Claims (10)
- Plaque de montage (1), en particulier servant à fixer une charnière au niveau d'un corps de meuble, comprenant une partie inférieure (2) pouvant être fixée au niveau d'un corps de meuble, au niveau de laquelle est maintenue une partie supérieure (3) de manière à pouvoir être déplacée, caractérisée en ce que la partie inférieure (2) est reliée à la partie supérieure (3) par l'intermédiaire de deux leviers (22, 23) de même longueur, lesquels forment lors d'un déplacement de la partie supérieure (3) par rapport à la partie inférieure (2) un guidage en forme de parallélogramme, qui permet un déplacement par coulissement de la partie supérieure (3) par rapport à la partie inférieure (2), sachant que la partie inférieure et la partie supérieure restent orientées de manière parallèle l'une par rapport à l'autre, sachant que chaque élément formant levier (22, 23) est relié au niveau de son extrémité à une articulation (24 à 27) au niveau de côtés se faisant face, que la partie inférieure (2) présente une entretoise médiane (20) qui peut être fixée au niveau d'un corps de meuble et qu'un élément formant levier (22, 23) du guidage en forme de parallélogramme est disposé sur chaque côté de l'entretoise médiane (20), que les leviers (22, 23) sont reliés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'une section d'étrier (28) et que la partie supérieure (3) est fixée au niveau de la section d'étrier (28), sachant que les leviers (22, 23) sont reliés à l'entretoise médiane (20) par l'intermédiaire des premières articulations (24, 26) et à la section d'étrier (28) respectivement par l'intermédiaire des deuxièmes articulations (25, 27).
- Plaque de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux leviers (22, 23) sont réalisés intégralement avec la partie inférieure (2).
- Plaque de montage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les articulations (24 à 27) sont formées par des sections flexibles, lesquelles sont réalisées intégralement avec la partie inférieure (2).
- Plaque de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux moyens de fixation (8) espacés l'un de l'autre sont prévus au niveau de la section d'étrier (28) afin de fixer la partie supérieure (3).
- Plaque de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un moyen de fixation servant à fixer la partie supérieure (3) est prévu au niveau de la section d'étrier (28), lequel moyen de fixation permet un assemblage de manière solidaire en torsion entre la partie supérieure (3) et la section d'étrier (28).
- Plaque de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les leviers (22, 23) et la section d'étrier (28) entourent de manière à présenter une forme en U l'entretoise médiane (20).
- Plaque de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un excentrique (4) rotatif est prévu pour déplacer la partie supérieure (3) par rapport à la partie inférieure (2).
- Plaque de montage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'excentrique (4) rotatif est disposé au niveau de l'entretoise (20) médiane de la partie inférieure (2) sur le côté faisant face à la section d'étrier (28).
- Plaque de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un disque rotatif doté d'un profilage en forme de spirale est prévu pour déplacer la partie supérieure (3) par rapport à la partie inférieure (2), lequel profilage se trouve en prise avec un élément de guidage.
- Plaque de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'un guidage, de préférence doté d'un trou oblong, est prévu entre la partie supérieure (3) et la partie inférieure (2).
