Claims (14)

  1. Windenvorrichtung 1 zum Umladen von in Containern befindlicher Fracht 3, die insbesondere zum Umladen von Fracht 3 von Schiffen und auf Schiffe auf See geeignet ist, wobei die Windenvorrichtung 1 umfasst:
    einen Grundrahmen 5;
    einen Mast 13, der durch Takelagenseile 21 stabilisiert ist;
    einen Baum 15;
    einen Drehtisch 11, um wenigstens den Baum 15 drehbar in Bezug auf den Grundrahmen 5 in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene zu unterstützen; und
    wenigstens eine Winde,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Grundrahmen 5 dazu ausgelegt ist, durch wenigstens drei obere Eckbeschläge eines Abschnitts der umzuladenden, in Containern befindlichen Fracht 3 unterstützt und befestigt zu werden.
  2. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Grundrahmen 5 wenigstens zwei Ausleger 7 umfasst, die sich von im Wesentlichen gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Drehtischs 11 seitlich erstrecken.
  3. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die ferner einen drehbaren Anker aufweist, um die Takelagenseile 21 am oberen Ende des Masts 13 aufzunehmen.
  4. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei der Grundrahmen 105 ein Paar paralleler erster und zweiter Balken 151, 153, wovon jeder eine Länge besitzt, um eine Strecke zwischen zwei in Längsrichtung angeordneten Eckbeschlägen wenigstens eines Containers 3 zu überspannen.
  5. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Grundrahmen 105 ferner einen Querbalken 157, 159, 161, 163 an jedem longitudinalen Ende des ersten und des zweiten Balkens 151, 153 aufweist und wobei jeder Querbalken 157, 159, 161, 163 dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Strecke zwischen zwei in Querrichtung angeordneten Eckbeschlägen wenigstens eines Containers 3 zu überspannen.
  6. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Grundrahmen mit Twistlocks 109 versehen ist, die an den oberen Eckbeschlägen der Containerladung 3 befestigt werden können.
  7. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach den Ansprüchen 4 oder 5, wobei der erste und der zweite Balken 151, 153 jeweils aus mehreren einzelnen Abschnitten zusammengefügt sind.
  8. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Drehtisch 111 auf ein horizontales Niveau in Bezug auf die oberen Eckbeschläge der in Containern befindlichen Fracht, an denen er befestigt werden kann, einstellbar ist.
  9. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Einstellbarkeit auf das horizontale Niveau durch eine Gruppe von Zwischenelementen 167 erzielt wird, die wahlweise zwischen dem Drehtisch 111 und den Grundrahmen eingesetzt werden können.
  10. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Drehtisch durch einen Schlitten 165 unterstützt ist.
  11. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Grundrahmen als rechtwinkliger Umfangsrahmen ausgebildet ist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, sich ebenso weit wie der Umfang einer Oberfläche zu erstrecken, die durch eine obere Ebene des Abschnitts der umzuladenden in Containern befindlichen Fracht definiert ist.
  12. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei sowohl der Baum 15 als auch der Mast 13 auf dem Drehtisch 11 drehbar unterstützt ist.
  13. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Takelagenseile 21 ein Ausgleichselement 23 aufweisen, um Takelagenkräfte auf mehr als einen einzigen Eckbeschlag der Containerladung 3 zu verteilen.
  14. Windenvorrichtung 1 nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Mast 13 und der Baum 15 jeweils aus mehreren einzelnen Abschnitten zusammengefügt sind.
