Claims (5)

  1. Heatable hairstyling appliance (1, 1'),
    - comprising a tongs (5) with two heatable arms (7, 7') connected together by way of a joint (6) and
    - a grip tip (16, 26) which is fastened to an end (15, 15') of at least one arm (7, 7') remote from the joint and is thermally insulated relative to a heating region (3) of the arm (7, 7'), wherein the grip tip (16, 26) in the closed state of the tongs (5) is rotatable relative to the joint (16),
