Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de forage et de mise en place pour éléments d'ancrage (1), utilisé pour monter des éléments d'ancrage flexibles, notamment des tirants d'ancrage, qui comprend un moteur de forage (2), un logement (17) pour ledit moteur de forage (2), logement sur lequel agit un mécanisme d'avancement pour déplacer le logement (17), conjointement avec le moteur de forage (2), dans le sens de forage, ainsi qu'un dispositif de serrage (5) pour l'élément d'ancrage (8). Le moteur de forage (2) est conçu de manière à pouvoir être accouplé avec le dispositif de serrage (5) pour l'élément d'ancrage (8). Le dispositif de serrage (5) est maintenu dans le logement (17) relié au moteur de forage (2).

Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de forage et de mise en place pour des éléments d'ancrage, destiné à la pose d'ancrages flexibles, notamment des tirants d'ancrage, comprenant un moteur de forage (2), un support (17) pour ledit moteur de forage (2), sur lequel agit une commande d'avance pour déplacer le support (17) et le moteur de forage (2) dans la direction de forage, et un dispositif de serrage (5) pour l'élément d'ancrage (8), le moteur de forage (2) étant prévu pour pouvoir être accouplé avec le dispositif de serrage (5) pour l'élément d'ancrage (8), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (5) est directement maintenu dans le support (17) raccordé au moteur de forage (2) par une bielle de connexion (15).
  2. Dispositif de forage et de mise en place pour des éléments d'ancrage selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (5) comporte un étrier (6) ou un crochet destiné à enserrer l'élément d'ancrage.
  3. Dispositif de forage et de mise en place pour des éléments d'ancrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (5) comporte au moins une mâchoire de serrage (11, 16), l'étrier (6) ou le crochet et/ou la ou les mâchoires de serrage (11, 16) étant montés de manière mobile perpendiculairement à la direction d'avance.
  4. Dispositif de forage et de mise en place pour des éléments d'ancrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le support présente des trous oblongs (9) inclinés suivant un angle aigu par rapport à la direction d'avance, de manière à augmenter la force de serrage du dispositif de serrage (5) en cas de déplacement de la pince dans la direction d'avance de l'élément d'ancrage (8).
  5. Dispositif de forage et de mise en place pour des éléments d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier (6) ou le crochet et/ou la mâchoire de serrage (11, 16) présentent une surface ou un profil élévateurs de friction.
