Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lifting arrangement for an industrial truck with a along a mast by means of guide rollers up and down movably guided lifting carriage on which a fork is attached, which is aligned in the unloaded state substantially parallel to a road surface and the elastic by the weight of a recorded load is deformable, wherein at least one guide roller is adjustably mounted on the lifting carriage, such that the position of the lifting relative to the mast is automatically changed due to the weight of a recorded load, so that an elastic deformation of the fork is at least partially compensated or overcompensated, wherein the at least an adjustable guide roller is mounted by means of an eccentric on the lifting and a spring element is provided which predetermines the position of the lifting relative to the mast with not loaded forklift.
  • Industrial trucks are vehicles for in-house transport of goods, which are usually used for transporting and stacking goods on pallets or in lattice boxes.
  • the fork is attached to a lifting carriage, which can be raised and lowered along a mast.
  • the lifting slide on guide rollers, which are guided in a profile of the mast.
  • an upper pair of guide rollers and a lower pair of guide rollers are provided.
  • the two roles of a pair of guide rollers are usually arranged coaxially to each other.
  • the load fork and the lifting carriage can be formed here by separate components or by a common component.
  • the inclination of the fork is usually not actively adjustable.
  • the fork in the unloaded state slightly inclined upwards.
  • this inclination of the forklift upward makes it difficult to retract the unloaded forklift into a pallet or lattice box.
  • the lifting arrangement comprises a liftable in a mast lifting, the lower guide rollers are mounted in each case an eccentric on the lifting.
  • the eccentrics are each provided with a forward-pointing lever arm.
  • the lever arms of the two eccentrics are articulated to a cross between the two eccentrics arranged crossbar.
  • On the crossbar lower ends are supported by compression springs which engage with the upper ends of a transverse plate of the lifting carriage.
  • the compression springs act on the eccentric by means of a lever arm against a stop of the lifting carriage. At the crossbar load chains are still articulated.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a lifting arrangement for a truck available, with the undesirable inclination of the fork is avoided in a simple manner.
  • the spring element is supported on the one hand on the lifting carriage and on the other hand acts directly on the eccentric and a traction means of the mast acts on the eccentric and is secured to the eccentric.
  • the adjustable guide roller - or the adjustable guide roller pair - changes its position relative to the lifting depending on from the weight of a load on the fork. This is done by a mechanical force deflection. The greater the weight of a load on the forklift, the more the lift tilts backwards - the tips of the forks of the forks thereby move upward, counter to the direction of elastic deformation by the weight of the load.
  • at least one adjustable guide roller is mounted on the lifting carriage by means of an eccentric.
  • the spring element indicates the position of the lifting relative to the mast with unloaded fork.
  • the spring element biases the lifting carriage into a position in which the tines of the unloaded load fork are substantially horizontal.
  • the spring element acts between the lifting and the eccentric, wherein it holds the eccentric in an end position.
  • the spring element engages on the one hand on the lifting and on the other hand on the eccentric.
  • the spring element exerts a force on the eccentric and is supported on the lifting carriage.
  • the mast has two traction means, wherein a traction means acts on each of the two eccentrics and thus on both guide rollers of the pair of guide rollers.
  • the eccentric is rotatably mounted in this case according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention about a first eccentric axis on the lifting and the guide roller is rotatably mounted about a second eccentric axis on the eccentric, wherein the first eccentric axis and the second eccentric axis are spaced apart in parallel.
  • the spring element is arranged such that the weight force of a load located on the load fork causes an elastic deformation of the spring element.
  • the eccentric is moved by the weight against the force of the spring element out of its final position.
  • a part of the surface of the eccentric is designed as a rolling surface for the traction means.
  • a smaller or larger section of the traction means engages the rolling surface.
  • the rolling surface can be formed, for example, as a part-circular path, whose central axis is the first eccentric axis. This ensures that the lever arm, with the the force of the traction means acting on the eccentric, regardless of the rotational position of the eccentric is always the same.
  • the eccentric has a first, preferably adjustable stop, which determines the position of the eccentric with unloaded fork. This first stop comes with unloaded fork on a component of the lifting or on a component of the fork to the plant.
  • the eccentric on a second, preferably adjustable stop, which determines the position of the eccentric at maximum laden fork.
  • the second stop is at maximum laden fork on a component of the lifting or on a component of the fork to the plant.
  • FIG. 1 shows a generic, designed as a pedestrian-controlled stacker truck.
  • the truck has a drive part with a steerable drive wheel 11.
  • the drive wheel 11 can be steered by pivoting a steering arm 12 about a vertical axis.
  • the truck On the load side, the truck has two non or only slightly height adjustable wheel arms 13, each with a roller 14th
  • a hoist of the truck comprises an upwardly telescopically extendable mast 15.
  • a lifting 16 is guided with a pair of lower guide rollers 17 and a pair of upper guide rollers 18 in a profile of the mast 15.
  • On the lifting 16 a fork 19 is attached, which is moved together with the lifting 16 up and down.
  • In the illustrated lower end position of the forks 17 are a U-shaped profile having forks lowered the fork 17 on the wheel arms 13 and enclose the wheel arms 13 from above.
  • Dashed lines show the lifting carriage 16a, the lower guide rollers 17a, the upper guide rollers 18a and the load fork 19a in a raised position.
  • a storage rack 20 is shown with two pallets 21 parked therein. It can be seen how, by moving the truck according to the right in the drawing, the fork 19 can be moved into the lower or in the upper pallet.
  • the forks of the unloaded fork 19 are aligned parallel to the road surface and thus parallel to the entry openings of the pallets 21. Adjusting the height of the fork 19 and the retraction of the fork 19 in the pallet is particularly simple.
  • FIG. 2 shows the lifting arrangement according to the invention in the unloaded state.
  • the forks of the fork 19 parallel to the road.
  • the plane defined by the center axes of the guide rollers 17, 18 is perpendicular to the fork tines 19.
  • the lower guide rollers 17 are mounted directly on the lifting carriage 16.
  • the upper guide rollers 18, however, are mounted on an eccentric 1, which in turn is rotatably mounted on the lifting carriage 16.
  • a designed as a load chain traction means 2 which receives the weight of the fork 19, engages the eccentric 1 at.
  • the eccentric 1 is rotatably mounted on the lifting carriage 16 on a first eccentric axis 3.
  • the guide roller 18 is mounted on the eccentric 1.
  • the two eccentric axes 3, 4 are exactly above the other at a distance D.
  • This position of the eccentric 1 is defined by a first stop 5, which is fixed to the eccentric 1 and rests against a component of the lifting carriage 16. In this position, the eccentric 1 is held by a spring element 7, which is supported on the lifting carriage 16 and exerts on the eccentric 1 a torque in the counterclockwise direction.
  • the traction means 2 also acts on the eccentric 1, is deflected on a rolling surface of the eccentric 1 and is then guided in the mast 15 upwards.
  • the force acting on the traction means 2 tensile force, the size of which depends on the weight of a load located on the fork 19, exerts on the eccentric 1 a torque in a clockwise direction.
  • the torque applied by the traction means 2 is smaller than the torque applied by the spring element 7, so that the eccentric 1 is in the end position defined by the stop 5.
  • FIGS. 4 and 5 the same arrangement is shown with a load located on the fork 19 load 30.
  • the force exerted by the traction means 2 on the eccentric 1 torque is now so large that the eccentric 1 is rotated counter to the force of the spring element 7 in the clockwise direction until the second stopper 6 comes to rest on the lifting 16.
  • the first eccentric axis 3, which connects the eccentric 1 with the lifting slide 16, is now offset to the left in the drawing relative to the second eccentric axis 4.
  • the lifting 16 and the fork 19 are hereby pivoted in total counterclockwise, so that the tips of the forks are offset upwards.
  • the loaded fork 19 is therefore tilted backwards.
  • the elastic deformation of the lifting assembly is balanced due to the weight of the load 30 and even slightly overcompensated.
  • the deflection of the eccentric 1 is dependent on the weight of the load located on the fork 19 load. In the case of moderate load, the position of the eccentric 1 adjusts to a position between the end positions defined by the stops 5, 6.
  • the stops 5, 6 are adjustable, so that the horizontal position and the maximum inclination of the fork 19 can be adjusted during assembly of the lifting arrangement.
