- Une fenêtre de toit, comprenant: au moins un châssis principal (1), associé à une ouverture (7) correspondante réalisée dans un toit ; des moyens de fermeture (2), coopérant au moins avec une portion supérieure du châssis principal (1), pour boucher au moins partiellement l'ouverture (7) ; des organes de manoeuvre (3), coopérant avec le châssis principal (1) et avec les moyens de fermeture (2), pour permettre le mouvement desdits moyens de fermeture (2) entre une position fermée (C), dans laquelle les moyens de fermeture (2) et le châssis principal (1) sont au moins partiellement en contact réciproque, et une position complètement ouverte (A), dans laquelle au moins des portions respectives des moyens de fermeture (2) et du châssis principal (1) sont espacées entre elles ;
où les moyens de fermeture (2) sont positionnés au-dessus du châssis principal (1) ;
où les organes de manoeuvre (3) comprennent : au moins un premier bras (32, 32C) ayant une première extrémité (32A) articulée à au moins la portion inférieure des moyens de fermeture (2) et une extrémité opposée (32B) qui est associée de façon coulissante à des organes de guidage rectilignes (31) associés au châssis principal (1) ; un deuxième bras (33, 33C) ayant une première extrémité (33A) articulée à au moins la portion inférieure des moyens de fermeture (2) et une extrémité opposée (33B) articulée au châssis principal (1) ; des organes (34) pour contraindre en rotation le premier bras (32, 32C) et le deuxième bras (33, 33C) l'un à l'autre à proximité d'un point situé à mi-chemin de chacun d'eux ;
où le deuxième bras (33, 33C) comprend une portion extensible comprise entre sa première extrémité (33A) et un point de contrainte défini par les organes (34), caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité opposée (33B) du deuxième bras (33, 33C) est articulée au châssis principal au niveau d'une portion arrière terminale (1A) et en ce que la portion extensible est une portion télescopique. - La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier bras (32, 32C) a une longueur prédéfinie.
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'actionnement pour mouvoir les moyens de guidage rectilignes (31), de manière à permettre le mouvement du premier bras (32, 32C) et donc du deuxième bras (33, 33C).
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le châssis principal (1) est logé, au moins partiellement et de façon amovible, dans un encadrement (85) réalisé au niveau d'un périmètre extérieur de l'ouverture (7).
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le châssis principal (1) est rectangulaire et présente une section rectangulaire.
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un châssis auxiliaire (4) associé à une portion intérieure du châssis principal (1) et destiné à définir, avec la portion arrière terminale (1A) du châssis principal (1), au moins une chambre arrière (5A) logeant l'extrémité (33B) du deuxième bras (33).
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un châssis auxiliaire (4) associé à la portion intérieure du châssis principal (1) et définissant, en association avec la portion avant terminale de celui-ci, au moins une chambre avant (5).
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un châssis auxiliaire (4), associé de façon amovible à la portion intérieure du châssis principal (1), dont des faces latérales extérieures (45), en association avec les faces latérales intérieures (15) du châssis principal (1), définissent au moins une chambre latérale (51A, 51B) logeant les organes de guidage rectilignes (31).
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 6 ou 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le châssis auxiliaire (4) présente des dimensions intérieures qui sont essentiellement égales aux dimensions de l'ouverture (7) à laquelle est associé le châssis principal (1).
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les organes de guidage rectilignes (31) consistent en une vis-écrou.
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1 et 10, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité (33B) du deuxième bras (33) est articulée en un point qui est aligné avec un axe de la vis-écrou.
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de fermeture (2) consistent en une unité de vitre à double vitrage.
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de vitre à double vitrage a des dimensions longitudinales et transversales qui sont supérieures aux dimensions longitudinales et transversales du châssis principal (1).
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de vitre à double vitrage est dotée, à proximité de la portion périmétrique de sa face inférieure (2D), d'un joint qui vient en contact avec une portion correspondante de la face supérieure du châssis principal (1) lorsque l'unité de vitre à double vitrage est dans la position fermée (C), de manière à ce que la fenêtre (100) soit hermétiquement fermée contre les agents atmosphériques.
- La fenêtre selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le châssis principal (1) est doté, à proximité de sa face supérieure, d'un joint qui vient en contact avec une portion correspondante de la face inférieure (2D) de l'unité de vitre à double vitrage lorsque ladite unité de vitre à double vitrage est dans la position fermée (C), afin de fermer hermétiquement la fenêtre (100) contre les agents atmosphériques.
