Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the technical field of a flexible plastic security envelope capable of containing objects to be secured such as documents or money for example.
  • This security envelope ensures the routing of objects by allowing the recipient, to note the non access to objects from their placement inside the envelope.
  • the security adhesive is intact, some users have found access to the original content even though the envelope has no visible deterioration.
  • the applicant has shown that in some cases, part of the edge of the envelope has been removed from the weld to allow access to the inside of the envelope, before the completion of a new weld that, unless meticulous examination, merges with the initial weld.
  • the patent FR 1 411 062 proposed to make a closed security envelope along its edges by a weld comprising, on the one hand, a rectilinear continuous weld line and, on the other hand, a weld consisting of a combination of letters, numbers or symbols, separated by each other.
  • This security envelope requires, to ensure its safety function and moisture impermeability, to perform two types of side-by-side welding resulting in a loss of the volume available to house an article and a loss of the constituent material of the envelope .
  • This closing operation proves in practice difficult to implement.
  • closing the envelope by welding requires that the user is equipped with a welding tool and is also an expert to ensure the quality of the weld performed.
  • the present invention therefore aims to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art by proposing a new envelope adapted to be closed in a simple and safe manner without the aid of a welding tool while allowing the recipient to ascertain in a certain way, non-access to objects since their placement inside the envelope.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide an envelope having secure continuous welded edges, that is to say hardly reproducible.
  • the security envelope comprising at least two sheets of flexible plastic material assembled together by welding on at least two of their edges to form a closed internal volume, the envelope having at least one opening giving access the internal volume and being equipped with a closure system, is characterized, according to the invention, in that at least one edge of the envelope comprises at least one weld made continuously over most of the length of the adjacent edge of the envelope having an evolutive width and / or at least one outer or inner edge with an evolutionary localized direction.
  • the weld has an inner edge and an outer edge, with a scalable localized direction.
  • the weld is formed by at least one random or repetitive pattern, or delimits at least one random or repetitive unwelded pattern.
  • the pattern of the weld comprises at least one letter, a number and / or a flat profile.
  • At least two opposite edges of the so-called longitudinal envelope comprise at least one weld having an evolutionary width and / or at least one edge with an evolutionary localized direction.
  • At least one so-called transverse edge perpendicular to the so-called longitudinal edges, comprises at least one weld having an evolutionary width and / or at least one edge with an evolutionary localized direction.
  • edges of the envelope comprise identical or different welds.
  • all the edges of the envelope comprise a weld having an evolutionary width and / or at least one edge with an evolutionary localized direction.
  • the welds having an evolutionary width and / or at least one edge with an evolutionary localized direction, and made along two contiguous edges are contiguous at the corner of the envelope formed by the two contiguous edges.
  • At least one edge of the envelope comprises at least one second weld extending next to a first weld of evolutive width and / or with at least one progressive localized direction edge, these two welds being identical or not.
  • the weld extends to the edge adjacent the envelope or recessed relative to said neighboring edge.
  • the object of the invention concerns a safety one envelope intended to contain objects of any kind, not shown, such as documents or money.
  • the security envelope 1 comprises at least two and in the illustrated example two superimposed sheets 2 and 3 of flexible plastic material preferably recyclable such as polyethylene.
  • the security envelope 1 is delimited by two longitudinal edges 4 and 5 parallel to each other and by two transverse edges 6 and 7 parallel to each other, taken into consideration only of the elongate shape of the security envelope 1.
  • the security envelope 1 is made by a flexible plastic sheet folded along the transverse edge 6 which thus forms the bottom of the security envelope 1.
  • the longitudinal edges 4 and 5 are closed by a 8 and the transverse edge 7 opposite the bottom 6.
  • the security envelope 1 can be formed from at least two separate sheets superposed closed by welding on all four sides.
  • the security envelope 1 also comprises an opening 9 giving access to the internal volume 10 of the security envelope 1.
  • the internal volume 10 of the envelope is thus accessible only through the opening 9.
  • the opening 9 is made by a slot arranged in the sheet 3 parallel to a transverse edge.
  • the opening 9 is delimited between the adjacent free edges of the two sheets 2, 3.
  • the opening 9 may appear at the transverse edge 7 without a weld bead, that is to say that the opening 9 is delimited between the sheets 2 and 3 by their free edges vis-à-vis, or offset between them during the presence of a flap on one of the sheets.
  • This opening 9 can also be made parallel to the longitudinal edges. This opening 9 extends over all or part of the width or even the length of the security envelope 1.
  • the security envelope 1 comprises a closure system 13 preferably made and in the example illustrated, by a security adhesive 13 adapted to completely cover the opening 9 to close the access to the internal volume 10.
  • the security adhesive 13 comprises, as it appears more precisely in the Fig. 2 , a protection 14 which after its removal allows the adhesive to completely cover the opening 9.
  • This security adhesive 13 comprises an adhesive film 15 covered by the protection 14.
  • the security adhesive 13 is fixed on the envelope by a portion 15a of the adhesive film 15 for which the protection 14 is folded, shifted or does not exist.
  • the security adhesive 13 comprises, for example, a visual type opening indicator by ink.
  • the glue film 15 is carried by a support 16 made of plastic material, between which are placed a printed varnish 17 and an ink printing 18 such as a flat ink.
  • the varnish 17 is printed in the form of signs or letters forming for example a message.
  • the security envelope 1 may be equipped with a visual indicator opening different from the ink type such as for example by tearing and / or deformation. In this embodiment, during removal of the security adhesive 13, tears and / or deformations appear at the level of the security adhesive and / or the envelope making it possible to visualize an opening or an attempt to opening of the security envelope.
  • the closure system 13 can be made only by a conventional adhesive without a message appearing system, for example with high tackiness, or by a flap extending one of the two sheets 2, 3, and equipped with a flat surface of glue type hot melt for example, covered by a detachable protection. It should be noted that in the case where the opening 9 is not made by a slot as illustrated in FIGS. Fig. 1 and 2 , but is delimited between the two sheets 2, 3, then the closure system 13 may be placed in overlap on the two sheets 2, 3. In this case, it should be noted that the envelope may comprise at least two edges welded 4, 5 disjoint.
  • the weld 8 is delimited between an inner edge 8i oriented towards the inside of the envelope and an external edge 8e directed towards the outside of the envelope, namely towards the adjacent edge of the envelope.
  • at least one edge of the envelope comprises at least one weld 8 having an evolutive width l and / or at least one outer edge 8e or an inner edge 8i having an evolutionary localized direction d.
  • the weld 8 is formed by a random or repetitive pattern.
  • the pattern of the weld 8 comprises at least one letter, a number and / or a flat profile of any shape.
  • the pattern of the weld 8 has a width l scalable and / at least one edge 8, 8i having a d scalable localized direction.
  • the localized direction d of an edge 8e, 8i of the weld 8 is considered evolutionary if it changes its orientation along said edge.
  • the management localized d of the weld is defined at a point of the inner edge 8i or outer 8e, by the tangent at this point. If the direction of this tangent at different points along the edge 8e, 8i varies, then this localized direction d is said to be evolutionary.
  • Localized direction of an eighth edge 8i solder 8 does not correspond to the general direction of the weld that can be considered as the direction or the general direction of extension of the weld 8.
  • the general direction of is considered parallel to the edge of the envelope near which the weld is made, called adjacent edge in the following description.
  • This general direction of the weld 8 parallel to the adjacent edge of the envelope optimizes the internal volume 10 of the envelope relative to the surface of the sheets 2,3.
  • the general direction of the weld 8 can not be parallel to the adjacent edge of the envelope.
  • the width l of the weld 8 is taken in a determined direction intersecting the inner edges 8i and outer 8e.
  • the width l of the weld 8 is considered as scalable or variable if the distance between the edges 8e, 8i taken in this direction at a point of the weld is different from the distance between the edges 8e, 8i taken along the same direction but in a different point.
  • the width l is taken between the edges 8e; 8i in a direction perpendicular to the general extension direction of the weld 8.
  • the width l can be taken between the edges 8e, 8i in any direction other than d '.
  • the pattern of the weld 8 is a symmetric flat profile according to the general extension direction of, diamond-shaped repetitive character.
  • the eighth 8i internal and external edges each have one of evolutionary localized direction and the width of the weld 8 is scalable.
  • the Fig. 3B illustrates another embodiment of a weld 8 whose pattern is asymmetrical in the direction of general extension of. 8i the inner edge of the weld has a localized direction constant at parallel to the neighboring edge 7 while the outer edge 8e of the festoon-shaped weld has a localized direction of evolutionary.
  • the width l of the weld 8 is progressive.
  • the pattern of the weld 8 is a flat profile in the form of sections of straight lines of identical widths, but alternate localized repetitive directions.
  • the width l of the weld 8 is constant while the two edges 8i, 8e have localized directions of evolution.
  • the pattern of the weld 8 is a flat profile according to a curve of evolutionary width l and localized direction of evolutive, performed in a random manner.
  • the weld 8 is a pattern composed of letters forming a repetitive word.
  • any combination of letters, numbers and / or profile flat, with a scalable width and / or with at least one edge with an evolutionary localized direction can be envisaged.
  • the weld 8 defines at least one random or repetitive pattern comprising at least one letter, a number and / or a flat profile.
  • the weld 8 has a reserve 19 corresponding to a portion of the surface of the sheets 2,3 not welded together to delimit in the illustrated example a word.
  • the non-welded portions 19 of the sheets surrounded by the weld 8 can be cut out by punching or by laser cutting.
  • the non-welded zones 19 are continuous, that is to say that they touch to improve the safety of the weld and limit the areas where the weld has no evolutionary width and / or edge 8e, 8i with an evolutionary localized direction as between the letters in the illustrated example.
  • the inner 8i and outer 8e edges have localized directions d non-evolutive since they are rectilinear and parallel to the adjacent edge 7.
  • the width l of the welding is evolutionary since it corresponds in each point to the distance between the edges 8e, 8i decreased or not the width of the reserve 19 which is variable.
  • the weld 8 has internal edges 8i and external 8e having a progressive localized direction d as illustrated for example in FIG. Fig.
  • the width l of the weld 8 has a width also scalable because each point corresponds to the distance between the external and internal edges 8i 8 minus the width of the subject 19 which is variable and which is surrounded by a weld width for example substantially constant which follows the contour of the pattern of variable width.
  • Fig. 3A, 3C, 3D and 3F illustrate a weld with an internal profile 8i with a progressive localized direction making difficult the falsification or reproduction of the weld.
  • the weld 8 is a thermal weld or a laser weld offering the advantage of greater flexibility for achieving the weld patterns. It can thus be provided, for example, to differentiate the envelopes from one another by welds with different patterns (individual numbering, symbol, etc.).
  • a weld 8 according to the invention namely having an evolutionary width and / or at least one edge with an evolutionary localized direction is carried out continuously over most of the length of the adjacent edge of the envelope. It may be envisaged that this weld 8 may be limited over a portion of the length of the edge of the envelope while being extended by a rectilinear conventional weld of constant width. To ensure a secure closure of the envelope, all edges 4 to 7 of the envelope must be closed by welding, by the closure system 13 or by folding sheets.
  • the seams 8 having an evolutionary width and / or at least one edge with an evolutionary localized direction and made according to two contiguous edges are contiguous, continuous or intersecting at the corner of the envelope formed at the junction zone of the two contiguous edges.
  • the continuity between the welds 8 made in relation to two contiguous edges is provided in any appropriate manner so that the weld deviates more or less from the corner of the envelope. It can thus be estimated that a weld 8 extends over most of the length of the neighboring edges of the envelope.
  • At least one and preferably the two longitudinal edges 4, 5 of the casing are provided with a weld 8 according to the invention.
  • At least one transverse edge 7, namely the transverse edge opposite the bottom of the envelope, comprises a weld 8 according to the invention.
  • all the edges 4, 5, 7 of the envelope provided with a weld comprise a weld 8 according to the invention.
  • the envelope is provided on its other three edges with a weld according to the invention.
  • the four edges of the envelope comprise a weld according to the invention.
  • the weld 8 extends continuously along most of the length of the edges of the envelope to provide closure security and a sufficient closed volume.
  • weld may be identical or different depending on the different edges of the envelope.
  • a second weld 8 1 extending next to and along a first weld 8 according to the invention.
  • This second weld 8 1 is identical or different from the neighboring weld 8 and can be performed by a weld 8 according to the invention or by a conventional straight weld of constant width.
  • the welds 8 are shown as being made close to and away from the adjacent edge of the envelope shown right.
  • the weld 8 can extend to the edge of the envelope.
  • the outer edge 8e of the weld 8 is delimited by the edge of the envelope.
  • the edge of the envelope has an evolutionary direction, that is to say is not rectilinear. According to a particular example of embodiment illustrated in Fig.
  • the shape of the weld 8 and thus of the outer edge 8e is given by the cutout 20 made between two consecutive envelopes 1 and according to which the two said envelopes are separated.
  • this cutout 20 is rectilinear or preferably has a scalable localized direction as illustrated in FIG. Fig. 5 .
  • each envelope 1 has an outer edge 8e with a scalable localized direction.
  • the internal edge 8i has a progressive localized direction as illustrated in FIG. Fig. 5 .
