Definitions

  • the invention relates to an awning with a rotatably mounted cloth shaft from which a cloth is unwound, the front end is attached to an extension profile, wherein the Ausfahrprofil is arranged to be movable on or on guide rails, wherein the guide rails in the front in the extension direction at least one down directed bow have.
  • Such awnings with guide rails are known in particular as so-called conservatory awnings. It is also known in such awnings that the guide rails may have an arc, i. E. that the extension direction of the extension profile behind the sheet has a different direction than in front of the curved arc. In order to ensure the necessary fabric tension, one or more cloth supporting profiles are to be arranged over the entire width of the awning cloth in the area of the sheet.
  • Such awning is from the EP 1 314 832 A1 known.
  • a disadvantage of these known arrangements is that the fabric support profiles can bend depending on the width of the awning and it may be necessary to arrange several fabric support profiles.
  • the disadvantage here is that a fact that the Tuchleitprofile can bend, a required cloth level and a required fabric tension is not guaranteed and it can come to a drape.
  • the object of the invention is to develop an awning of the type mentioned in such a way that it is possible the cloth even in the fully extended state of the awning, ie when the extension profile is extended beyond the arches of the sheet system to stretch, where it it is ensured that the system does not bend, thus ensuring the required fabric tension and an appealing appearance.
  • the front end is attached to an extension profile, wherein the Ausfahrprofil is arranged movable on or on guide rails, wherein the guide rails in the front in the extension direction at least one after downwardly directed arc, it is that the guide rails are supported in front in the extension direction of a cross member, wherein the arches of the guide rails are positioned such that the Ausfahrprofil after driving over the cross member is lowered down so that the cloth on the cross member rests and spans over the cross member.
  • front and rear or front area and rear area are to be understood in relation to the retractable awning fabric in the sense that the fabric shaft is arranged at the rear or in the rear area and rotatably supported for example in an awning housing and / or with corresponding brackets a wall, a carrier or the like is fixed, wherein the extension direction points to the front and accordingly the Ausfahrprofil is in the fully extended state at the front or in the front area.
  • a cross member which fulfills two functions, an optimal cloth level and optimal fabric tension is ensured because on the one hand, the cloth over the cross member and spans over this and on the other hand, the cross member serves to receive the guide rails in the front area and their to form front support.
  • the guide rails are thus held in the front region directly or indirectly by the cross member, in particular such that the guide rails rest on the cross member.
  • the guide rails on or on which the Ausfahrprofil is arranged to be movable, only in the rear area in the vicinity of the canvas shaft, for example, to be attached to a building wall or on a cross member and further in the front area, i. be stored in front of the awning in the extension direction of the front cross member, which receives the guide rails.
  • the guide rails can be arranged in such a way that they initially extend horizontally or with a relatively low inclination above a surface to be shaded and then pass into an arc region which is designed so that the extension profile descends downward after passing over the arc region, i. turns into a stronger slope or even a vertical direction.
  • this arc portion is located above or in the extension direction of the roller shaft behind the cross member, i. as defined above or in front of the cross member, such that when the extension profile descends after passing over the bow portion, the cloth is automatically stretched over the cross member as it rests on the cross member.
  • rainwater can flow directly through the cloth and the cross member, over which the cloth is stretched, so that it can not get into the underlying area.
  • the guide rails are inclined in the extension direction downwards and the sheets lead in a more inclined, in particular perpendicular, direction over.
  • the guide rails and thus the stretched awning fabric may thus have a tendency, i. have a sloping course in the extension direction, the sheets then pass into an area with a stronger inclination respectively up to a vertical course. That that the sheets are always arranged so that the slope of the guide rails after passing over the sheets in the extension direction is stronger than before crossing the sheets in the extension direction.
  • the extension profile descends downward after passing over the sheets in the extension direction, so that the cloth comes into contact with the cross member and is supported by this and thus kept taut.
  • the cross member of freestanding vertical posts Preferably, we carried the cross member of freestanding vertical posts.
  • posts and cross beams it is thus possible in an advantageous manner to use posts as they are used for example in the construction of conservatories or pergolas or the like.
  • components and / or wall elements and / or partitions are arranged between and / or on the posts.
  • the posts can serve as mounting elements for components, wall panels, partitions, doors and the like at the same time.
  • an optically advantageous conclusion in the area between the posts can be created to border, for example, a terrace.
  • the guide rails extend to the floor without such support posts being provided, such an arrangement of further components is not possible since the travel path of the extension profile is located in the area between the guide rails and must remain free.
  • the arranged in the area between the posts components can also form a windbreak and / or privacy.
  • Another advantage is the very high rigidity and stability of the posts, which gives the entire arrangement a high stability, in particular one significantly higher stability than is the case with systems with only guide rails, which are designed as supports to the ground.
  • the entire arrangement is designed as a self-supporting and freestanding construction, it requires no further supporting structural elements such as in known conservatory awnings, in which the guide rails are mounted on winter garden girders.
  • the system cantilevered and the guide rails require only a rear recording respectively mounting in the area of the fabric shaft and the front area in the form of the cross member.
  • the cross member comprises at least in the region in which the cloth rests when the awning is fully extended, one or more cloth guide sheets and / or one or more brushes and / or one or more friction reducing supports.
  • the arrangement of such Tuchleitbleche and / or brushes and / or friction-reducing pads can wear of the cloth, which rests on the cross member and is supported by this, are reduced. This increases the life of the system. In particular, damage to the cloth is counteracted, which could lead to a visual impairment of the system.
  • Cloth baffle (s) and / or brush (s) and / or friction-resistant pad (s) may be glued or clipped or attached to the cross member. As a result, they are detachable and replaceable, so that, for example, in the arrangement of brushes they can be replaced when they have reached a corresponding degree of wear.
  • one or more vertical shadings are arranged on the cross member.
  • a wide variety of components such as partitions, advertising media, door elements or the like can also be arranged in the region of the posts and the cross member. Such components can thus be arranged at the front and / or laterally, ie below along the guide rails, and thus form an optical termination and a limitation of the space under the awning.
  • the vertical shading / s are independently extendable and retractable from the cloth of the awning. This means that the drive and the operation can be done independently of the main awning, that is from the upper cloth.
  • the drive of the vertical shading / s is carried out electrically by means of a respective electric motor.
  • Cloth guide plates are preferably arranged on the guide rails such that the lateral seams of the cloth slide along these cloth guide plates and the cloth guide plates protrude below the cloth.
  • the Tuchleitbleche a recess in the extension direction for the discharge of rainwater. This depression, the evfl. also absorbs and dissipates occurring rainwater, also serves to counteract capillary action between the cloth and Tuchleitblech so as to prevent rainwater could get into the area below the cloth and dripping.
  • Such baffles may follow the contour of the guide rails and the bow area, in particular protruding beyond the crossbeam, so that any rainwater is also discharged forward beyond the crossbeam.
  • acting as rain gutters Tuchleitbleche open into vertical downpipes for the discharge of rainwater.
  • the cloth at least in the region which rests on the cross member, on its side facing the cross member on a reinforcement and / or friction-reducing pad to counteract wear of the cloth and to facilitate sliding of the cloth on the cross member.
  • the roller tube is rotatably arranged in a closable with the Ausfahrprofil housing, i. the awning has an awning housing in which the roller shaft is rotatably mounted, wherein the extension profile simultaneously forms an openable part of the housing.
  • the cloth shaft and / or a traction means for driving the Ausfahrprofils be driven by an electric motor.
  • an electric motor drive can be operated remotely using a handheld radio transmitter.
  • a housing accommodating the cloth shaft is arranged, wherein in the housing or in the housing bottom lighting elements are arranged such that the area can be illuminated under the awning.
  • lighting elements such as infrared radiators or the like, can be arranged on the awning housing and / or on guide rails and / or on the cross member, so that the area below the awning can be illuminated and / or heated.
  • lighting elements and / or heating elements such as infrared radiators or the like, and / or loudspeakers may be arranged on the guide rails in order to ensure uniform illumination, heating or sonication of the room under the awning.
  • Such device may also be arranged on the front cross member.
  • the cross member may further comprise attachment brackets for receiving vertical shading elements, lighting elements, speakers and / or billboards or the like. Between the cross member carrying post components such as partition elements, door elements, billboards or the like may be used to visually or structurally separate a terrace area of the environment.
  • FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a Mehrfieldstrom with a total of four individual actuated fields 1, 2, 3, 4, ie four individually extendable awning fabrics 1, 2, 3, 4 of the four fields. The invention will be explained with reference to the awning covering the field 1, wherein all fields 1 to 4 have an identical structure.
  • the awning of the field 1 has a roller mounted in the awning housing 5 roller shaft from which the awning fabric 1 by means of the extension profile 6 in the extension direction, i. can be pulled off and stretched to the front.
  • the extension profile 6 is arranged in the extension direction movable on guide rails 7, 8.
  • the guide rails 7, 8 are mounted in the rear region on the rear cross member 9 and in the front region on the cross member 10.
  • the two cross beams 9 and 10 are in turn received by vertical support posts, i. that the required cross member 10 is received by the front vertical support posts 11, 12, 13th
  • the guide rails 7, 8 have in the area lying in front of the cross member 10 downwardly directed sheets 14, 15 which are designed such that the Ausfahrprofil 6 lowers after passing over the cross member 10 down, so that the cloth 1 in fully extended State of the Ausfahrprofiles 6 rests on the cross member 10 and spans over this, ie between the arranged in the awning housing 5 fabric shaft in the rear area, and the cross member 10 in the front area, is taut.
  • FIG. 1 can be seen, the guide rails 7, 8 and thus also the clamped cloth 1 on a forward tilt, so that incident rainwater is discharged towards the front and runs to the front.
  • the guide rails 7, 8 are up to below the cloth 1 and 2 projecting Tuchleitbleche 16, 17 are arranged, as shown in the plan view in FIG. 3 is recognizable.
  • These cloth baffles 16, 17 serve on the one hand to guide the awning cloths 1, 2 along the guide rail 7 and simultaneously prevent penetration of rainwater in the space covered by the awning system space below the awning.
  • a corresponding Tuchleitblech is arranged along the outer guide rail 8, so that on the one hand a cloth guide is guaranteed in the area of the side and on the other hand it is prevented that rainwater can get into this area.
  • brackets for receiving Implementationsgeschattungen on the outside and for receiving lighting devices on the inside are also arranged.
  • the rear cross member 9 at the same time forms the central cross member of all four fields, that is to say that the housings and cloth shafts of the four awnings of the multiple field nails are fastened to this support 9, as shown in FIG FIG. 1 is recognizable.
  • a very large terrace area can be built over and shaded, which is created by the cantilever construction according to the invention a visually very appealing area and at the same time ensures that an optimal cloth level due to the tension of the cloth 1 on the front cross member 10 is ensured.
  • the cloth guide plates 16, 17 shown in the embodiment are used in the central region between the two fields 1 and 2 on the one hand the cloth guide of the fields 1 and 2, and on the other hand, the discharge of rainwater. As a result, it is thus prevented that rainwater can reach the area between the fields 1 and 2 in the superstructure space.
  • All fields 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the multi-field system are individually operable and each driven by an electric motor, wherein the actuation, i. the extension or retraction of the shading in the four fields can be controlled by means of a radio remote control.
  • the front 20 and 21 delimiting the covered area between the outer posts 11 and 13 and the center post 12 can simultaneously serve as an advertising medium.
