Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'alimentation pour alimenter une machine d'assemblage de placages en bandes de placage, comprenant :
    - un magasin (2) doté d'une pluralité de compartiments de réception (2a) qui sont disposés parallèlement les uns à côté des autres et qui reçoivent chacun une pile de placages (10),
    - un organe de transport (3), qui est raccordé en aval au magasin (2) et qui transporte les bandes de placage jusqu'à la machine d'assemblage de placages, et
    - un organe de préhension à portique (6) doté d'une pluralité d'éléments de préhension (7), l'organe de préhension à portique (6) étant disposé au-dessus du magasin (2) et de l'organe de transport (3) et prélevant simultanément plusieurs bandes de placage à partir du magasin (2) pour les déposer sur l'organe de transport (3),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - un organe de verrouillage libérable est prévu entre le magasin (2) et l'organe de transport (3), pour libérer le magasin (2) de l'organe de transport (3) et pour l'y fixer, et
    - le magasin (2) est disposé sous un angle de 90° par rapport à la direction de transport de l'organe de transport (3), de sorte que les bandes de placage prélevées du magasin (2) sont déposées transversalement à la direction de transport sur l'organe de transport (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de transport (3) comprend une première région de transport (4) et une deuxième région de transport (5), qui sont disposées en ligne l'une à la suite de l'autre, l'organe de préhension à portique (6) déposant les bandes de placage sur la première région de transport (4), la première région de transport (4) comprenant un premier élément de transport (4a) et la deuxième région de transport (5) comprenant un deuxième élément de transport (5a), et le premier élément de transport (4a) pouvant être entraîné indépendamment du deuxième élément de transport (5a).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une table lumineuse est disposée en dessous de la deuxième région de transport (5), afin d'éclairer les bandes de placage par le dessous en vue d'un contrôle de qualité.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le magasin (2) comprend une pluralité d'éléments d'application (2b), qui sont disposés latéralement entre les compartiments de réception individuels (2a) afin de séparer les compartiments de réception (2a) les uns des autres.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de préhension (7) de l'organe de préhension à portique (6) sont réalisés sous la forme d'éléments de préhension à ruban adhésif.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de préhension à portique (6) comprend en outre un organe de soufflage (11) pour dégager par soufflage une surface des bandes de placage avant une opération de préhension.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le magasin (2) comprend en outre une pluralité de poussoirs (12) sollicités par ressort, qui sont disposés sur les compartiments de réception (2a) du magasin (2) pour aligner les bandes de placage (10).
