Definitions
- the present invention relates to a rotatable attachment for a Häarformungs adopted for shaping hair, in particular for curling or wave formation according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention also relates to a equipped with such a rotatable attachment hair shaping device.
- WO 2008/028941 A2 is a generic article for a hair styling known with a total of four finger-like projections for winding the hair to be formed. These extensions define a strand guide channel extending therebetween and also have rounded hair contact surfaces.
- a hair styling device is known with a substantially rod-shaped heating part, which has a heatable molding for heating the hair, wherein at least one side boundary of the molding is formed as a molding edge, which is characterized in that at least one opposite to the formation of a guide for the hair Molded adjustable guide means is provided.
- a disadvantage of the known prior art is that the attachment for the hair styling device can be used for only a defined direction of rotation due to the attachment geometry, so that to change between standing or falling curls and to change the head side always a cumbersome and complex embracing and repositioning of Hair shaping device is required. If there is no gripping or repositioning of the hair-shaping device, kinks in the hair can occur due to the rotational direction-dependent geometry of the attachment, which have a significantly negative effect on the hairdressing result. Furthermore, care must be taken in the known from the prior art essay that threaded the hair strands within the essay in the correct strand guide channel are, otherwise it can also lead to a negative impact on the overall result of the hairstyle.
- the present invention therefore deals with the problem of providing for an essay and an associated hair styling an improved embodiment, which is characterized in particular by a significantly simplified handling.
- the present invention is based on the general idea of geometrically changing a known rotatable attachment for a hair styling device so that both standing and falling curls or waves can be generated by a simple reversal of the direction of rotation without the risk of that due to unsuitable radii within the essay the hair to be curled or curled is kinked.
- the rotatable attachment on two finger-like extensions for winding up the hair to be formed, said extensions define an interposed Strätown Installationskanal and at the same time have rounded hair contact surfaces.
- the rotatable attachment has movable elements relative to the extensions which form at least part of the strand guide channel and / or constitute a cylindrical outer surface on which the hair to be curled or corrugated rest can.
- the finger-like extensions and the associated movable elements thereby form geometric curves whose radii are so large that a bending of the hair when rolling around this radius can be excluded.
- the basic geometry of the attachment is cylindrical, wherein the two extensions each form a substantially oval cross-section. Enveloping the two extensions, the two movable elements are arranged, which are designed as two non-contacting half-shells. Between the two half shells remains a gap which forms a cross section of the strand guide channel.
- the hairs of the threaded strand press the movable elements into a position which causes the hairs from the strand guide channel over a large radius, ie over a radius of no hair damage, such as kinks, to the outer circumference of the attachment sets.
- the mobility of the movable elements is independent of the direction of rotation, which can be ensured that the hair strands can be rolled up either right or left around, without thereby the Frisierintra is adversely affected.
- the direction of rotation of the attachment is further achieved in that in each case at an input and at an exit of the strand guide channel with respect to an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical attachment in each case such a large Radius is provided, which do not lead to damage of the hair during the course of the hair styling process, eg. The rolling, heating, cooling and unwinding.
- Another effect of this half-shell-like movable elements is the most extensive preservation of the circular circumference of the essay around which the hair is wound.
- the total of four radii at the entrance or exit of Strähnen enclosureskanals can be either the same or different in size.
- an essay with rotatably connected to a handle extensions and rotatable elements is conceivable, as well as an essay with rotatably connected to the handle movable elements and rotatably mounted to the handle extensions, so that under the term used in the patent application "movable elements" always only one possibility of movement of the elements is to be understood relative to the extensions, regardless of whether the movable elements are actually rotatable relative to the handle or rotatably connected thereto. In an embodiment in which no motorized rotary drive of the essay, this can also be rotated manually, in which case the movable elements would be rotatable relative to the extensions and the handle.
- the movable elements have a membrane-like or chain-like structure which has one end connected to one of the extensions and the other end connected to one of the half-shells.
- These membrane or chain-like structures form part of the strand guide channel running within the attachment and, because of their flexible structure, can easily be adapted to different circumstances.
- the chain or membrane-like structures are applied to the attachments and form in this state a hair contact surface or push in opposite direction of rotation, the strands against the opposite extension and thus cause the plant of strands of the opposite extension.
- Hair styling device 1 has a handle 2 and a rotatable attachment 3 for shaping hair, in particular for curling or wave formation.
- the attachment 3 is in the embodiment shown rotatably connected to a drive shaft 4, which in turn in turn rotatably connected to a drive device in the handle 2, for example.
- An electric motor is connected. The electric motor can be switched on or off by means of a switch 5 and in particular controlled in terms of its speed.
- the hair styling device 1 At the handle end, the hair styling device 1 according to the Fig. 1 a connection element 6, via which the hair styling device 1 can be connected to an electrical network.
- a battery 7 may be provided in the handle 2, which is rechargeable via the connection element 6 and the electrical network, not shown, and provides energy for wireless operation of the hair styling device 1 available.
- the rotatable attachment 3 two finger-like extensions 8 and 8 ', between which a strand guide channel. 9 runs.
- the two finger-like extensions 8 and 8 'substantially hemispherical surrounding, movable elements 10 and 10' are arranged on the attachment 3, which form at least a portion of the strand guide channel 9 and a cylindrical outer surface (see. FIGS. 2 and 3 ).
- the two finger-like extensions 8 and 8 'each have an oval cross-section and are enveloped by the two non-contacting and designed as half-shells, movable elements 10 and 10'.
- the attachment 3 rotates, wherein at the same time a relative rotation of the movable elements 10 and 10 'takes place relative to the extensions 8 and 8' (cf. Fig. 2 , right side).
- This has the effect that the hair tress 11 is pressed against a hair contact surface 12 or 12 'of the respective extension 8 or 8' and thereby corrugated.
- Fig. 2 can be clearly seen, such a wave works even with a reversal of the direction of the essay. 3
- a membrane-like or chain-like structure 13,13' is arranged, which has an end with one of the extensions 8,8 'and other ends with one of the half-shells, movable elements 10th , 10 'is connected.
- the two extensions 8 and 8 'each have a semicircular cross-section, wherein the movable elements 10,10' in this case as in the strand guide channel 9 protruding flaps 14,14 'are formed and each articulated on one of the extensions 8,8' are arranged. Also by this training, a rolling of the hair 11 can be achieved by a relatively large radius during operation of the hair styling device 1, which in particular the hair style result disturbing hair bends can be reliably avoided.
- at least one of the extensions 8, 8 'can have a notch or taper at its free end, as can be seen for example in accordance with FIG Fig. 1 is shown.
- At least one of the extensions 8, 8 'can also be designed to be heatable and / or coolable, and thus have a favorable influence on the shaping process due to the temperature which can be introduced into the hair 11.
- a so-called Peltier element can be provided in at least one of the extensions 8, 8 ', which heats or cools at least the hair contact surfaces 12, 12' or even the entire extension 8, 8 '.
- a channel structure arranged in the respective extension 8, 8 'can also be provided, through which warm or cool air can be conducted and delivered to the hair via corresponding air outlets.
- this channel-like structure or the air outlets additionally or alternatively a liquid, for example.
- a hair care product is transferred to the hair 11.
- the rounded trained hair contact surfaces 12,12 'are provided whose radius is preferably the same size and thereby allow easy generation of standing or falling curls by a simple reversal of direction of the attachment 3.
- the strand guide channel 9 formed between the two extensions 8 and 8 'can of course, have a rectilinear or a wave-like course.
- the cross section and thus also the radius of the extensions 8,8 'can of course vary in the axial direction 15 of the attachment 3 and in particular taper towards the free end of the attachment 3.
- the article 3 can be handled extremely variable, for example. Like a conventional hair curlers and thus longer time remain in the hair to be curled or wavy.
- the hair styling device according to the invention has the great advantage that the attachment 3 can be used with any direction of rotation when rolling up the hair strands 11, without negatively affecting the result of the hair style influence.
- the hair strand 11 similar to a conventional curling iron, use a largely circular cross-section.
- Another advantage, in particular in an embodiment with two extensions 8, 8 ' is the avoidance of faulty threading, since there is only one possibility for the strand of hair 11 to be positioned within the attachment 3.
- different attachments 3 can be connected to the drive shaft 4, so that depending on the desired curl size individual attachments 3 can be used.
- the attachment shown 3 has according to the Fig. 2 to 4 a substantially circular cross-section with internal projections 8 and 8 'on.
- cross-sectional shape such as an ellipse, a super ellipse, a slot shape, as well as ellipse-like shapes whose radii differ on the short and / or long sides compared to a normal ellipse.
- the strand guide channel 9 preferably runs along a main axis, but generally also any channel guidance is possible.

A disadvantage of the known prior art, however, is that the attachment for the hair styling device can be used for only a defined direction of rotation due to the attachment geometry, so that to change between standing or falling curls and to change the head side always a cumbersome and complex embracing and repositioning of Hair shaping device is required.
The present invention therefore deals with the problem of providing for an essay and an associated hair styling an improved embodiment, which is characterized in particular by a significantly simplified handling.
This problem is solved according to the invention by the subject matter of the independent claim. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.
The present invention is based on the general idea of geometrically changing a known rotatable attachment for a hair styling device so that both standing and falling curls or waves can be generated by a simple reversal of the direction of rotation without the risk of that due to unsuitable radii within the essay the hair to be curled or curled is kinked. For this purpose, the rotatable attachment on two finger-like extensions for winding up the hair to be formed, said extensions define an interposed Strähnenführungskanal and at the same time have rounded hair contact surfaces. In order to realize the usability of the attachment in both directions of rotation, the rotatable attachment has movable elements relative to the extensions which form at least part of the strand guide channel and / or constitute a cylindrical outer surface on which the hair to be curled or corrugated rest can. The finger-like extensions and the associated movable elements thereby form geometric curves whose radii are so large that a bending of the hair when rolling around this radius can be excluded. The basic geometry of the attachment is cylindrical, wherein the two extensions each form a substantially oval cross-section. Enveloping the two extensions, the two movable elements are arranged, which are designed as two non-contacting half-shells. Between the two half shells remains a gap which forms a cross section of the strand guide channel. As the attachment is rotated, the hairs of the threaded strand press the movable elements into a position which causes the hairs from the strand guide channel over a large radius, ie over a radius of no hair damage, such as kinks, to the outer circumference of the attachment sets. The mobility of the movable elements is independent of the direction of rotation, which can be ensured that the hair strands can be rolled up either right or left around, without thereby the Frisierergebnis is adversely affected. The direction of rotation of the attachment is further achieved in that in each case at an input and at an exit of the strand guide channel with respect to an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical attachment in each case such a large Radius is provided, which do not lead to damage of the hair during the course of the hair styling process, eg. Another effect of this half-shell-like movable elements is the most extensive preservation of the circular circumference of the essay around which the hair is wound. The total of four radii at the entrance or exit of Strähnenführungskanals can be either the same or different in size. In general, an essay with rotatably connected to a handle extensions and rotatable elements is conceivable, as well as an essay with rotatably connected to the handle movable elements and rotatably mounted to the handle extensions, so that under the term used in the patent application "movable elements" always only one possibility of movement of the elements is to be understood relative to the extensions, regardless of whether the movable elements are actually rotatable relative to the handle or rotatably connected thereto. In an embodiment in which no motorized rotary drive of the essay, this can also be rotated manually, in which case the movable elements would be rotatable relative to the extensions and the handle.
In the attachment according to the invention, the movable elements have a membrane-like or chain-like structure which has one end connected to one of the extensions and the other end connected to one of the half-shells. These membrane or chain-like structures form part of the strand guide channel running within the attachment and, because of their flexible structure, can easily be adapted to different circumstances. Depending on the selected direction of rotation of the attachment, the chain or membrane-like structures are applied to the attachments and form in this state a hair contact surface or push in opposite direction of rotation, the strands against the opposite extension and thus cause the plant of strands of the opposite extension.

Both at an entrance as well as at an exit of the strand guide channel 9, the rounded trained hair contact surfaces 12,12 'are provided, whose radius is preferably the same size and thereby allow easy generation of standing or falling curls by a simple reversal of direction of the
In general, the
