Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de panneaux de sol sous forme de planches ou de dalles, plusieurs planches ou dalles étant traitées ensuite en continu en utilisant des tôles de presse sur des presses à alimentation intermittente constituées de plaques de grand format, caractérisé en ce que les régions de matriçage à haute pression sur les grandes plaques décoratives se composent de régions étroites de petite surface avec des profondeurs de matriçage de 150 à 300 µm pour des presses à alimentation intermittente avec des pressions d'impression allant jusqu'à 400 N/cm2 et avec des profondeurs de matriçage de 500 à 600 µm avec des pressions d'impression allant jusqu'à 800 N/cm2, et au moins une zone de haute pression et au moins une zone de basse pression sont situées l'une à côté de l'autre et la zone de basse pression se situe entre deux régions de haute pression étroites de petite surface, qui, au cours de l'usinage subséquent, sont éliminées sous forme de chutes et des régions de haute pression supplémentaires individuelles étroites de petite surface ayant des profondeurs de matriçage de 150 à 300 µm, respectivement de 500 à 600 µm, qui se situent dans des régions qui, au cours de l'usinage subséquent, ne sont pas éliminées sous forme de chutes.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par des régions de matriçage constituées de zones de haute pression étroites de petite surface, dans la direction verticale et/ou horizontale sur les plaques décoratives de grande surface.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le degré de brillance des arrondis des joints jusqu'à l'arête des joints est différent du degré de brillance de la surface des panneaux.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le degré de brillance des arrondis des joints jusqu'à l'arête des joints est inférieur au degré de brillance de la surface des panneaux.
  5. Tôle de presse pour presses à alimentation intermittente pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tôle de presse (1), dans la région (2) ayant une zone de faible pression pour le traitement ultérieur subséquent du panneau de plancher, présente deux poinçons de matriçage (3) disposés étroitement l'un à côté de l'autre et en outre des poinçons de matriçage (3) disposés séparément pour simuler des lignes de remplissage de joints sont prévus et les régions (2) ayant les deux poinçons de matriçage (3) ou les poinçons de matriçage disposés séparément (3) se répètent à intervalles souhaités.
  6. Tôle de presse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente des poinçons de matriçage (3) décalés dans la direction verticale ainsi que pratiquement dans la direction horizontale.
  7. Tôle de presse selon les revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée en ce que les régions (2) avec deux poinçons de matriçage disposés étroitement l'un à côté de l'autre et les poinçons de matriçage (3) disposés séparément s'orientent sur la tôle de presse (1) en un nombre souhaité correspondant à la taille du panneau de plancher continu à fabriquer en utilisant la tôle de presse sous la forme d'un panneau de dalles en tant que produit final.
