- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une station intermédiaire (12) configurée en tant que dispositif de guidage et/ou de compensation est disposée entre le dispositif à coudre et à plusieurs aiguilles (2) et le dispositif de traitement (4) dans la direction de transport (6) de la bande en matière à coudre (5).
- Procédé de fabrication notamment d'articles cousus multicouches, de préférence de plaques de matelas (2), en tant que sections d'une bande en matière à coudre (5), dans lequel la bande en matière à coudre (5) est munie d'un ourlet et coupé le long de ses deux côtés longitudinaux (17, 18) orientés dans la direction de transport (6) par moyen d'un dispositif de traitement (4) configuré en tant que dispositif à coudre dans la direction longitudinale et de coupe, le dispositif de traitement (4) comprenant un agrégat à coudre et un dispositif de coupe pour chaque côté longitudinal (17, 18) de la bande en matière à coudre (5), la position relative de l'agrégat à coudre et du dispositif de coupe par rapport à la position de la bande en matière à coudre (5) étant orientée transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (6) de la bande en matière à coudre (5), le déplacement des agrégats à coudre et/ou des dispositifs de coupe par rapport à la bande en matière à coudre (5) étant commandé par un élément et/ou signal de référence qui est présent dans la bande en matière à coudre (5) de manière indépendante d'un dessin éventuellement présent sur la matière à coudre (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la position relative de la bande en matière à coudre (5) par rapport à la position des agrégats à coudre et/ou des dispositifs de coupe est déterminée par un dispositif de mesure et un signal effectif correspondant à la position détectée est émis.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le signal effectif émis par le dispositif de mesure est comparé à une valeur de consigne pré-déterminable par moyen d'un dispositif de comparaison et les agrégats à coudre et/ou les dispositifs de coupe sont déplacés transversalement à la direction de transport (6) de la bande en matière à coudre (5) en fonction de la comparaison du signal effectif et de la valeur de consigne.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mesure détermine la position de la bande en matière à coudre (5) par rapport à la position d'un agrégat à coudre et/ou d'un dispositif de coupe par moyen d'un capteur, de préférence d'un capteur de couleur, d'un capteur magnétique et/ou d'un capteur similaire.
