Claims (27)

  1. Meuble qui présente un corps de meuble (1) avec plusieurs parois (2 à 6) et avec un dispositif d'éjection pour une partie de meuble mobile, en particulier une porte rotative du meuble qui présente une unité d'entraînement électromécanique telle qu'un moteur électrique, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éjection est configuré de manière à être intégré avec le dispositif d'entraînement qui présente l'unité d'entraînement électromécanique, dans l'une des parois (2 à 6) du meuble et en ce que cette paroi présente un élément capteur (20) qui est monté sur le meuble de telle manière que celui-ci puisse détecter une légère pression sur le côté extérieur de la porte.
  2. Meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de meuble présente une paroi de fond (2) servant de fond, une paroi supérieure ou de recouvrement (3), deux parois latérales (4, 5) et une paroi arrière (6), le dispositif d'éjection étant intégré dans un espace de montage dans l'une des parois (2 à 6) du meuble.
  3. Meuble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de meuble ouvert vers au moins un côté peut être refermé par la porte (7) qui est mobile sur au moins une ou plusieurs charnières (8) à un axe ou plusieurs axes autour d'un axe de rotation (D), les charnières (8) étant réalisées de préférence comme des charnières amorties.
  4. Meuble selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les charnières (8) en tant que charnières amorties sont équipées d'une fonction d'amortissement vers l'angle d'ouverture minimal et/ou maximal de la porte (7) et/ou en ce que les charnières (8) présentent des ressorts de fermeture pour la fermeture de la porte sur un angle de rotation prescrit.
  5. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éjection présente en tant qu'élément d'actionnement pour le déplacement de la porte un coulisseau mobile linéairement (11) ou un élément de levier (27).
  6. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éjection est conçu de telle manière que son épaisseur ou sa hauteur h ne soit pas plus grande que l'épaisseur d de la paroi (2 à 6) le recevant, le dispositif d'éjection présentant de préférence une épaisseur h inférieure à 25 mm, de manière davantage préférée une épaisseur h inférieure à 20 mm et de manière particulièrement préférée une épaisseur h inférieure à 15 mm.
  7. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (2 à 6), dans laquelle peut être monté le dispositif d'éjection, présente au moins une ou de préférence deux plaques de recouvrement espacées l'une par rapport à l'autre, entre lesquelles un espace de réception est réalisé, dans lequel le dispositif d'éjection (9) peut être inséré et/ou en ce que la paroi (2 à 6), dans laquelle le dispositif d'éjection peut être monté, présente un cadre de montage (19) de préférence périphérique avec au moins un profilé ou avec plusieurs éléments de profilé individuel pouvant être montés ensemble.
  8. Meuble selon les revendications 5 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de montage (19) présente de préférence un perçage (12) qui traverse l'extrémité libre de l'élément d'actionnement, en particulier du coulisseau (11) ou du levier de rotation au moins dans la position d'ouverture et/ou en ce que le cadre de montage (19) présente un perçage (21) pour la réception de l'élément capteur (20).
  9. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éjection présente un boîtier (10) avec deux plaques ou platines de montage (24, 25) espacées l'une de l'autre, entre lesquelles des éléments d'entraînement d'un dispositif d'entraînement du dispositif d'éjection sont montés, le boîtier (10) présentant de préférence deux profilés latéraux (22, 23) dont la section est en T, et dont les branches de base forment de part et d'autre des zones d'appui pour les plaques ou platines de montage (24, 25).
  10. Meuble selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'entraînement montés entre les platines de montage (24, 25) comportent le moteur électrique (13) et un engrenage (15).
  11. Meuble selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage (15) est réalisé comme un engrenage à roue dentée (15) à plusieurs étages qui présente plusieurs étages de transmission (15a,...) et qui présente de préférence une roue dentée de segment (16) qui présente de nouveau de préférence une tige (17) excentrée, disposée parallèlement à l'axe de rotation de la roue dentée de segment et qui s'engage dans une coulisse (18) reliée à l'élément d'actionnement.
  12. Meuble selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un coulisseau (11) mobile linéairement est disposé en tant qu'élément d'actionnement sur la coulisse (18) et/ou en ce qu'un élément de levier (27) est disposé en tant qu'élément d'actionnement sur la roue dentée de segment (16).
  13. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage (15) est configuré comme étant non autobloquant et/ou en ce que de préférence, des commutateurs ou capteurs (31), de préférence réglables, limitant la course de rotation sont disposés sur la roue dentée de segment (16), lesquels limitent le déplacement dans le sens d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture.
  14. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une configuration du dispositif d'éjection de telle manière qu'il puisse être inséré en cas de configuration asymétrique en soi par une rotation de 180° non seulement sur des meubles avec des portes placées à gauche mais aussi à droite (7).
  15. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une configuration du dispositif d'éjection de telle manière qu'il soit disposé sur des portes (7) plus près du côté de l'au moins une charnière (8) de la porte que du côté se trouvant en face des charnières.
  16. Meuble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement, en particulier le coulisseau (11) est configuré de telle manière qu'au moins son extrémité libre puisse suivre le mouvement de rotation de la porte sur une voie incurvée et/ou en ce qu'une mesure diminuant la friction de l'élément d'actionnement sur la porte est mise en oeuvre sur l'élément d'actionnement et/ou sur la porte (7).
  17. Meuble selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement est configuré de manière articulée, en particulier de telle manière qu'il présente une ou plusieurs articulations rotatives (31).
  18. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de levier (27) ou le coulisseau (11) présente une extrémité de coulisseau (32) qui est configurée de manière mobile par rapport au coulisseau restant, de préférence de telle manière que l'extrémité de coulisseau (32) soit reliée par au moins une articulation rotative au coulisseau restant (11) ou à l'élément de levier (27).
  19. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des barres (46) ou des câbles (47) sont articulés comme un parallélogramme sur l'extrémité de coulisseau (32) à des articulations (31) afin de faire pivoter celle-ci par un mouvement des barres ou câbles (46, 47) et/ou en ce qu'un corps de roulement tel qu'une bille (34) ou un rouleau (35) est disposé sur l'extrémité libre du coulisseau (11) ou de l'élément de levier (27).
  20. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une section (38) élastique agissant comme une articulation rotative ou une configuration élastique du coulisseau (11) et/ou un ressort, en particulier un ressort cylindrique (37) pour la liaison de l'extrémité de coulisseau (32).
  21. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une chaîne à articulation (39, 40) sur le coulisseau (11) et/ou par du matériau de type palier lisse sur l'extrémité libre du coulisseau (11) et/ou par un ressort ou plusieurs ressorts (41) sur les articulations (31).
  22. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une butée ou plusieurs butées (42) sur les articulations (31) et/ou en ce que le coulisseau (11) est configuré afin d'être déplacé sur une bande en arc.
  23. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif d'amortissement (50) qui est configuré de préférence afin d'agir lors de la fermeture de la partie de meuble mobile (7), en particulier d'une porte (7) et qui est associé de préférence au coulisseau (11).
  24. Meuble selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (11) est en plusieurs parties, celui-ci présentant au moins deux sections de coulisseau (51, 52) mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre, entre lesquelles un moyen d'amortissement (53) est disposé.
  25. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 23 à 24, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement présente en tant que moyen d'amortissement (53) un ou plusieurs ressorts et/ou en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement présente en tant que moyen d'amortissement (53) un ensemble de piston à amortissement fluidique et/ou un amortisseur à ressort, à air ou hydraulique linéaire ou agissant par rotation et/ou en ce que les sections de coulisseau (51, 52) peuvent coulisser de manière télescopique l'une dans l'autre.
  26. Meuble selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que l'une section de coulisseau (51) présente un évidement ou une ouverture de type trou oblong (54), dans laquelle l'autre section de coulisseau (52) est insérée, le moyen d'amortissement, en particulier le ressort, étant disposé entre la base de l'ouverture (53) et la section de coulisseau (52) intérieure.
  27. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la force de fermeture de la partie de meuble mobile est supérieure à une force d'ouverture du ressort (53) sur la partie de meuble mobile.
