Claims (11)
- Digitale Strahlvorrichtung für viskoses Material zum Aufbringen einer Beschichtung auf eine Kunststoffseite eines Substrats (13), aufweisend:- ein Eingangsmagazin (5) und ein Ausgangsmagazin (8),- ein Computermittel (10) zum Verwalten der Arbeitsgänger,- ein Mittel zum Bewegen des Substrats zwischen den verschiedenen Arbeitsstationen,- ein Mittel (4) zum Greifen und Übertragen des Substrats (13) von dem Eingangsmagazin in Richtung zu dem Bewegungsmittel und von dem Bewegungsmittel in Richtung zu dem Ausgangsmagazin,- einen Mechanismus zum Bestimmen der Position des Substrats,- mindestens eine Aufbringstation (2, 9, 11, 12), die mindestens aus einer Reihe von Düsen (12) zusammengesetzt ist, die gemäß einer Rampe angeordnet sind, wobei jede Düse getrennt durch Steuermittel gesteuert wird und durch den Behälter (9) gespeist wird, der eine Einrichtung zum Unter-Druck-Setzen verbindet wird, der den Firnis enthält, das während einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Substrat und der Aufbringstation auf das Substrat aus den Düsen aufzuspritzen ist, um das Aufbringen des Firnisses in einem bestimmten Bereich des Substrates durchzuführen, wobei die Düsen jeweils durch einen piezoelektrischen Aktor in Vibration versetzt werden,- eine Trocknungsstation (7), die einen Trocknungsofen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der Mechanismus zum Bestimmen der Position des Substrats durch eine Lesestation (6) ausgebildet ist, die mindestens eine Position des Substrats und/oder von an dem Substrat angebrachten Markierungen ausliest und bestimmt,- die Aufbringstation (2, 9, 11, 12) derart eingerichtet ist, dass das Ansteuern des Aktors bezüglich Dauer und Starke die Abmessung und Form des Tropfens des viskosen Produktes bestimmt,- das Computer-Verwaltungsmittel (10) steuert:Mittel zum Steuern der Aufbringstation in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Substrats, der Lesestation und der Trocknungsstationund/oderdie Verwaltung der Informationen, die an Sensoren der verschiedenen Arbeitsstationen erfasst werden, um die Arbeitsgänge an jeder der Stationen zu koordinieren in Abhängigkeit von einer Parametrisierungsdatei, die die Form des Bereichs, seine Position auf dem Substrat bezüglich der Markierungen des Substrats, die Menge an aufzuspritzendem Produkt betrifft,- eine Software zum Steuern der Vorrichtung die Informationen auswertet, um sie in Parameter für eine Relativbewegung des Substrats und der Düsen, und für eine selektive Steuerung der Düsen und für eine Wiederholung eines versetzten Passierens des Substrats vor den Düsen zu übersetzen, um bei Bedarf nebeneinanderliegende Linien zu erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe, in der die Düsen angeordnet sind, mit einem Mittel zum Bewegen (3) bezüglich des Trägers versehen ist, und dass die Software zum Steuern ein versetzten Passieren des Substrats vor den Düsen wiederholt, um bei Bedarf nebeneinanderliegende Linien zu erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spritzstelle auf dem Substrat durch die Relativbewegung des Substrats bezüglich der Rampe definiert ist, in der die Düsen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine unabhängige Druckstation stromaufwärts oder stromabwärts vom Firnisstation aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station zum Platzieren eines elektronischen Chips auf dem Substrat stromaufwärts oder stromabwärts von der Firnisstation aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Ansprüche 4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:- eine zweite Aufbringstation (2, 9, 11., 12) für viskoses Produkt, die mindestens aus einer Reihe von Düsen (12) zusammengesetzt ist, die gemäß einer Rampe angeordnet sind, wobei jede Düse getrennt durch Steuermittel gesteuert wird und durch den Behälter (9) gespeist wird, der eine Einrichtung zum Unter-Druck-Setzen verbindet wird, der das viskosen Produkt enthält, das während einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Substrat und der Aufbringstation auf das Substrat aus den Düsen aufzuspritzen ist, um das Aufbringen des viskosen Produkts in einem bestimmten Bereich des Substrates durchzuführen, wobei die Düsen jeweils durch einen piezoelektrischen Aktor in Vibration versetzt werden, wobei das Ansteuern des Aktors bezüglich Dauer und Stärke die Abmessung und Form des Tropfens des viskosen Produktes bestimmt;- eine Trocknungsstation (7), die einen Trocknungsofen aufweist, der gemäß dem aufgebrachten Material bestimmt ist;wobei die Steuerung des Steuermittels der Aufbringstation abhängig von der Position des Substrats, der Lesestation und der Trocknungsstation und/oder das Verwalten von Informationen, die an Sensoren der verschiedenen Arbeitsstationen zum Koordinieren der Arbeitsgänge erfasst werden, durch das Computermittel zum Verwalten abhängig von einer Parametrisierungsdatei durchgeführt wird, die die Form des Bereichs, seine Position auf dem Substrat bezüglich der Markierungen des Substrats und die Menge an aufzuspritzendem Produkt betrifft, wobei eine Software zum Steuern der Vorrichtung die Informationen auswertet, um sie in Parameter für eine Relativbewegung des Substrats und der Düsen für eine selektive Steuerung der Düsen zu übersetzen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein Klebstoff ist und das Trocknen mit einem Strom erwärmter Luft erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein wässriger Firnis ist und das Trocknen mittels Infrarot erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt eine abkratzbare undurchsichtige Tinte ist und das Trocknen mittels eines Stromes erwärmter Luft erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt eine leitende Tinte ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der ersten Aufbringstation und der zweiten Aufbringstation ein Mechanismus zum Wenden ist.
