Claims (13)
- Echangeur de chaleur, par exemple refroidisseur à huile, composé d'un empilement de plaques (1) formant des canaux, dans lequel les plaques (1) présentent au moins deux ouvertures (10) qui forment dans l'empilement de plaques au moins un canal collecteur (11) et un canal distributeur (12), qui relient les canaux selon la technique des fluides, et avec une plaque de base (20), qui est disposée sur l'empilement de plaques ainsi qu'avec au moins un moyen d'étanchéité (30) pour fermer l'échangeur de chaleur de façon étanche, et avec au moins un moyen de déviation de l'écoulement (40) pour influencer l'écoulement à travers l'échangeur de chaleur, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'étanchéité (30) et le moyen de déviation de l'écoulement (40) représentent un composant commun (50).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant commun (50) est réalisé avec des moyens de fixation (60).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le composant commun (50) est de préférence constitué de métal.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'étanchéité (30) est un joint métallique à collet.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'étanchéité (30) entoure l'ouverture du canal collecteur (11) et/ou du canal distributeur (12).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un canal de dérivation (5) dans l'échangeur de chaleur.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de déviation de l'écoulement (40) est une soupape.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la soupape est une soupape à clapet, qui réagit de préférence à la pression.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (40) réalisée d'une seule pièce avec le moyen d'étanchéité présente au moins un enfoncement (41).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (20) est formée de plusieurs plaques posées l'une sur l'autre (20a, 20b, 20c), dans lequel le canal de dérivation (5) est formé dans une des plaques (20b).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un passage (21) est formé dans une autre des plaques posées l'une sur l'autre, et procure une communication d'écoulement entre le canal de dérivation (5) et la soupape.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant commun (50) est réalisé sous la forme d'un composant généralement plat.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le composant commun (50) est coudé, c'est-à-dire que le moyen de déviation de l'écoulement (40) s'étend sous un certain angle par rapport au plan du moyen d'étanchéité (30).
