Claims (12)
- Système de remplissage servant à conditionner sans pression un produit de remplissage liquide dans des bouteilles ou des récipients (2) similaires, comprenant au moins un élément de remplissage (3) pourvu d'un espace dédié au produit réalisé dans un boîtier d'élément de remplissage (7) ou d'un canal de liquide (8), qui est relié à une cuve (6) destinée au produit de remplissage et qui forme un système de distribution de produit de remplissage (11), par l'intermédiaire duquel le produit de remplissage est amené dans le récipient (2) à remplir respectivement, comprenant une soupape de liquide (10) disposée dans le canal de liquide (8), comprenant un canal de gaz de reflux (13, 14), qui est relié, lors du remplissage, à l'espace intérieur du récipient (2) disposé dans une position assurant l'étanchéité par rapport à l'élément de remplissage (3), et comprenant également une première voie d'écoulement (16) réalisée dans le boîtier d'élément de remplissage (7), laquelle est reliée au canal de gaz de reflux (13, 14) afin d'évacuer du canal de gaz de reflux (13, 14) le gaz ou la quantité d'air refoulé(e), lors du remplissage d'un récipient (2), de l'espace intérieur de ce dernier par le produit de remplissage liquide et qui peut être commutée, aux fins d'un remplissage lent, de manière commandée par la soupape, dans un état étranglé, la première voie d'écoulement (16) présentant une unique soupape de commande (17), qui est prévue pour, dans au moins un premier segment de canal (15.1, 15.2) de la première voie d'écoulement (16) reliée au canal de gaz de reflux (13, 14) pour ouvrir et fermer de manière commandée ledit segment de canal, et la première voie d'écoulement présentant au moins un autre segment de canal (20) étranglé formant la soupape de commande (17), et la première voie d'écoulement (16) commandée étant prévue entre la canal de gaz de reflux (13, 14) et une première chambre de collecte (18) commune à plusieurs éléments de remplissage (3), un espace pour liquide (6.2) étant réalisé dans la cuve (6) pour le produit de remplissage liquide, un espace de gaz (6.1) étant situé au-dessus dudit espace pour liquide, caractérisé en ce que l'espace pour gaz (6.1) de la cuve (6) est relié à la première voie d'écoulement (16) ou à la première chambre de collecte (18).
- Système de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal de gaz de reflux est formé en partie par un espace pour gaz (14) dans le boîtier d'élément de remplissage (7), auquel la première voie d'écoulement est reliée.
- Système de remplissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le canal de gaz de reflux (13, 14) ou l'espace pour gaz (14) dudit canal de gaz de reflux et l'espace pour gaz (6.1) de la cuve ou de la première chambre de collecte (18) sont reliés en permanence par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un deuxième segment de canal (20) étranglé.
- Système de remplissage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le canal de gaz de reflux est formé par un tube de gaz de reflux (13) ouvert au niveau des deux extrémités, lequel parvient par son extrémité inférieure dans l'espace intérieur du récipient (2) à remplir et par son extrémité inférieure dans l'espace pour gaz (14).
- Système de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est réalisée, pour chauffer ou maintenir au chaud l'élément de remplissage (3) respectif lors d'une mise sous conditionnement à chaud dans le boîtier d'élément de remplissage (7), une deuxième voie d'écoulement (21), qui est reliée à un segment partiel (8.1) du canal pour liquide (8), se trouvant en amont de la soupape de liquide (10) par rapport au sens d'écoulement du produit de remplissage liquide dans le canal pour liquide (8), et en ce qu'au moins une soupape de commande (25) est prévue, à savoir pour commander le flux d'un produit de remplissage liquide chaud depuis la cuve (6) par le deuxième segment partiel (8.1) et par la deuxième voie d'écoulement (21).
- Système de remplissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième voie d'écoulement (21) relie le segment partiel (8.1) du canal pour liquide (8) de chaque élément de remplissage (3) à une deuxième chambre de collecte (22) commune à plusieurs éléments de remplissage (3).
- Système de remplissage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une deuxième soupape de commande (25) est prévue dans la deuxième voie d'écoulement (21).
- Système de remplissage selon les revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une deuxième soupape de commande (25) est prévue dans une liaison servant à évacuer le produit de remplissage liquide chaud de la deuxième voie d'écoulement (21), par exemple dans une conduite (24), raccordée à la deuxième chambre de collecte (22), servant à évacuer, par exemple à refouler le produit de remplissage à la cuve (6).
- Système de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas d'une machine de remplissage pourvue de plusieurs éléments de remplissage (3), la deuxième soupape de commande (25) est prévue en commun pour tous les éléments de remplissage (3) de la machine de remplissage ou encore pour un groupe de plusieurs éléments de remplissage (3).
- Système de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue dans la deuxième voie d'écoulement (21), une soupape anti-retour (23), qui ouvre pour un écoulement hors du canal pour liquide (8) de l'élément de remplissage (3) et ferme pour un écoulement dans la direction opposée.
- Système de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième voie d'écoulement (21) débouche dans le canal pour liquide (8) à proximité immédiate de la soupape de liquide (10) ou d'un siège de soupape (10.2) de la soupape de liquide (10).
- Système de remplissage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la première chambre de collecte et/ou la deuxième chambre de collecte (18, 22) sont prévues au niveau du rotor.
