Definitions

  • Silos are bulk storage for storage or storage of stored goods, in particular of bulk material, and are known.
  • silos powder granules, wood chips and / or pellets can be stored.
  • feedstuffs for example cereals
  • heating means for example wood pellets and / or wood chips
  • semi-finished products for example plastic granules and / or plastic powders
  • flexible silos are often - temporarily or permanently - in buildings or attached to buildings, since flexible silos can be produced inexpensively and inexpensively mounted, so built into the building or attached to this can be.
  • the building may be a single or multiple dwelling, an office building, a factory and / or a factory.
  • Flexible silos usually have a silo volume between 0.5m 3 and 100m 3 .
  • the invention particularly relates to flexible silos which have a silo volume between 0.5m 3 and 100m 3 and are suitable for the storage of heating means for one to two heating seasons of a building, in particular a single or multiple dwelling, a factory or a factory.

  • a device for receiving free-flowing material is known, which has an outlet pipe.
  • a device for dosing bulk materials which has a container with a bottom arranged agitator.
  • a disadvantage of conventional flexible silos is that the removal of the stored material is often unreliable, with the reliability of the removal often changes with the filling level of the flexible silo or wherein the sampling system is clogged and to maintain or clean. In this case, the difference of the maximum filling height can be limited to the minimum filling level of the flexible silo, whereby the usable filling level of the silo is limited.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a flexible silo of the type mentioned, with which the mentioned disadvantages can be avoided, from which the stored goods can be removed with high reliability and which in this case has a high usable degree of filling.
  • the removal of the storage product can be carried out particularly reliably, wherein the reliability in the removal of the stored material is substantially independent of the filling level of the stored material in the flexible silo by the Rrockwerksaustragung.
  • the advantage here is that the high reliability of the removal of the stored material is largely the same with largely filled flexible silo and largely emptied silo.
  • the advantage here is further that the difference in the filling amount of the stored material between maximally filled and minimally filled silo can be particularly large, so that the usable degree of filling of the flexible silo can be particularly high.
  • the flexible silo it is possible for the flexible silo to be filled substantially completely, that is, as far as a silo corner, and to be emptied completely by means of the agitator discharge, ie, except for a few storage residues.
  • the uniform reliability of the removal of the stored material which is made possible by the agitator discharge, is particularly advantageous for all fill levels of the stored goods between the largest fill level and the lowest fill level.
  • the advantage here is that the flexible silo allows a high space utilization, which is in particular between 80% and 90% of the theoretically available silo volume. Dead volume in the flexible silo can be kept so low.

  • the pitch of the screw surface may increase from the forward end portion of the auger 42 towards the rear end portion of the auger 42, which can be promoted reliably and without clogging the Rlickwerksaustragung 4 even when a trituration of the stored material.
  • the screw conveyor 42 may be formed conical or frusto-conical and so the screw conveyor 42 may have a continuous, varying outer diameter, wherein the diameter of the central shaft along the longitudinal extent of the screw conveyor 42 may be formed substantially constant or varying.
  • the screw conveyor 42 is arranged exposed in the silo 1, wherein the silo 1 is channel-free and substantially flat.
  • Particularly advantageous has shown in the Rlickwerksaustragung 4 that granular and / or hackschnitzelförmiges stored goods reliably with the exposed in the silo 1 screw conveyor 42 - like this in Fig. 1 to 5 is presented - promoted, so discharged, can be.
  • the screw conveyor 42 is not disposed within the silo 1 within a channel, but is free in the silo 1. In this way, the silo 1 without a channel for receiving the screw conveyor 42, that is channel-free, formed, so that the dead space in the silo 1 and the cost of the silo 1 can be low.
  • the screw conveyor 42 can rotate freely in the stored product. The advantage here is that - due to the lack of the channel in the interior of the silo 1 - too much of the screw conveyor 42 detected and / or promoted stored goods can slide sideways and / or upwards.
  • the advantage here is that the screw conveyor 42 does not have to be tuned to a channel, with which a standardized embodiment of the screw conveyor 42 for different geometries and different sizes of the silo 1 may be suitable. As a result, a standardized screw conveyor 42 on-site can be cut to the required length and installed. As a result, expensive individual productions of the screw conveyors 42 can be avoided, as well as the production costs and the production costs of the silo 1 can be reduced. In particular, it can be provided that the feed screw 42 can be cut to length as an on-site Standard screw conveyor is formed. The advantage here is that it can be dispensed with individual productions of screw conveyors 42 and thus the cost of production are low.
  • the conveyor screw 42 designed as a standard screw conveyor can be delivered to the destination with a predetermined excess length and that it can be cut to length on-site.
  • deviations of the actual silo dimensions from the planned silo dimensions can be compensated, and thus it can be prevented that a conveyor screw 42 prefabricated with a planned length can subsequently be reworked, length-corrected or replaced.
  • the silo shell 3 - as in Fig. 2 shown - be formed substantially round and the silo 1 may comprise four housing supports.
  • embodiments of the silo 1 this - seen in the view from above - also be oval or polygonal, in particular triangular, hexagonal or octagonal.
  • the maximum area 411 which can be painted over by means of the agitator arm 41 is substantially only slightly smaller than an inner circle of the silo bottom 11.
  • the area not covered by the stirrer 9 - at its rotation about the main axis of rotation - can be small.
  • An advantageous direction of rotation 412 of the agitator arm 41, in particular of the two agitator arms 41, is also in Fig. 2 shown.
  • the maximum coatable surface of the agitator arm 42 can be larger than the inner circle of the silo bottom 11. In this way, it can be ensured that the agitator arm 42 can also extend into corners of the silo 1 during its movement-in particular slowly-and can also ensure the emptying of the silo 1 there. As a result, the usable volume for the user, ie the net silo volume, can be made particularly high.
  • the agitator arm 42 may be formed with a flexible free Rlickwerksarmspitze, which has a particularly high deformability. It can thus be ensured that the silo shell 3 is essentially permanently touched by this agitator arm tip, whereby due to the flexibility of the flexible free agitator arm tip it can be provided that the silo shell 3 is not damaged by the agitator arm tip.
  • This can be ensured in an advantageous embodiment of the Rlickwerksarmes 42 by a combination of the spring leaf and the spring-actuated articulated arm, wherein the free Rlickwerksarmspitze, which forms a free end of the Rntontechnikarmes 42, instead of steel and a plastic, in particular a thermoplastic and / or an elastomer may be formed.
  • the at least one agitator arm 42 is designed to minimize friction, in particular as a sliding surface, preferably as a roller mounted so as to be pivotable essentially about the perpendicular, at its free end, in particular on the free agitator arm tip.
  • the abrasion of the silo shell 3 with rotating agitator arm 42 can be particularly low.
  • the advantage here is that while little friction occurs and thus the load of the agitator 9 and the drive of the agitator 9 can be low. In particular, the necessary drive power of the agitator 9 can be kept low.
  • the agitator 9 used may further comprise a central agitator cover 44, which in the region of the main axis of rotation and - seen in the position of use of Rlickwerksaustragung 4 - can be formed above the bevel gear 45.
  • the agitator cover 44 prevent ingress of stored goods in the angular gear 45, whereby the angle gear 45 can be formed in particular substantially maintenance-free.
