Claims (9)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine d'impression de feuilles, à savoir pour la réalisation d'un changement de plaque d'impression sur un cylindre porte-cliché (4) d'au moins une unité d'impression de la machine d'impression de feuilles, dans lequel, pour réaliser un d'un changement de plaque d'impression, une plaque d'impression usagée est retirée du cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif et une plaque d'impression neuve est positionnée sur le cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif de manière à ce que la plaque d'impression usagée à retirer du cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif soit d'abord desserrée puis qu'un premier bord de la plaque d'impression usagée soit desserré et qu'ensuite, après le desserrage d'un second bord de la plaque d'impression usagée, celui-ci soit retiré du cylindre porte-cliché (4) et que la plaque d'impression neuve à positionner sur le cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif soit d'abord serrée par un premier bord, puis roulée sur le cylindre porte-cliché (4) et ensuite, après le serrage d'un second bord de la plaque d'impression neuve, celui-ci soit serré sur le cylindre porte-cliché (4), sachant que,

    - lors du retrait de la plaque d'impression usagée du cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif, le desserrage du second bord de la plaque d'impression usagée et le retrait de la plaque d'impression usagée du cylindre porte-cliché (4) soient en outre effectués pendant que le cylindre porte-cliché (4) tourne,
    caractérisé en ce que, lors du retrait d'une plaque d'impression usagée du cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif, la plaque d'impression usagée est accélérée de manière à ce que sa vitesse de retrait soit supérieure à la vitesse circonférentielle du cylindre porte-cliché (4) entraîné en rotation.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour retirer la plaque d'impression usagée, le cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif est entraîné en rotation dans le sens inverse au sens de production ou vers l'arrière, de sorte que le premier bord de la plaque d'impression usagée correspond au bord de traînage de celle-ci et le second bord de la plaque d'impression usagée au bord d'amorce de celle-ci.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour retirer la plaque d'impression usagée, le cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif est entraîné en rotation dans le sens de production ou vers l'avant, de sorte que le premier bord de la plaque d'impression usagée correspond au bord d'amorce de celle-ci et le second bord de la plaque d'impression usagée au bord de traînage de celle-ci.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, ensuite, dans l'unité d'impression, d'autres opérations d'adaptation, en particulier un lavage du cylindre porte-blanchet, sont réalisées parallèlement au changement de plaque d'impression.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, pour positionner la plaque d'impression neuve, le cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif est entraîné en rotation dans le sens de production ou vers l'avant, de sorte que le premier bord de la plaque d'impression neuve correspond au bord d'amorce de celle-ci et le second bord de la plaque d'impression neuve au bord de traînage de celle-ci.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le changement de plaque d'impression est réalisé dans plusieurs unités d'impression de la machine d'impression de feuilles en synchronisant les feuilles d'impression de manière à ce que, dans les unités d'impression qui sont positionnées successivement vues dans le sens de transport des feuilles d'impression, le changement de plaque d'impression ait lieu avec un décalage chronologique tel que le décalage chronologique du changement de plaque d'impression entre deux unités d'impression positionnées successivement corresponde au temps de passage des feuilles d'impression dans ces unités d'impression de la machine d'impression de feuilles, de sorte que, lors du changement de plaque d'impression, la même feuille d'impression se trouve au niveau de l'unité d'impression respective.
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les plaques d'impression neuves sont pré-positionnées hors des unités d'impression en suivant le registre latéral et/ou en suivant le registre circonférentiel.
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les plaques d'impression neuves sont acheminées au cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif en suivant le registre circonférentiel.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, en réalisant un changement de plaque d'impression, le retrait de la plaque d'impression usagée du cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif et le positionnement de la plaque d'impression neuve sur le cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif de l'unité d'impression sont réalisés avec un chevauchement, à savoir lorsque, pour retirer la plaque d'impression usagée et pour positionner la plaque d'impression neuve, le cylindre porte-cliché (4) respectif est entraîné en rotation dans le même sens.
