Definitions

  • the invention relates to a vertical shading for attachment to a conservatory or pergola, wherein the vertical shading has a rotatably mounted in a housing roller tube from which a shading element or cloth or a fly screen, a transparent curtain, a blind or fabric or the like. Unwindable, wherein the front end of the shading element or cloth is mounted in an extendable, in particular downwardly extendable Ausfahrprofil.
  • Such vertical shadings are for example made EP 1 674 653 A2 .
  • a vertical shading is screwed to a frame of the conservatory, ie that the screws fixing the vertical shading are screwed directly into a frame element of the conservatory.
  • a disadvantage is that this stresses are induced in the context of the conservatory, which may lead to leaks in the frame or the disc inserted therein and may even lead to glass breakage of the inserted into the frame of the conservatory disc due to the introduced through the screw tensions.
  • Another disadvantage of this known solution is a high installation effort, since a plurality of holes for receiving the mounting screws must be introduced into the frame and further a very precise work is required to avoid visual impairment.
  • the object of the invention is to develop a vertical shading for attachment to a conservatory or pergola such that these disadvantages are avoided and a simple installation and installation of such a vertical shading on a conservatory is possible with a reduced installation effort and thereby avoiding tensions or damage the frame or the glass surfaces used.
  • the housing has a projection which engages over or engages behind a fastener, it is possible in a very simple manner to attach the vertical shading by simply hanging on a conservatory or pergola, in which case advantageously carried out a hook in such a way that as a fastener for the vertical shading the already arranged in the eaves of the conservatory or pergola gutter is used. Solutions are known in which a gutter is integrated into the load-bearing profile of the eaves.
  • the housing of the vertical shading which has a projection
  • the housing is adapted in an advantageous manner the contour of the conservatory profile respectively the gutter formed thereon, is mounted therein, and the projection acting as a fastener upper edge of the gutter or rainwater gutter trained conservatory profile overlaps or engages, a visually very elegant and simple installation is possible.
  • the attachment of the housing according to the invention is not limited to vertical shading, but also includes fly screens, transparent curtains, blinds, fabrics or the like.
  • the vertical shading is designed such that the projection engages over the fastening element in such a way that the vertical shading can be fixed to the fastening element by its own weight.
  • the projection can grip behind the fastening element in such a manner that the vertical shading can be fixed by means of a clamping device movable against the fastening element.
  • the vertical shading is hung on the fastener and is already fixed by its own weight or is secured by means of a clamping device or by means of fastening screws.
  • the fastening element cross projection is hook-shaped.
  • the housing of the vertical shading can be fixed to the fastening element in a form-fitting or force-locking manner.
  • the projection which engages over or engages behind a fastening element, integrally formed on the housing.
  • the projection and / or the fastening element can be formed over the entire or approximately the entire width of the vertical shading.
  • the housing and the projection in such a way that the conservatory facing contour of the profile contour of the arranged in the eaves of the conservatory profile is adapted to the gutter integrated therein, so that the vertical shading optimally the conservatory profile attaches and creates a visually elegant solution.
  • the cloth shaft of the vertical shading by means of an electric motor can be driven, in particular by means of a remote-controlled electric motor, whereby a very convenient and advantageous operation and control is enabled.
  • the extension profile of the vertical shading on first guide elements by means of which it is guided on second elongate guide elements, wherein in particular the first guide elements are displaceable along the Ausfahrprofil and fixable.
  • the arrangement of first guide elements on the Ausfahrprofil, which cooperate with second elongated guide elements, a guide of the extension profile is ensured in the extension and it is avoided that the Ausfahrprofil can beat against a disc. If the first guide elements are displaceable and fixable on the Ausfahrprofil, these first guide elements of the Ausfahrprofils can at any position of the Ausfahrprofils be established and interact with the second elongated guide elements, which are attached to a vertical post of the conservatory or pergola.
  • the width of the vertical shading is not limited to the distance between two posts, since the arranged on the Ausfahrprofil first guide elements along the Ausfahrprofil are displaced and fixable, i. that their position on the Ausfahrprofil is freely selectable and can be adapted to the installation situation.
  • the width of the vertical shading is not limited to the width of individual glass pane elements of the conservatory, as is the case in the prior art, since an extension profile is guided at each end in vertical rails in the known vertical shadings, these rails turn to the vertical posts of a winter garden.
  • the position can be freely selected and the position of a vertical post to which a second elongated guide element is fastened adjusted.
  • the first guide elements are formed by sliding in grooves, in particular dovetail grooves sliding blocks.
  • Such an arrangement is very easy to assemble, in which the sliding blocks can be inserted laterally into the grooves in the extension profile and be moved along the extension profile until they reach a suitable position, so that the first guide elements on the extension profile with the second elongate guide elements , which run in the extension direction of the extension profile, can interact.
  • the second elongated guide elements are formed by rails or rods or tension wire ropes.
  • tension wire ropes are used for the second elongated guide elements, as this is a very elegant solution is realized.
  • These second elongated guide elements are each mounted parallel to the extension direction of the vertical shading on a vertical post of the conservatory or pergola and thus do not affect the overall visual impression.
  • the first guide elements can be fixed by means of clamping screws on the Ausfahrprofil. If the guide elements are formed by sliding in grooves sliding blocks, a fixation is very easily feasible that screws are inserted into a through thread in the nut and the guide elements are fixed at the selected position on the Ausfahrprofil by means of this the sliding blocks by means of screws on the Ausfahrprofil ,
  • the first guide elements which are assigned to the extension profile, preferably have an eyelet, in particular an eyebolt, wherein the second elongate guide element can be guided through the eyelet or the eye of the eyebolt.
  • the first guide elements are fixed by means of eye bolts on the Ausfahrprofil.
  • the cloth shaft is supported by a support surface, wherein the support surface extends over almost the entire length of the cloth shaft and at least a large part, which supports the Ausfahrprofil facing peripheral surface of the wound on the fabric shaft cloth bale, in particular, the support surface friction-reducing Have deposits or pads.
  • the support surface extends over almost the entire length of the fabric shaft and supports at least a large part of the extension direction facing peripheral surface of the wound on the fabric roller cloth bale, the main load of the fabric shaft during winding and unwinding primarily of the two bearings on the Received ends of the fabric shaft, which are applied to the incoming or expiring cloth when retracting or extending only very low frictional forces, but the cloth bales of the vertical shading is supported over a large area on almost its entire width on its underside of the support surface.
  • a deflection of the fabric shaft and the winding bale wound thereon is effectively counteracted downward as a result of the weight force.
  • the fabric shaft moves downwards so that the winding bale, which shrinks as a result of the unwinding of the fabric, bears against the support surface and is supported by it.
  • the fabric shaft is moved back in the direction of the Ausfahrprofil. It is particularly advantageous that the fabric shaft of the vertical shading in the unwinding, that is vertically moved back and forth, thereby ensuring that the winding bale of the vertical shading is always supported on the support surface, since due to the advantages and/gandicular, the cloth bale always rests against the support surface, even if the diameter of the cloth bale as a result of the settlement of the cloth of the vertical shading, ie reduced by the extension of the extension profile. As a result, a deflection of the fabric wave is counteracted effectively and in a structurally simple manner, especially in the case of wide installations with a long fabric shaft of more than 5 m.
  • the roller tube is mounted at its ends in sliding blocks, which slide in sliding guides of bearings.
  • each sliding block can be fixed to any of its slotted guide. It may also be provided by adjustable stops of the slide guide to adjust the sliding path of the sliding blocks and limit.
  • roller tube at its ends slide bearings, which are independently in the extension direction forward and backward displaced and lockable, in particular, the displacement of the sliding bearing can be adjusted.
  • FIG. 1 In the area of the eaves of the conservatory roof 1 is fixed to the conservatory vertical shading with a housing 2.
  • a cloth shaft In the housing 2 of the vertical shading is rotatably mounted a cloth shaft, of which the cloth 3, the front end to the Ausfahrprofil 4 is fixed, is vertically extendable downwards.
  • the extension profile 4 has at its rear in FIG. 1 unrecognizable eyelets through which the tension wire ropes 6 are guided, whereby a guide of the extension profile 4, which protrudes in its width over the distance of the vertical posts 5, is ensured.
  • FIG. 2 shown is a section through the profile 7 of the conservatory roof, which forms the eaves of the conservatory roof with the attached perpendicular shading.
  • a gutter is integrated, which is completed towards the front of the conservatory roof through the upstanding wall 8 of the conservatory profile. 7
  • the housing 2 Fixed to the profile is the vertical shading with the housing 2, wherein the housing 2 is integrally formed in its contour to the profile part 8 adapted projection 9, which overlaps with its hook-shaped end piece 10, the upper edge of the side wall 8 of the conservatory profile 7 , By adapting the contour of the integrally formed on the housing projection 9 to the contour of the conservatory profile 7 respectively whose upwardly open side wall 8, the vertical shade blends perfectly with the conservatory profile 7.
  • the winding shaft 11 is rotatably mounted with the tissue ball 12 wound thereon.
  • the front cloth end of the wound cloth bale 12 of the vertical shading is attached to the vertically downwardly extendable edge strip 4, which has a Kedernute 41 in its upper part, in which the front edge of the vertically downwardly extendable cloth of vertical shading is secured with a piping.
  • the canvas shaft 11 has at its ends, not shown, shaft journals, with which it is rotatably mounted in sliding blocks.
  • the sliding blocks are mounted in slide guides of bearing supports so that they can move independently back and forth in the direction of the arrows 15 and 16 in the direction of the support surface 20 in the extension direction of the Ausfahrprofils 4, i. that the cloth bale 12 is always applied to the support surface 20 regardless of its changing depending on the extension of the Ausfahrprofils 4 diameter, and the support surface 20 thus counteracts a deflection of the winding shaft 11 with the cloth bale 12.
  • the support surface 20 has a part-cylindrical surface, which is directed toward the cloth bale 12 and whose diameter corresponds approximately to the diameter of the fabric bale 12 in fully wound condition.
  • the support device On the inside of the support surface 20, i. on the support surface in the direction of the winding bale 12, the support device has a plurality of grooves 21 in-situ friction-reducing deposits 22. The arrangement of the friction-reducing deposits 22 of the cloth bale 12 is supported against the directed in the direction of gravity 15 and ensures a smooth sliding of the cloth bale 12 on the support surface 20th
  • the friction-reducing inserts 22 are formed by felt strips, which have dovetail-shaped retaining strips on their underside, so that these strips can be mounted by lateral insertion into the dovetail grooves 21.
  • the diameter of the cloth bale 12 characterized in that the vertical shading vertically downwards (in the direction of arrow 15) is extended, the winding shaft 11 moves vertically downwards in the lateral bearings, so that the winding bale 12 always rests on the support surface 20 and this is supported.
  • FIG. 3 shown is a side view of the vertical shading after the FIGS. 1 and 2 with cut conservatory profile 7 and a vertical support post 5 of the conservatory.
  • the wire rope 6 Parallel to the post 5 of the conservatory, the wire rope 6 is stretched between an upper cable receptacle 61 and attached to the post 5 lower cable receptacle 62.
  • the wire 6 serves as a guide element for the Ausfahrprofil 4 of the vertical shading, where the front end of the cloth 3 of the vertical shading is mounted.
  • the extension profile 4 On its side facing the winter sides, the extension profile 4 has a cable eye 42, through which the rotating cable 6 is passed. Cable eye 42 and tension wire 6 thus act together as Ausfahrprofil entry the vertical shading.
  • the integrally formed on the housing 2 projection 9 and the hook-shaped end piece 10 extend over the entire width of the vertical shading, resulting in an optimal grip on the profile part 8 of the conservatory profile 7 in the region of the eaves of the conservatory roof 1 results.
  • the width of the vertical shading is not limited to the distance between two posts 5 of the conservatory, but may, as in the embodiment shown, beyond. Thus, it is possible to form a continuous vertical shading over the entire width of a conservatory, with an optimal guidance of the extension profile is guaranteed.
