Claims (4)

  1. Strickgarn-Wechselvorrichtung zum Wechseln mehrerer Fadenführer (13a, 14a; 13b 14b) denen ein Strickgarn von einer Strickgarn-Zuführquelle (12a, 12b) zugeführt wird, unter Verwendung einer Haltevorrichtung (22), die einen Endbereich eines Strickgarns halten kann, einer Schneidvorrichtung (22), die ein Strickgarn abschneiden kann, und einer Zusammensetzvorrichtung (23), die Strickgarne zusammensetzt bzw. -fügt, wobei das Verfahren die aufeinanderfolgenden Verfahrensschritte aufweist:
    Veranlassen der Haltevorrichtung (22), einen Endbereich eines Strickgarns, welches zuvor einem der mehreren Fadenführer (13a, 14b) zugeführt wurde, in einem Zustand zu halten, in dem ein Strickfaden von der Strickgarn-Zuführquelle (12a, 12b) zu einen anderen Fadenführer (13b, 14a) zugeführt wird;
    Veranlassen der Zusammensetzvorrichtung (23) zum Zusammensetzen des Strickgarns als Zusammensetzziel, das am Endbereich durch die Haltevorrichtung (22) gehalten wird, und des Strickgarns von der Strickgarn-Zuführquelle (12a, 12b);
    Freigeben des Endbereichs des Strickgarns als Zusammensetzziel, das von der Haltevorrichtung (22) nach dem Zusammensetzschritt gehalten wurde;
    Veranlassen der Schneidvorrichtung (22), das von der Strickgarn-Zuführquelle (12a, 12b) zugeführte Strickgarn an einem Punkt zwischen einem zusammengesetzten Bereich und einem anderen Fadenführer (13b, 14a) zu zerschneiden, wobei der zusammengesetzte Bereich ein Bereich ist, in dem das von der Strickgarn-Zuführquelle (12a, 12b) zugeführte Strickgarn und das Strickgarn als Zusammensetzziel durch die Zusammensetzvorrichtung (23) zusammengesetzt worden ist; und
    Veranlassen der Haltevorrichtung (22), einen abgeschnittenen Endbereich des Strickgarns zu halten, das von der Strickgarn-Zuführquelle (12a, 12b) abgeschnitten worden ist.
  2. Strickgarn-Wechselvorrichtung (11), umfassend:
    ein Auswählteil (21), das zwei Einbringlöcher (26a, 26b) aufweist, durch die Strickgarne jeweils und individuell eingebracht werden, und der eines der Strickgarne an einer Auswahlposition und das andere Strickgarn an einer Rückzugsposition durch Bewegen der Einbringlöcher (26a, 26b) anordnen kann;
    ein Schneide- und Halteteil (22), das ein Endteil eines durch die Einbringlöcher (26a, 26b) eingebrachten Strickgarne halten kann, und der ein Strickgarn abschneiden kann, das durch das Auswahlteil (21) an der Auswahlposition gebracht wird;
    ein Zusammensetzteil (23), der einen Aufnahmeraum (51) aufweist, in den die Strickgarne eingebracht sind, und der mehrere Strickgarne, die in den Aufnahmeraum (51) eingebracht sind, durch einen Strahl eines unter Druck stehenden Fluids auf die mehreren Strickgarne zusammenfügt;
    einen Führungsteil (24), der das am Endbereich durch den Schneid- und Halteteil (22) gehaltene Strickgarn ergreifen kann, und der an der Auswahlposition durch den Auswahlteil (21) angeordnet ist, und der einen Teil des ergriffenen Strickgarns in den Aufnahmeraum (51) einbringen kann; und
    einen Steuerteil (71), der den Auswahlteil (21), den Schneid- und Halteteil (22), den Zusammenbringteil (23) und den Führungsteil (24) so steuert, dass in einem Zustand in dem ein Endbereich eines Strickgarns, welches durch ein Einlegloch eingebracht wurde, durch den Schneid- und Halteteil (22) gehalten wird, und ein Strickgarn, dass durch das andere Einbringloch durch den Aufnahmeraum (51) des Zusammensetzteils (23) eingebracht wurde, der Auswählteil (21) das Strickgarn, das durch das eine Einbringloch eingesetzt wurde an der Auswahlposition anordnet, der Führungsteil (24) dann einen Teil des Strickgarns, das an der Auswahlposition angeordnet ist, in den Aufnahmeraum (51) des Zusammensetzteils (23) bringt, das Zusammensetzteil (23) einen Zusammensetzvorgang durchführt, der Endbereich des Strickgarns, der durch das eine Einbringloch eingebracht ist, welches durch den Schneid- und Halteteil (22) gehalten worden ist, dann freigegeben wird, der Auswählteil (21) das Strickgarn, das im anderen Einbringloch eingesetzt wurde, an der Auswahlposition anordnet, und der Schneid- und Halteteil (22), danach das Strickgarn, das durch das andere Einbringloch eingelegt wurde, abschneidet und den Endbereich des Strickgarns, das im anderen Einbringloch eingelegt wurde, hält.
  3. Strickgarn-Wechselvorrichtung (11) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Schneid- und Halteteil (22) umfasst:
    ein erstes Element (37), das eine Schneidklinge (35) und eine erste Halteseite (36) aufweist, die auf einer Seite der Schneidklinge (35) in einer vorgegebenen Richtung angeordnet ist,
    ein zweites Element (39), das einen zweite Halteseite (38) aufweist; und
    einen Antriebsteil (41), der das erste Element (37) zwischen einer Halteseite, in der ein Strickgarn zwischen der ersten und zweiten Halteseite (36, 38) gehalten werden kann, und einer Freigabeposition bewegen kann, in der ein Strickgarn, das zwischen der ersten und zweite Halteseite (36, 38) gehalten wurde, freigesetzt werden kann, wobei die Freigabeposition in einer vorgegebenen Richtung zu der Halteposition weg angeordnet ist.
  4. Strickgarn-Wechselvorrichtung (11) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Auswahlteil (21) umfasst:
    Platten (27a, 27b), in denen die Einbringlöcher (26a, 26b) individuell ausgebildet sind; und
    einen Antriebsteil (29), der die Platten (27a, 27b) antreibt.
