Das Auftreffen des ersten 2 auf dem zweiten Produkt 3 kann durch Gravitation oder aufgrund einer durch die Umlenkung der ersten Produkte entstandene Vorspannkraft erfolgen. Der gekrümmte unterschlächtige Förderbereich 11 entsteht durch ein Umlenkrad 17 an der Fördervorrichtung 4, der Führungsanordnung sowie der Zuführvorrichtung 12 im Mündungsbereich 15. Die Führungsanordnung 20 weist im Führungsendbereich einen durch die Fördervorrichtung 4 gebildeten Umlenkabschnitt des Förderstroms 9 auf.
Der Abstand der etwa tangentialen Zuführvorrichtung 12 für die zweiten Produkte 3 gegenüber der Fördervorrichtung 4 der ersten Produkte 2 ist im Mündungsbereich veränderbar ausgebildet, sodass ein optimales Einstellen und ein exaktes Auftreffen der ersten Produkte 2 auf den zweiten Produkten 3 an der bestimmten Position entstehen kann. Ein Antriebsmotor 18 der Fördervorrichtung, verbunden mit dem Umlenkrad 17 und ein Antriebsmotor 19 der Zuführvorrichtung 12 sind mit einer Steuervorrichtung 21 zur Aenderung und/oder Synchronisierung der Geschwindigkeiten von Förder- 4 und Zuführvorrichtung 12 verbunden. Der Steuervorrichtung 21 sind über Leitungen ebenso ein die zweiten Produkte 3 vereinzelnder Anleger und die Auftragsvorrichtung 16 zugeordnet, damit die vorgeschlagene Verarbeitung taktweise erfolgen kann. Claims (13)
- Method for combining at least two flat products (2, 3) at least partly one above the other with adhesive, particularly printed products (2), with a further product (3) supplied, sample, card, insert, label or similar, in which a first product (2) pushed or dragged along a guiding line in a shingle stream is put together with a second product (3) provided with adhesive on a surface facing towards the first product (2), supplied underneath the first product (2) at the same time as it, after the shingle stream turns into a conveying stream (9) of non-overlapping first products (2) and leaves the guiding line when it then runs through an undershot conveying area (11), in which before reaching the guiding line the first product is diverted in the conveying direction for transport by pushing or against the conveying direction for transport by dragging along the guiding line.

- Device according to one of claims 6 to 9, characterised in that the distance from the supplying device (12) for the second products (3) to the conveying device (4) of the first products (2) is made adjustable in the joining area (15).
- Device according to one of claims 6 to 10, characterised in that along the supplying device (12) an application device (16) is assigned for applying adhesive to the second products (3).
- Device according to one of claims 6 to 11, characterised in that a drive motor (18) of the conveying device (4) of the first products (2) and a drive motor (19) of the supplying device (12) of the second products (3) are connected to a control device (21) for changing or synchronising the speeds of the conveying device (4) and the supplying device (12).
- Device according to claim 12, characterised in that the drive motors (18, 19) are made so that they are controlled by the angle of rotation.
