Claims (13)
- Maschine (2) zum Markieren oder Etikettieren von rotationssymmetrischen Teilen (4), wobei diese Maschine Folgendes umfasst:- ein Organ (6) zum Markieren oder Etikettieren;- Mittel (8) zum relativen Verlagern des Organs und eines Teils in einer ersten Richtung (D6),- eine Wiege (12), die ein Teil während seiner Markierung oder während der Aufbringung eines Etiketts festhalten kann, wobei diese Wiege mit Mitteln (34-44) zum rotatorischen Antreiben des Teils um seine Drehachse (X4) versehen ist, und- einen Schlitten (60) zum translatorischen (F2) Antreiben der Wiege in einer zu der ersten Richtung senkrechten zweiten Richtung (D60),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine Folgendes umfasst:- Mittel (80-90, 94-102) zum translatorischen (F3) Antreiben des Schlittens (60) in einer zu der ersten und zu der zweiten Richtung (D6, D60) senkrechten dritten Richtung (D80) und- Mittel (54, 56, 64) zum rotatorischen (R1) Antreiben der Wiege (12) in Bezug auf den Schlitten (60) um eine zu der ersten Richtung parallele Achse (X54). - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Achse (X54) die Längsachse (X4) eines von der wiege gehaltenen Teils (4) schneidet.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum translatorischen Antreiben des Schlittens (60) einen Tisch (80) aufweisen, auf dem der Schlitten mit einer Möglichkeit zur translatorischen Verlagerung (F2) längs der zweiten Richtung (D60) montiert ist, wobei dieser Tisch seinerseits translatorisch (F3) in Bezug auf eine feste Trägerstruktur (92) längs der dritten Richtung (D80) beweglich ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (60) in Bezug auf den Tisch (80) längs der zweiten Richtung (D60) mittels eines Schrauben/Muttern-Antriebsmittels (68/70) translatorisch (F2) verlagert wird, während der Tisch (80) in Bezug auf die feste Trägerstruktur (92) in der dritten Richtung (D80) mittels eines Riemenantriebsmittels (82-86) translatorisch (F3) verlagert wird.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum rotatorischen Antreiben des Teils (4) auf der Wiege (12), zum rotatorischen Antreiben (R1) der Wiege in Bezug auf den Schlitten (60) und zum translatorischen Antreiben (F2, F3) des Schlittens in der zweiten und in der dritten Richtung (D60, D80) vier bürstenlose Motoren (34, 64, 72, 82) und wenigstens eine synchronisierte (S1-S4) Steuereinheit (120) dieser Motoren umfassen.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (31, 33, 35, 37, 39) zum rotatorischen Einstellen der Position der Wiege (12) in Bezug auf den Schlitten (60) um eine zweite Achse (X12) senkrecht zu der ersten Richtung (D6) umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum rotatorischen Antreiben der Wiege (12) um die zweite Achse (X12) umfasst.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um eine Heißmarkierungsmaschine handelt, dass das Markierungsorgan ein Heizstempel (6) ist, dass sie Mittel (22) zum Zuführen eines Markierungsbandes (20) zwischen den Stempel und ein zu markierendes Teil (4) umfasst und dass die erste Richtung (D6) zu einem Abschnitt (20a) des zwischen dem Stempel und dem Teil angeordneten Bandes senkrecht ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um eine Siebdruckmaschine handelt und dass das Markierungsorgan eine gefärbte Schablone ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um eine Maschine zum Aufbringen von Etiketten ausgehend von einer Bahn handelt und dass das Organ ein Etikett auf jedes zu etikettierende Teil aufbringen kann.
- Verfahren zum Markieren oder Etikettieren eines rotationssymmetrischen Teils (4), das wenigstens zum Teil kegelstumpfförmig ist, wobei dieses Verfahren mittels einer Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgeführt wird und die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen:a) das Teil auf die Wiege in einer Ladestation (14) zu laden;b) die mit dem Teil versehene Wiege längs einer Bahn (T) zu verlagern, die von einer Ladestation (14) zu einer Entladestation (16) verläuft;c) eine relative Verlagerung des Organs (6) und des Teils längs einer ersten Richtung (D6) in der Weise zu bewerkstelligen, dass ein Markierungs- oder Etikettierungselement (20) auf dem Teil wenigstens während eines Teils der Verlagerung der Wiege längs der Bahn (T) des Schrittes b) aufgebracht wird undd) das Teil in der Entladestation (16) von der Wiege zu entladen,
wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schritt b) darin besteht, die mit dem Teil versehene Wiege längs der Bahn (T), die von der Ladestation (14) zu der Entladestation (16) verläuft und wenigstens einen kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitt (T2) aufweist, der auf eine zu der ersten Richtung (D6) parallele zweite Achse (XT) zentriert ist, zu verlagern, indem der Schlitten (60) translatorisch (F2, F3) längs der zweiten und der dritten Richtung (D60, D80) verlagert wird und indem die Wiege in Bezug auf den Schlitten um die zu der ersten Richtung (D6) parallele erste Achse (X54) gedreht (R1) wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahn der wiege, die im Schritt b) verfolgt wird, wenigstens einen geradlinigen Abschnitt (T1, T3) umfasst, der zu der zweiten Richtung (D60) parallel ist und sich vor oder hinter dem kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitt (T2) befindet, während die Wiege (12) dann, wenn sie sich in der Ladestation und/oder in der Entladestation befindet, das Teil in einer Position aufnimmt oder hält, in der die Projektion ihrer Drehachse (X4) auf eine Ebene, die die zweite und die dritte Richtung (D60, D80) enthält, zu der dritten Richtung (D80) parallel ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wiege (12) in Bezug auf den Schlitten (60) und um eine zu der ersten Richtung (D6) senkrechte Achse (X12) in der Weise orientiert ist, dass die externe Erzeugende (4b) des Abschnitts des Teils im Verlauf des Markierens oder Etikettierens zu einer aktiven Oberfläche (6b) des Markierungs- oder Etikettierungsorgans (6) parallel ist.
