehälter (1) abgewandten Ausdehnung eine Abgabeöffnung (9) auf, in deren Bereich das Abgabeelement (6) angeordnet ist.
  • Das Abgabeelement (6) ist mit einer Vielzahl von Ausströmkanälen versehen. Die Ausströmkanäle können beispielsweise durch eine Ausbildung des Abgabeelementes (6) aus einem gitterartigen oder netzartigen Material bereitgestellt werden. Verwendbar sind auch Materialien aus einer Gaze oder einem Flies. Ebenfalls ist an die Verwendung von textilen Materialien oder offenporigen Schaumstoffen gedacht.
  • Aus der Zusammenschau von Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 ist ersichtlich, daß der Aufnahmebehälter (1) und das Sockelelement (5) quer zu einer Längsachse (10) mit einer ovalartigen Kontur versehen sind. Eine entsprechende Formgebung erleichtert bei einer Applikation von kosmetischen Produkten die Handhabung durch einen Benutzer.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf einen Boden (11) des Aufnahmebehälters (1). Auch hier ist die ovalartige Konturgebung zu erkennen.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den Applikator (4) und die Verschlußkappe (8). Fig. 5 veranschaulicht insbesondere, daß das Fixierelement (7) ein Halterungsprofil (12) aufweist, das zur Einrastung in ein Gegenprofil (13) des Sockelelementes (5) ausgebildet ist. Das Sockelelement (5) weist darüber hinaus ein weiteres Gegenprofil (14) auf, das korrespondierend zu einem Halterungsprofil (15) der Verschlußkappe (8) ausgebildet ist, so daß die Verschlußkappe (8) lösbar im Bereich des Sockelelementes (5) fixierbar ist.
  • Zu erkennen ist in Fig. 5 ebenfalls die Abgabeöffnung (9) des Sockelelementes (5). Nach einem Aufsetzen der Verschlußkappe (8) wird die Abgabeöffnung (9) von einem Verschlußelement (16) der Verschlußkappe (8) versperrt, so daß kein Produkt unbeabsichtigt abgegeben werden kann.
  • Im Bereich der Abgabeöffnung (9) des Sockelelementes (5) kann ein Membranverschluß angeordnet werden, der beispielsweise in Form eines Silikonschlitzventils ausgebildet ist.
  • Das Abgabeelement (6) wird vom Sockelelement (5) domartig aufgespannt, so daß eine sich in Richtung auf einen Benutzer erstreckende Außenwölbung des Abgabeelementes (6) realisiert ist. Das Abgabeelement wird durch Distanzelemente (17) getragen, wodurch Hohlräume zwischen dem Abgabeelement (6) und dem Sockelelement (5) entstehen. Das vom Aufnahmebehälter (1) abgegebene Produkt wird entweder durch das Abgabeelement (6) hindurchgedrückt oder verbleibt teilweise im Abgabeelement (6). Es wird eine Mehrlagenstruktur bereitgestellt, die in Kombination mit einer frei schwebenden Sickenaufhängung des Abgabeelementes (6) dem Benutzer ein weiches Schaumgefühl vermittelt. Die Querschnittfläche der bereitgestellten Abgabekanäle innerhalb des Abgabeelementes (6) wird derart gewählt, daß ausreichend große Kanalquerschnittflächen bereitgestellt werden, um Kapillarkräfte zu vermeiden bzw. in einem höchstens geringen Umfang wirksam werden zu lassen.

Claims (19)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufschäumen von Produkten, die einen Aufnahmebehälter zur Bevorratung des Produktes sowie einen am Aufnahmebehälter befestigten verschlußartigen Applikator aufweist, der einen Innenraum des Aufnahmebehälters mit einer Umgebung verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Applikator (4) im Bereich einer Abgabeöffnung (9) ein Abgabeelement (6) aufweist, das mit einer Vielzahl relativ zur Größe der Abgabeöffnung (9) kleindimensionierter Ausströmkanäle versehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) gitterartig ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) netzartig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) gazeartig ausgebildet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) fliesartig ausgebildet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) aus einem textilen Material ausgebildet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) aus einem offenporigen Schaumstoff ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bist 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) eine mehrlagige Struktur aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Applikator (4) im Bereich der Ausgabeöffnung (9) mit einem Verschluß versehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß als ein Membranverschluß ausgebildet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß relativ zu einer Querschnittfläche des Applikators (4) mittig angeordnet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Applikator (4) ein Sokkelelement (5), ein Abgabeelement (6) sowie ein Fixierelement (7) zur Befestigung des Abgabeelementes (6) aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixierelement (7) ringartig ausgebildet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sockelelement (5) einen Innenraum begrenzt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sockelelement (5) zur Halterung einer Verschlußkappe (8) ausgebildet ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Applikator (4) zur Abgabe eines kosmetischen Produktes vorgesehen ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) das Sockelelement (5) mindestens bereichsweise überspannend angeordnet ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgabeelement (6) mindestens bereichsweise mit einem Abstand zum Sockelelement (5) angeordnet ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Abgabeelement (6) und dem Sockelelement (5) mindestens ein Distanzelement (17) angeordnet ist.
