Description

The invention relates to a gate according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Such doors are realized, for example, in the form of so-called sectional doors, in which the door leaf is moved along a predetermined path between the closed position and the open position and which comprises a plurality of along the predetermined path arranged one behind the other and extending perpendicular to the predetermined path extending hinge axes Joints interconnected components or Sektionaltorpaneelen consists. During the door leaf movement along the path generally defined by a guide rail assembly and having at least one arcuate section, there is pivotal movement between adjacent sectional door panels.

In order to avoid the formation of a finger-permitting gap between the edges of the adjacent panels in the course of this pivoting movement, the panels are usually provided with special edge profiles. Such edge profiles are, for example, in the EP-A-0304642 and the EP-A-0370376 specified. The disclosure of these documents with regard to the shape of the edge profiles of individual sectional door panels of a door leaf for a sectional door is hereby incorporated by explicit reference into this description.

Tore, insbes. Gates, especially sectional doors, are commonly used to close openings in exterior walls of buildings. In many cases, it is important to ensure a satisfactory thermal insulation when the door is closed. For this purpose, the components used for the production of the door leaves, such as Sektionaltorpaneele, usually an insulating body which bears against an inner boundary surface on the other hand, the outer boundary surface of the component-forming metal shell. This insulating body is usually fixed by an edge profile designed in one piece with the shell in its position relative to the shell. In the DE 10 2007 004 081 an improvement of such gates in terms of thermal insulation is proposed, in which the edge profile forming material subjected to a cross-sectional area in at least one parallel to the outer surface extending cutting plane reducing attenuation processing, esp. Provided with openings or slots, so as to reduce the heat conduction over to reach the edge profile.

However, it has been shown that even with gates made in this way gates still form a considerable heat or cold bridge between the space to be closed with the door leaf and the surroundings thereof.

Gates according to the preamble of claim 1 are in the EP 1 571 281 A2 described.

In view of these problems in the prior art, the object of the invention is to provide gates with improved thermal insulation.

According to the invention this object is achieved by the specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 development of the known goals. ßeren boundary surface is at least partially covered by an insulating material formed from a material designed for thermal insulation material.

This invention is based on the surprising finding that a further improvement in terms of thermal insulation of the door leaf itself does not lead to a significant improvement in the insulation effect of the gate as a whole, because in the Torblattschließstellung still between the door leaf and the opening thus to be closed having wall arranged transition element even then represents a considerable heat loss causing thermal bridge, when a gap between the transition element and the Torblattaußenseite remaining gap is bridged by an additional sealing element, such as. In the DE 198 34 700 described. The transition element is in view of the thus to be achieved improvement in the overall stability of the gate usually made of metal, esp. Steel, and is therefore a very good conductor of heat through which the heat from the door to be closed with the door to be closed very good outside can be. This thermal bridge is interrupted according to the invention by the transition element, esp. On its facing away from the space to be closed outer boundary surface, is covered by an insulating material, so as to achieve a complete thermal separation of the closed space with the door leaf of its environment. It can also be present at gates according to the invention in the Torblattschließstellung between the transition element and the outer boundary surface of the door leaf still a gap that is bridged by an additional seal assembly and / or the Isolierstoffanordnung. The insulating material may be wholly or partly formed of a foamed and / or elastically deformable material.

In terms of a particularly good thermal separation according to the invention it is envisaged that the Isolierstoffanordnung at least in sections over the entire extends in a perpendicular to the door leaf in the closed position extending width of the transition element, because so the emergence of even small contact areas of the metallic transition element in which a Contact with the environment of the closed door with the door space is excluded.

A further improvement of the thermal separation can be achieved if the insulating material arrangement also extends in the width direction of the transition element into the reveal of the opening to be closed by the door leaf. Such Arrangement can be realized particularly easily when the transition element is approximately aligned with the corresponding region of the soffit. For this purpose, the transition element expediently has a substantially planar outer boundary surface, which is designed coplanar with the substantially planar reveal, wherein the transition element associated with the soffit area may be arranged approximately in a vertical plane.

According to the invention at least one transition element of the invention gates by a extending approximately in the direction of gravity lateral Zargenholm with an at least indirectly applied to a soffit wall and usually in the Torblattschließstellung approximately parallel to Torblattaußenseite extending contact portion, a transversely, esp. About perpendicular to the mounting portion erstrekkenden and for fixing a guide for the Torblattbewegung between the closed position and the open position serving guide rail designed mounting portion and extending from the mounting portion facing away from the edge of the abutment portion in the closed position in the direction of the door leaf extending, preferably integrally with the contact portion and executed expediently formed with a running in a vertical plane soffit transition element. In this case, the transition element and the attachment portion extend approximately in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail.

Additionally or alternatively, however, the transition element can also bridge the transition between the upper edge of the door leaf in the closed position and the fall of the soffit, for example. Present in the form of a closure plate, with which the upper ends of the two lateral Zargenholme are at least optically interconnected.

In order to further improve the thermal insulation effect while providing a mechanical decoupling between the Zargenholm and the soffit wall having provided according to the invention that the insulating material has a arranged between the contact section and the wall insulating section. On the one hand, this insulation section contributes to the thermal insulation of the space to be closed by the door leaf. On the other hand, it can thus be damped during the Torblattbewegung on the guide rail and the Zargenholm on the wall transmissible vibrations and thus a corresponding noise. In this embodiment of the invention can a particularly good thermal separation can be achieved if the insulating material surrounds the transition region between the contact section and the transition element on the outside of the frame member facing away from the space to be closed.

According to the invention, it is provided that the insulating section, starting from the edge of the transition element facing the wall, extends over substantially the entire width of the contact section as far as the fastening section of the frame member. Both the aforementioned thermal insulation effect and the simultaneously achievable mechanical decoupling can be improved if at least one, preferably two, three or more channels extending in the longitudinal direction of the contact section, which are usually in the direction of gravity, are formed in the insulating section between the contact section and the wall. These channels can be bounded by a substantially flat contact area of the insulating section, the contact portion of the Zargenholms and between the contact area of the insulating section and the contact portion of the frame spar extending webs of Dämmabschnitts.

To cover the outer boundary surface of the transition element, the Isolierstoffanordnung has an approximately parallel to the transition element extending cover strip, wherein an improved insulation effect can be achieved if between the cover strip and the transition element at least one, preferably two, three or more in the usually in the direction of gravity extending longitudinal direction of the transition element extending and formed by webs of the insulating material or the cover strip of Isolierstoffanordnung separate channels.

A further improvement of the thermal insulation is achieved according to the invention together with an effective prevention of the ingress of dirt or moisture in the space to be closed with the door leaf in that the Isolierstoffanordnung at least one, esp. Two, three or more in the closed position starting from a facing away from the transition element outside of the cover strip in the direction of the door leaf extending and having on an outer side thereof having sealing arrangements, for sealing a transition between the Torblattaußenseite and the transition element or the Isolierstoffanordnung. In this case, the seal assembly at least one, preferably two, three or more in the longitudinal direction of the insulating material or the Abdeckstreifens extending sealing lips of a resilient, esp. Elastically resilient material, wherein in the closed position of the door leaf between the Torblattaußenseite on the one hand and the boundary surfaces of the sealing lips on the other hand channels are formed, which bring about a further improvement of the insulation effect.

Manufacturing technology, it may be particularly advantageous if at least one sealing lip is integral with the cover strip. With regard to an increase in the variability of gates according to the invention or of the insulating material arrangements required for producing these gates, it may be expedient if at least one sealing lip is detachably fastened to the cover strip. As a result, for example, a color matching of the sealing lip to the coloring of the door leaf can be achieved without the entire insulating material arrangement having to be correspondingly colored. For releasable attachment of the sealing lip can be carried out in the outer boundary surface of the Abdeckstreifens a preferably undercut mounting groove in which a preferably provided with a retaining bead or retaining collar fastening web of the sealing lip can be used.

Further protection of the space sealed with the door leaf against penetrating material can be achieved if the seal arrangement has a brush element with in the closed position preferably starting from the cover strip of the insulating material in the direction of the Torblattaußenseite extending bristles. In this case, the bristles expediently extend approximately perpendicular to the door leaf outside in the closed position.

As already explained above, in gates according to the invention as well as in conventional gates of the example. In the DE 198 34 700 also described at least one in the region of the abutment portion facing away from the edge of the transition element to the transition element attached additional sealing element may be provided. In order to fix this additional sealing element, the edge of the transition element remote from the abutment section can be bent back onto itself twice to form a receiving groove which is open in the closed position in the direction of the door leaf outer side and serves to receive a holding section of the additional sealing element. In order to obtain a desired sealing effect, the additional sealing element can be at least one in the closed position starting from the Transition element in the direction of the Torblattaußenseite extending sealing lip has.

With regard to optimizing the insulating effect on the one hand and the sealing effect on the other hand is also thought to make the sealing lip of a different material than the cover strip. Furthermore, it is thought to produce at least two sealing lips made of different materials, so as to achieve, for example, a desired color and / or a desired sealing effect particularly well. Manufacturing technology, it may be useful if the additional sealing element is designed in one piece with the insulating material.

With regard to enabling the production of numerous different products using only a few different components, it may also be useful to perform the additional sealing element as a separate component.

As can be seen from the above explanation of gates according to the invention, a designed for producing such gates insulating material is characterized essentially by the fact that they designed to cover an outer boundary surface of an arranged between door leaf and wall transition element cover strip, one between the contact portion of a Zargenholms and the Wall insertable and expediently integrally formed with the cover strip insulating section and in the closed position, starting from a transition element facing away from the outside of the cover strip in the direction of the door leaf extending and can be applied to an outside thereof sealing arrangement, wherein both the cover strip and the insulating section, two or more may have in the longitudinal direction of the Zargenholms extending channels.

This in Fig. 1 shown gate serves to close a formed in a wall 2 and limited by a soffit 4 wall opening 6. For this purpose, the gate between a closed position in which it closes the wall opening 6, and an open position in which it releases the wall opening 6, movable Door leaf 10 on. In the region of the lateral edges of the door leaf 10 Zargenholme 20 are struck on the facing the door leaf to be closed space inner boundary surface of the wall 2 by means of screws 24. The Zargenholme 20, of which only one is shown in the drawing, comprise an approximately parallel to the inner boundary surface of the wall 2 extending and at least indirectly attachable to this boundary surface bearing portion 22, starting from the soffit 4 facing away from the edge of the contact portion 22 approximately perpendicular thereto in the to be closed with the door leaf 10 interior mounting portion 26, with an attached guide rail 28 for guiding the Torblattbewegung between the closed position shown in the figure and an open position in which the door leaf 10 approximately in a horizontal plane below the ceiling of so that it can be arranged to be closed, as well as a starting from the attachment portion 26 opposite edge of the abutment portion 22 in the direction of the door leaf 10 to be closed space and approximately parallel to the attachment portion 26 extending transition Lement 30 for bridging a gap between the wall 2 and the door leaf 10 in the closed position of the door leaf 10. In this case, the transition element, as shown in the drawing, to avoid grooves or projections with the corresponding region of the soffit 4 are aligned. In the abutment portion 22 facing away from the edge 32 of einstükkig executed thereon transition element 30 is formed by twice folding this edge on itself a groove 33 for receiving a sealing element 34. The sealing element 34 has one in the Torblattschließstellung on an outer boundary surface 12 of the door leaf 10 fitting sealing lip 36 made of an elastically deformable material. The sealing element 34 will be discussed below as an additional sealing element.

Die bislang angesprochenen Einzelheiten des Tors entsprechen den bspw. aus der DE 198 34 700 bekannten Tor.The previously discussed details of the gate correspond to the example. From the DE 198 34 700 known gate.

On the mounting portion 26 of the frame spar 20 facing away from the boundary surface 38 of the transition element 30, an insulating material 50 is attached. This extends, starting from the edge of the transition element 30 facing away from the contact section 22, over the entire width of the transition element 30 extending perpendicularly to the outer boundary surface 12 of the door leaf 10 and into the coplanar soffit 4 of the opening 6. This Isolierstoffanordnung 50 is adhered to the outer boundary surface 38 of the transition element 30 and the soffit 4 and / or with nails, screws od. Like. Attached. Between the outer boundary surface 38 of the transition element 30 and the reveal 4 and the Isolierstoffanordnung 50, a plurality of channels 54 are mounted, on the one hand, the insulation effect is improved and the other to absorb bumps in the boundary surface of the soffit 4 and / or the transition element 30 serve. The thickness of the cover strip 52 is in the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing to provide a sufficient insulating effect more than 5 mm, the thickness of which to avoid a excessive limitation of the clear width of the opening 6 is limited to less than 20 mm, preferably less than 15 mm. It is expediently about 10 mm. The cover strip 52 is formed in the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing of an elastically deformable, foamed material. The Isolierstoffanordnung 50 is provided on its side facing away from the transition element 30 boundary surface with a sealing lip 56 which extends from the cover strip 52 in the direction of the outer boundary surface 12 of the door leaf 10 and rests in the Torblattschließstellung on the outer boundary surface 12. The sealing lip 56 is made in one piece with the cover strip 52, wherein the material of the sealing lip 56 may correspond to the material of the cover strip 52. Between the sealing lip 36 of the additional sealing element 34 and the sealing lip 56 of the insulating material 50, a channel 58 is formed, which serves to increase the insulating effect.

This in Fig. 2 Tor shown differs essentially by the basis of the Fig. 1 Tor explained that the cover strip 152 of the insulating material 150 in the region of the sealing lip 156 opposite edge in a extending approximately perpendicular thereto and between the contact portion 22 and the wall 2 arranged Dämmabschnitt 160 passes. The insulating section 160 is clamped by means of the screw 24 between the inner boundary surface of the wall 2 and the abutment portion 22 of the Zargenholms 20. This achieves an improved insulation effect. Furthermore, the fastening of the insulating material arrangement 150 on the frame member 20 can thus be simplified. Finally, a mechanical decoupling of the frame spar 20 from the wall 2 is achieved with the help of the insulating section 160.

Demnach erfüllt die Isolierstoffanordnung gemäß Fig. 2 die Zusatzfunktion eines Anfahrschutzes für den Zargenholm 20In addition, arranged between the transition element 30 and the cover strip 152 channels 158 in the insulating material 150 has a greater depth than the channels of the basis of the Fig. 1 explained embodiment. As a result, on the one hand, an improved insulation effect and, on the other hand, better protection of the insulating material arrangement 150 against damage from objects impinging thereon from outside and / or vehicles is achieved. Accordingly, the Isolierstoffanordnung complies with Fig. 2 the additional function of a collision protection for the Zargenholm 20

This in Fig. 3 Tor shown differs essentially by the basis of the Fig. 2 Tor explained that the additional sealing element 234 is integral with the insulating material 250, with the provision of a Dämmabschnitts between the contact portion 22 of the frame spar 20 and the wall 2 apart. As a result, a simplification of assembly is achieved because only the additional sealing element 234 must be inserted into the corresponding groove 233 of the transition element 30 for fixing the insulating material 250.

At the in Fig. 4 illustrated embodiment, the additional sealing element 34 and the insulating material 350 are again designed as separate components, wherein between the sealing lip 36 of the additional sealing member 34 and the sealing lip 356 of the insulating material 350 again serving one of the insulation Chamber 358 is formed. This embodiment offers increased design flexibility, because the insulating material assembly 350 on the one hand and the additional sealing member 34 on the other hand can be made of different materials and / or in different colors so as to be able to react flexibly to customer requirements. In addition, at the in Fig. 4 illustrated embodiment of the invention, starting from the cover strip 352 of the insulating material 350 over the entire width of the contact portion 22 of the frame spar 20 extending Dämmabschnitt 360 provided. At the in Fig. 4 illustrated embodiment of the Dämmabschnitt 360 comprises a substantially planar Dämmbereich 362, which rests against the wall 2, and a plurality of webs 364 for forming in the longitudinal direction of the abutment portion 22 of the Zargenholms 20, ie in the embodiment shown in the drawing in one extending perpendicular to the paper plane direction, extending channels 358, on the one hand provide an improved insulation and on the other hand a good mechanical decoupling between the Zargenholm 20 on the one hand and the wall 2 on the other. The cover strip 352 facing away from the edge of the Dämmbereichs 362 is folded back to avoid the ingress of dirt and / or moisture in the area between the contact portion 22 and the Dämmbereich 362 of Dämmabschnitts 360 to itself. As a result, a further channel 358 is formed, which extends in the direction perpendicular to the paper plane between the Dämmbereich 362 and the contact portion 22. At the in Fig. 4 illustrated embodiment of the invention, the insulating material surrounds a transition between the contact portion 22 and the transition element 30 of the Zargenholms 20. As a result, a particularly good thermal insulation is achieved.

In the Fig. 5 illustrated embodiment of the invention differs essentially by the basis of the Fig. 4 explained embodiment that starting from the cover strip 452 of the insulating material 450, two sealing lips 456a and 456b extend toward the Torblattaußenseite so as to bring about an improved sealing effect. Between the sealing lip 36 of the additional sealing element 34 and the inner sealing lip 456a of the insulating 450 a first channel 458a is formed, while between the sealing lips 456a and 456b of Isolierstoffanordnung 450, a second channel 458b is formed, both channels contribute to increasing the insulating effect.

In the Fig. 6 illustrated embodiment of the invention differs essentially from the basis of the Fig. 4 explained embodiment that the sealing lip 556 is designed as a separate component which is releasably secured to the cover strip 552 of the insulating material 550. For this purpose, at the edge of the sealing lip 556 facing away from the door leaf outer side, a fastening web extending in the longitudinal direction of the sealing lip 556, that is to say in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper, is provided with a frontal thickening 560 which is received in an undercut receiving groove 580 within the covering strip 552 ,

In the Fig. 7 illustrated embodiment of the invention substantially corresponds to the basis of Fig. 5 explained embodiment, wherein both the inner sealing lip 656a and the outer sealing lip 656b are realized as a separate and releasably secured to the cover strip 652 component, which are received with corresponding webs in undercut grooves 680a and 680b within the Abdeckstreifens 652.

In the Fig. 8 illustrated embodiment of the invention substantially corresponds to the basis of Fig. 7 explained embodiment, wherein instead of the inner sealing lip 656a, a bristle seal 790 is provided with starting from a mounting portion 792 toward the Torblattaußen extending bristles.
