Claims (9)
- Procédé de détermination de données liées à la performance de conduite d'au moins un véhicule (3), avec les étapes:- détermination ou détection de données de la performance de conduite du véhicule (3) par au moins un dispositif (2) du véhicule (3), dans lequel au moins la longueur d'un trajet parcouru est contenue dans les données de la performance de conduite;- transmission des données de la performance de conduite qui ont été déterminées ou détectées depuis un dernier envoi par un dispositif de communication (4) dans le véhicule (3) à un dispositif électronique central (1) par le biais d'une connexion de communication (6), dans lequel les données de la performance de conduite sont transmises au moins à des intervalles de temps prédéfinis au dispositif électronique central (1); et- détermination des données liées à la performance de conduite du véhicule (3) par le dispositif électronique central (1) au moins en fonction des données transmises de la performance de conduite;caractérisé par:- consultation des données de la performance de conduite du véhicule (3) par le dispositif électronique central (1) par le biais de la connexion de communication (6) ou d'une autre connexion de communication pas dès que l'intervalle de temps prédéfini est dépassé, mais seulement lorsqu'une absence depuis la dernière réception des données de la performance de conduite du véhicule (3) est dépassée, dans lequel l'absence depuis la dernière réception des données de la performance de conduite du véhicule (3) est contrôlée par le dispositif électronique central (1), et dans lequel l'absence est plus longue que l'intervalle de temps prédéfini; et- génération d'un avertissement au cas où les données de la performance de conduite du véhicule (3) après la consultation des données par le dispositif électronique central (1) n'ont pas été obtenues par le dispositif de communication (4) ou ne sont pas cohérentes avec un usage envisagé du véhicule.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel il est vérifié après le démarrage du véhicule (3) par un dispositif de communication (4) ou un autre dispositif de traitement dans le véhicule (3) si l'intervalle de temps prédéfini pour la transmission des données de la performance de conduite est dépassé, et les données de la performance de conduite sont transmises au dispositif électronique central (1) lorsque l'intervalle de temps prédéfini est dépassé depuis la dernière transmission des données de la performance de conduite.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel les données de la performance de conduite sont automatiquement envoyées par le véhicule (3) et/ou sont reçues par le dispositif électronique central (1) en fonction de la survenance d'événements définis par rapport au mode de conduite du véhicule.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les données liées à la performance de conduite pour le véhicule (3) sont calculées en fonction de la différence de la performance de conduite des données reçues en dernier et des données du véhicule (3) qui ont été reçues une fraction de temps plus tôt, et/ou par le dispositif électronique central (1) en fonction de la somme des données envoyées de la performance de conduite qui ont été reçues pendant plus d'un intervalle de temps.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel des propriétés spécifiques pouvant être entrées automatiquement ou manuellement qui sont prises en compte lors de la détermination des données liées à la performance de conduite peuvent être associées et/ou sont associées aux données de la performance de conduite.

- Dispositif de détermination de données liées à la performance de conduite d'un ou plusieurs véhicules (3), comprenant des moyens pour la réalisation des étapes du procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 7.
- Véhicule (3) qui est incorporé dans un système de détermination de données liées à la performance de conduite du véhicule dans un dispositif électronique central (1), dans lequel le véhicule (3) présente un dispositif (2) pour la détection ou détermination de données de la performance de conduite du véhicule selon la revendication 8.
