Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de l'impression sans contact physique avec un substrat. Plus précisément, la présente invention se rapporte au dépôt successif d'un produit d'impression de forte viscosité allant jusqu'à 1000 centipoises et, avant le séchage du dit produit d'impression de forte viscosité, de particules brillantes d'une taille comprise entre 10 et 100 µm. Plus particulièrement, l'invention décrit un dispositif permettant la récupération dans des réservoirs conçus à cet effet des particules brillantes n'ayant pas adhéré sur le substrat, par des moyens générant un champs électrostatique alternatif de part et d'autre du substrat, afin de réutiliser les dites particules. Le procédé de récupération mis en oeuvre, ainsi que l'utilisation du dispositif au sein d'une machine numérique à jet de matière visqueuse, sont également décrits.
