Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein beheizbares Haarformgerät (sog. Multistyling.Gerät) (1, 1'), das sowohl als Lockenstab als auch als Glätteisen verwendet werden kann. Das Haarformgerät (1, 1') umfasst einen eine Griff (2) und eine an dem Griff (2) befestigten Zange (5) mit zwei über ein Gelenk (16) miteinander verbundenen heizbaren Armen (7, 7'). An einem dem Zangengelenk (6) abgewandten Ende (15, 15') mindestens eines Armes (7, 7') ist eine Greifspitze (16, 26) befestigt, die gegenüber einem Heizbereich (3) des Armes (7, 7') thermisch isoliert ist. Die Greifspitze (16, 26) kann im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange (5) gegenüber dem Griff (2) gedreht werden. Vorteilhafterweise ist die Greifspitze (16, 26) zweiteilig ausgestaltet mit zwei Greifspitzenhälften (27, 27'), von denen im Benutzungsmodus des Haarformgeräts (1, 1') als Glätteisen jede einem Arm (7, 7') zugeordnet und gegenüber diesem fixiert ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein beheizbares Haarformgerät mit einer Zange mit zwei über ein Gelenk miteinander verbundenen heizbaren Armen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, wie es beispielsweise aus der gattungsbildenden EP 1 417 905 A1 als bekannt hervorgeht.
  • Zum Umformen von Haaren sind Haarformgeräte (sogenannte Multistyling-Geräte) bekannt, die einerseits das Formen von Locken, andererseits das Glätten von Haaren ermöglichen. Solche Geräte umfassen eine Zange mit zwei über ein Gelenk miteinander verbundenen und zueinander verschwenkbaren heizbaren Armen. Die Arme weisen an ihren einander zugewandten Innenflächen eine im Wesentlichen ebene Heizfläche auf; die Außenflächen der Arme sind so gestaltet, dass sie im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange einen zylinderförmigen Abschnitt bilden. Im Benutzungsmodus des Haarformgeräts als Lockenstab ist die Zange geschlossen, d.h. die beiden heizbaren Arme sind fest miteinander verbunden, und die zu formenden Haarsträhnen werden um den erhitzten Zylinderabschnitt herum gewunden. Im Benutzungsmodus als Glätteisen wird die durch die beiden Arme gebildete Zange geöffnet und geschlossen, um zwischen den beiden Armen Haarsträhnen aufzunehmen, die zwischen den beheizten Innenflächen der beiden Arme gepresst werden, so dass eine Glättung der Haare erfolgt. Solche Multistyling-Geräte sind beispielsweise aus der EP 1 417 905 A1 und der US 6,667,462 B2 bekannt.
  • Um dem Benutzer das Halten und Führen des Haarformgeräts zu erleichtern, sind die dem Zangengelenk abgewandten Enden der Arme mit Greifspitzen versehen, die gegenüber den heizbaren Armen thermisch isoliert sind. Diese Greifspitzen sind unverrückbar an den Armen des Haarformgeräts befestigt. Wird das Haarformgerät als Lockenstab verwendet, so wird das Haarformgerät um die Längsachse des durch die Arme gebildeten Zylinderabschnitts gedreht, was einen mehrfachen Griffwechsel der die Greifspitzen haltenden Hand erfordert. Dies ist umständlich und birgt die Gefahr von Verletzungen, wenn die Hand während des Umgreifens den heißen Lockenstab berührt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Handhabbarkeit des bekannten Haarformsystems zu verbessern.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Danach ist an mindestens einem der Heizarme endseitig eine thermisch isolierte Greifspitze befestigt, die im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange gegenüber dem Zangengelenk gedreht werden kann. Die thermisch isolierte Greifspitze dient dazu, das Gerät während der Benutzung besser halten und führen zu können. Im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange bilden die beiden Heizarme gemeinsam einen zylinderförmigen Abschnitt, der zum Eindrehen von Locken verwendet werden kann. In diesem Betriebsmodus werden die Haare um den Zylinderabschnitt gewickelt und in diesem Zustand fixiert. Da die Greifspitze in diesem Benutzungsmodus drehbar auf dem Gerät gelagert ist, kann der Benutzer beim Drehen des Lockenstabs die Drehspitze kontinuierlich festhalten, ohne umgreifen zu müssen; dies vereinfacht die Handhabung des Lockenstabs und erhöht die Sicherheit, da die Gefahr, beim Umgreifen versehentlich den heißen Heizstab zu berühren, erheblich reduziert wird. Die Drehachse der Greifspitze ist dabei vorteilhafterweise kollinear zu einer Symmetrieachse der im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange zueinander fixierten, das zylinderförmige Heizteil bildenden Arme ausgerichtet.
  • Wird das Gerät zum Glätten von Haaren verwendet, so müssen die beiden Arme zangenförmig gegeneinander bewegt werden, um die Haare zwischen den Zangenarmen einzuklemmen bzw. hindurchzuführen. Die drehbare Greifspitze muss also in einer solchen Weise gestaltet sein, dass sie das Öffnen der Zange gestattet.
  • In einer ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Greifspitze einteilig gestaltet und drehbar an einem der beiden Arme befestigt. Wird die Zange geöffnet, so wird die Greifspitze mit dem Arm, an dem sie befestigt ist, mitbewegt. Die Drehachse der Greifspitze kann dabei insbesondere an dem gelenkabgewandten Ende des Armes, im Bereich des Zangengelenks oder in einem dazwischen liegende Bereich gelagert sein.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung umfasst die Greifspitze zwei Hälften, wobei im geöffneten Zustand der Zange jedem der beiden Arme eine Greifspitzenhälfte zugeordnet ist. Im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange können die beiden Greifspitzenhälften gemeinsam gegenüber dem aus den beiden Armen gebildeten Stab gedreht werden; im geöffneten Zustand der Zange hingegen ist jede Greifspitzehälfte drehfest gegenüber dem ihr zugeordneten Arm arretiert. Zur Unterbindung der Drehbewegung der Greifspitzenhälften im geöffneten Zustand der Zange ist der Arm zweckmäßigerweise mit einer Fixiervorrichtung versehen. Die Fixiervorrichtung kann beispielsweise einen verschiebbar in der Greifspitzenhälfte gelagerten Fixierstift aufweisen, der mit einer an der gegenüberliegenden Greifspitzenhälfte befestigten Nase in einer solchen Weise zusammenwirkt, dass beim Schließen der Zange die Nase in eine Aussparung des Fixierstifts eindringt und die Greifspitzenhälfte gegenüber dem Arm entriegelt.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Die Zeichnungen stellen ein schematisches Ausführungsbeispiel dar und geben keine spezifischen Parameter der Erfindung wieder. Weiterhin dienen die Zeichnungen lediglich zur Erläuterung einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung und sollen nicht in einer solchen Weise interpretiert werden, dass sie den Schutzbereich der Erfindung einengen.
  • Figuren 1a und 1 b zeigen schematische Ansichten eines Haarformgeräts 1 mit einem Griff 2 und einem elektrisch betriebenen Heizteil 3. Das Heizteil 3 ist am Griff 2 befestigt, ragt von diesem ab und kann mittels eines Kabels 4 an eine (in der Figur nicht gezeigte) Stromversorgung angeschlossen werden, die eine (in der Figur nicht gezeigte) Heizvorrichtung im Heizteil 3 mit Energie versorgt. Das Heizteil 3 ist als eine Zange 5 mit zwei heizbaren Armen 7, 7' ausgestaltet. Einer der Arme 7 ist feststehend mit dem Griff 2 verbunden, während der andere Arm 7' gegenüber dem Griff 2 geschwenkt werden kann. Jeder der beiden Arme 7, 7' hat einen halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt mit einer zylinderförmigen Außenfläche 8, 8' und einer dem gegenüberliegenden Arm zugewandten ebenen Innenfläche 9, 9'. Die beiden Arme 7, 7' wirken in einer solchen Weise zusammen, dass sie bei aneinander aufliegenden Innenflächen 9, 9' einen zylinderförmigen Abschnitt 10 bilden (Figur 1a). Weiterhin umfasst das Haarformgerät 1 eine zangenartig mit dem schwenkbaren Arm 7' zusammenwirkende Andruckplatte 11, deren Kontur der Außenfläche 8' des schwenkbaren Armes 7' angepasst ist. Die Andruckplatte 11 ist schwenkbar am Griff 2 befestigt und kann mit Hilfe eines Hebels 12 in einem Gelenk 6 gegenüber dem Griff 2 geschwenkt werden. Über einen (in der Figur nicht gezeigten) Verbindungsknopf kann der schwenkbare Arm 7' an der Andruckplatte 11 fixiert werden, so dass der Arm 7' bei Betätigung des Hebels 12 gegenüber dem Griff 2 und dem feststehenden Arm 7 verschwenkt wird. Dann bilden die beiden Arme 7, 7 eine Zange 5, wobei das Gelenk der Zange 5 mit dem Gelenk 6 zusammenfällt, über das die Andruckplatte 11 gegenüber dem Griff 2 geschwenkt werden kann.
  • In einem ersten Benutzungsmodus des Haarformgeräts 1 ist die Zange 5 geschlossen, d.h. die beiden heizbaren Arme 7, 7' liegen mit ihren Innenflächen 9, 9' aneinander auf und sind fest miteinander verbunden, während die Andruckplatte 11 mit Hilfe des Hebels 12 gegenüber dem durch die Außenflächen 8, 8' der Arme 7, 7' gebildeten heizbaren Zylinderabschnitt 10 geschwenkt werden kann (Pfeil 13 in Figur 1a). In diesem Benutzungsmodus dient das Haarformgerät 1 als Lockenstab: Haarsträhnen werden um den erhitzten Zylinderabschnitt 10 herum gewunden und somit zu Locken geformt, wobei die Andruckplatte 11 eine Fixierhilfe darstellt. In einem zweiten Benutzungsmodus ist der schwenkbare Arm 7' an der Andruckplatte 11 fixiert und wird bei Betätigung des Hebels 12 gemeinsam mit dieser um das Gelenk 6 gegenüber dem feststehenden Arm 7 geschwenkt (Pfeil 14 in Figur 1b); in diesem Benutzungsmodus kann die Zange 5 also geöffnet und geschlossen werden, und das Haarformgerät 1 dient als Haarglätter (Glätteisen): Haarsträhnen werden zwischen den beiden Arme 7, 7' der beheizten Zange 5 durchgeführt und zwischen den einander gegenüberliegenden und zusammenwirkenden ebenen beheizten Innenflächen 9, 9' gepresst, so dass eine Glättung der Haare erfolgt.
  • Zur leichteren Bedienung des Haarformgeräts 1 ist an dem dem Zangengelenk 6 abgewandten Ende 15 des Arms 7 eine Greifspitze 16 vorgesehen, die thermisch gegenüber den heizbaren Armen 7, 7' isoliert ist. Wenn der Benutzer mit seiner ersten Hand das Haarformgerät 1 am Griff 2 führt und betätigt, kann er - insbesondere im Benutzungsmodus als Lockenstab - mit den Fingern der anderen Hand die Greifspitze 16 erfassen, um das auf die erste Hand wirkende Moment zu reduzieren und um das Gerät 1 leichter und sicherer handhaben zu können. Diese Greifspitze 16 ist drehbar am heizbaren Arm 7 befestigt.
  • Figur 2a zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung der Greifspitze 16, die drehbar an dem dem Zangengelenk 6 abgewandten Ende 15 des Zangenarmes 7 befestigt ist. Im Benutzungsmodus als Lockenstab dreht der Benutzer das Haarformgerät 1 um eine Achse, die (zumindest näherungsweise) der Symmetrieachse 17 des zylinderförmigen Abschnitts 10 der verbundenen Arme 7, 7' entspricht. Die Drehachse 18 der Greifspitze 8 ist kollinear zu dieser Symmetrieachse 17 angeordnet. Da die Teilungsebene 19 der beiden Arme 7, 7' im Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 2a mittig angeordnet ist, liegt diese Symmetrieachse 17 (und somit die Drehachse 18 der Greifspitze 16) genau in der Teilungsebene 19 der beiden Arme 7, 7'. Zur Lagerung der Drehspindel 20 der Greifspitze 16 ist daher auf dem die Greifspitze 16 tragenden Arm 7 endseitig eine Ausstülpung 21 vorgesehen, in der die Drehspindel 20 der Greifspitze 8 unverlierbar gehalten und drehbar gelagert ist. Soll eine solche Ausstülpung 21 vermieden werden, so können die zangenartig zusammenwirkenden Arme 7, 7' in einer solchen Weise gestaltet sein, dass die Teilungsebene, wie in Figur 2a gestrichelt dargestellt, versetzt (Ebene 19') oder gekippt (Ebene 19") gegenüber der Symmetrieachse 17 angeordnet ist. Figur 2b zeigt eine alternative Ausgestaltung mit einer Greifspitze 16', die mit über eine umlaufende Lagerung 22 unverlierbar und drehbar an dem Arm 7 befestigt ist.
  • Die Greifspitze 16, 16' besteht aus einem Werkstoff mit geringer thermischer Leitfähigkeit und/oder ist thermisch gegenüber dem Heizteil 3 der Arme 7, 7' isoliert. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Figuren 2a und 2b hat die Greifspitze 16, 16' eine rotationssymmetische Form (hier: die Form einer Halbkugel), sie kann aber auch beliebige andere symmetrische oder asymmetrische Formen haben. Zur Erhöhung der Griffsicherheit kann die Oberfläche der Greifspitze 16, 16' mit Noppen, Rillen etc. versehen sein.
  • Im Unterschied zu den Ausführungsbeispielen der Figuren 2a und 2b, in denen die drehbare Greifspitze 16, 16' einstückig ausgestaltet ist, zeigen Figuren 3a bis 3d ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Haarformgeräts 1' mit einer geteilten drehbaren Greifspitze 26. Die Greifspitze 26 besteht in diesen Ausführungsbeispielen aus zwei identischen Hälften 27, 27'; ganz allgemein soll der Begriff "Hälfte" jedoch beliebige Teilungen beinhalten (also keineswegs nur eine Teilung in zwei gleich große Hälften 27, 27'). Im Benutzungsmodus als Lockenstab (Figur 3a) sind die beiden Greifspitzenhälften 27, 27' über eine umlaufende Lagerung 22 drehbar an den Enden 15, 15' der Arme 7, 7' des Haarformgeräts 1' befestigt. Soll das Haarformgerät 1' in den Benutzungszustand als Glätteisen überführt werden, so wird jede dieser beiden Hälften 27, 27' der Greifspitze 26 einem der Arme 7, 7' zugeordnet und unverlierbar an diesem gehalten. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Figuren 3a bis 3d wird dies durch eine Lagerung 22 erreicht, bei der ringförmige Außenstege 31, 31' (die z.B. an den Häften 27, 27' der Greifspitze 26 vorgesehen sind) in ringförmige Außenstege (die z.B. an den Endbereichen 15, 15' der Arme 7, 7' vorgesehen sind) eingreifen und diese hintergreifen. Ein solches gegenseitiges Hintergreifen bewirkt eine endseitige Verriegelung der beiden Arme 7, 7' im geschlossenen Zustand der durch die Arme 7, 7' gebildeten Zange 5, so dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Aufklappen der Zange 5 unterbunden wird (siehe die endseitige Aufsichtsdarstellung der Figur 3c).
  • Um zu verhindern, dass die drehbar gelagerten Greifspitzenhälften 27, 27' im geöffneten Zustand der zangenförmigen Arme 7, 7' des Haarformgeräts (d.h. im Benutzungsmodus des Haarformgeräts als Glätteisen) aus der Lagerung 22 herausgedreht werden können, müssen diese Greifspitzenhälften 27, 27' in diesem Benutzungsmodus mit Hilfe einer Fixiervorrichtung 33 gegenüber den Armen 7, 7' fixiert werden. Hierzu ist jede der Greifspitzenhälften 27 mit einem federgelagerten Fixierstift 34 versehen, der verschiebbar in der Greifspitzenhälfte 27 gelagert ist und in eine Aussparung 35 im Endbereich 17 des jeweiligen Arms 7 eingeführt werden kann (in den Schnittdarstellungen der Figuren 3a und 3b ist nur der der Greifspitzehälfte 27 zugeordnete Fixierstift 34 dargestellt; ); weiterhin weist jede Greifspitzenhälfte 27, 27' eine in Richtung der gegenüberliegenden Greifspitzenhälfte 27', 27 abragende keilförmige Nase 36, 36' auf, deren Form einer Aussparung der 37 auf dem gegenüberliegenden Fixierstift 34 angepasst ist. Figur 3d zeigt eine Aufsicht auf die Innenfläche 9 des Arms 7, aus der die Lage der dem Arm 7 zugeordneten Nase 36 und des Fixierstifts 34 hervorgeht. Im geöffneten Zustand der zangenförmigen Arme 7, 7' (Benutzungszustand als Glätteisen) rastet der Fixierstift 34 der Greifspitzenhälfte 27 in die Aussparung 35 des zugeordneten Arms 7 ein und sichert dadurch die Greifspitzenhälfte 27 gegenüber Verdrehungen (siehe Figur 3b). Wird hingegen die Zange 5 der beiden Arme 7, 7' geschlossen (Benutzungszustand als Lockenstab), so dringt die an der gegenüberliegenden Greifspitze 27' befestigte Nase 36' in die Aussparung 37 auf dem Fixierstift 34 ein und schiebt den Fixierstift 34 entgegen der Federkraft in das Innere der Greifspitzenhälfte 27, so dass die Verriegelung freigegeben wird und die beiden (über die Nasen 36, 36' miteinander verkeilten) Greifspitzenhälften 27, 27' gemeinsam gegenüber den Armen 24, 24' gedreht werden können (Pfeil 38 in Figur 3c).

Claims (8)

  1. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1')
    - mit einer Zange (5) mit zwei über ein Gelenk (6) miteinander verbundenen heizbaren Armen (7, 7')
    - und mit einer an einem gelenkabgewandten Ende (15, 15') mindestens eines Armes (7, 7') befestigten und gegenüber einem Heizbereich (3) des Armes (7, 7') thermisch isolierten Greifspitze (16, 26),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifspitze (16, 26) im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange (5) drehbar gegenüber dem Gelenk (16) ist.
  2. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1') nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifspitze (16) drehbar an einem der Arme (7) gelagert ist.
  3. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1') nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifspitze (26) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1') nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifspitze (26) zwei Greifspitzenhälften (27, 27') umfasst, wobei im geöffneten Zustand der Zange (5) jede Hälfte (27, 27') einem der Arme (7, 7') zugeordnet ist.
  5. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1') nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifspitzenhälfte (27) im geöffneten Zustand der Zange (5) drehfest gegenüber dem Arm (7) angeordnet ist.
  6. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1') nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifspitzenhälfte (27) im geöffneten Zustand der Zange (5) über eine Fixiervorrichtung (33) gegenüber dem Arm (7) fixiert ist.
  7. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1') nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiervorrichtung (33) einen verschiebbar in der Greifspitzenhälfte (27) gelagerten Fixierstift (34) und eine an der gegenüberliegenden Greifspitzenhälfte (27') befestigte, mit diesem Fixierstift (34) zusammenwirkende Nase (36) aufweist.
  8. Beheizbares Haarformgerät (1, 1') nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (18) der Greifspitze (16, 26) kollinear zu einer Symmetrieachse (17) der im geschlossenen Zustand der Zange (5) zueinander fixierten Arme (7, 7') ausgerichtet ist.
