    • au moins un premier corps d'étanchéité élastique (7), présentant au moins deux cavités de réception (5) pour le logement des deux premiers éléments de sortie de jet d'eau (2),
    • au moins une première et une deuxième plaques d'appui (4, 6), le premier corps d'étanchéité (7) étant disposé entre la première et la deuxième plaques d'appui (4, 6), et
    • un premier moyen de serrage (12) par lequel la première unité de jet d'eau (17) peut être passée d'un montage à un état d'étanchéité, où
    • dans l'état de montage, les plaques d'appui (4, 6) sont disposées avec un premier espacement entre elles, tel que la première unité de jet d'eau (17) peut être mise en place dans le corps de montage tubulaire (3), et
    • dans l'état d'étanchéité, les plaques d'appui (4, 6) présentent un deuxième espacement entre elles, lequel est inférieur au premier espacement, si bien que le premier corps d'étanchéité (7) est déformé de manière à générer un joint de serrage entre le premier corps d'étanchéité (7) et les au moins deux premiers éléments de sortie de jet d'eau (2), d'une part, et à pouvoir réaliser un joint de serrage entre le premier corps d'étanchéité (7) et la paroi intérieure du corps de montage (3), d'autre part,
    • une deuxième unité de jet d'eau (18), montée à la deuxième extrémité (16) du corps de montage (3) et pourvue des éléments suivants :
    • un seul deuxième élément de sortie de jet d'eau (22),
    • au moins un deuxième corps d'étanchéité élastique (7) pourvu d'une cavité de réception (5) pour le logement du deuxième élément de sortie de jet d'eau (22),
    • au moins une première et une deuxième plaques d'appui (4, 6), le deuxième corps d'étanchéité (7) étant disposé entre la première et la deuxième plaques d'appui (4, 6), et
    • un deuxième moyen de serrage (12) par lequel la deuxième unité de jet d'eau (18) peut être passée d'un montage à un état d'étanchéité, où
    • dans l'état de montage, les plaques d'appui (4, 6) sont disposées avec un premier espacement entre elles, tel que la deuxième unité de jet d'eau (18) peut être mise en place dans le corps de montage tubulaire (3), et
    • dans l'état d'étanchéité, les plaques d'appui (4, 6) présentent un deuxième espacement entre elles, lequel est inférieur au premier espacement, si bien que le deuxième corps d'étanchéité (7) est déformé de manière à générer un joint de serrage entre le deuxième corps d'étanchéité (7) et le deuxième élément de sortie de jet d'eau (22), d'une part, et à pouvoir réaliser un joint de serrage entre le deuxième corps d'étanchéité (7) et la paroi intérieure du corps de montage (3), d'autre part,
    de manière à former une chambre de répartition (19) dans le corps de montage (3), où de l'eau peut s'écouler par le deuxième élément de sortie de jet d'eau (22), et hors duquel l'eau peut sortir par les au moins deux premiers éléments de sortie de jet d'eau (2).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour la première unité de jet d'eau (17), la première plaque d'appui (4) est dimensionnée de manière à dépasser du premier corps d'étanchéité (7) et de la deuxième plaque d'appui (6) à la manière d'une flasque, si bien que la première unité de jet d'eau (17) peut être maintenue dans le corps de montage tubulaire (3) dès son état de montage.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour la deuxième unité de jet d'eau (18), la deuxième plaque d'appui (6) est dimensionnée de manière à dépasser du deuxième corps d'étanchéité (7) et de la première plaque d'appui (4) à la manière d'une flasque, si bien que la deuxième unité de jet d'eau (18) peut être fixée sur un substrat.
