Definitions

  • the invention relates to a view of a training device for the stimulation and training of the musculoskeletal system of a person, comprising a person supporting, pivotable with respect to a rocker stand rocker and a drive assembly with at least one motor and preferably at least one transmission element having gear for pivoting driving the rocker.
  • Training devices with a pivotable rocker are in various embodiments, for example, from EP 1 683 505 A1 , of the WO 2007/124917 A2 , of the DE 20 2006 012 056 U1 and the EP 0 929 284 B1 known.
  • Such training devices with a pivotable rocker have been found to be superior in terms of training effect against exercise equipment with a vibratory driven vibrating plate,
  • connection arrangement can be, for example, a pull rope whose one end is fixedly connected to a stationary holding region on the rocker or with the ground, and at the other end of the gripping element is arranged.
  • connection assembly ie, for example, the pull rope, zuzuzukopeln with the rocker.
  • connection arrangement ie, for example, the pull rope, zuzuzukopeln with the rocker.
  • a disadvantage here is that the issued the gripping element Movement stroke has only a very small amplitude, which corresponds to a maximum of a stroke amplitude of the outer end of the rocker.
  • the training effect for the upper body is therefore very limited.
  • the movement frequency of the gripping element depends on the excitation frequency of the rocker and can not be chosen independently of it. In general, therefore, the gripping element makes exactly opposite or exactly mit admiring movements to the movement of the rocker. However, in view of more variable training options, greater variability may be desirable here.
  • a training device of the type mentioned above with respect to a rocker stand pivotal rocker is also off US 2007/0100260 A1 known. evidenced Fig. 5c
  • the rocker can be equipped with ropes so that the user standing on the seesaw can more easily balance the situation.
  • Fig. 7 shows a "cross-country ski trainer" training device in the base of a linear vibration drive should be installed to vibrate the foot plates of the skis.
  • the training device is also designed with a Switzerlandseilvorraum on a kind of support gallows, which can be equipped with a rotary vibration drive. It is also proposed to integrate a rotary vibration drive in the ski movement mechanism.
  • EP 1 555 066 A1 is a training device with a base vibratable vibration plate is known in which at least one, for example, two bands are connected to the vibration plate and guided over a (respective) arranged on a handle deflection roller.
  • DE 103 47 542 A1 discloses an exercise device with a hydraulic cylinder-piston device serving as a kind of brake for a pull cable arrangement.
  • the invention relates to a training device according to the preamble of claim 1, as it is known from US 2006/0046911 A1 is known.

  • Another embodiment operates with two separate ropes, but which are coupled to each other via a winding spool gear arrangement with each other.
  • the training device with the two gripping elements on the two Ceielementabitesen it is possible to perform the training effect due to the pivotal movement of the rocker supporting and extending to other body parts arm movements during training with the exercise equipment, for example, similar arm movements during Nordic walking or training with a so-called cross or elliptical trainer and are preferably carried out against by muscular force to be overcome significant counter-forces. It may also be arm movements, such as those that occur or can occur during exercises with so-called Thera bands.
  • Gripping element according to the invention may also be a free Buchelementende. Above all, however, it is thought that a special handle, ergonomic as possible, a short gripping bar or the like is provided, in each case separately for both Ceielementabête. However, it should not be ruled out that acts as a gripping element in the aforementioned sense, a gripping portion of a continuous, attached to both tension elements gripping bar, the two Werelementabête so far a common gripping element, namely the continuous gripping bar has.
  • the above-mentioned arm movements usually larger amplitude of motion will usually require separate gripping elements for the two Ceielementabête.
  • the counteractivity of the arm movements can be enforced by technical means of the training device or can be made possible only by technical means of the training device, so that other, non-opposing arm movements would be possible.

Thus, the exercising person receives an independent of the clock frequency and lifting height of the rocker possibility to train their upper body at the same time Beinbein.
  • the at least one tension element can be coupled or coupled to the rocker in such a way that the pivoting movement of the rocker moves on the first and the second tension element section in the sense of an alternating shortening and lengthening of the tension element sections, in particular extension under the effect of a force exerted by the person on the respective gripping element tensile force, which are superimposed on the arm movements based on opposing shortenings and extensions.
  • the movement impulses or the resulting alternating, such as impulsive or vibration-like shortenings and extensions of the tension element sections can be the opposing movement strokes as a result of the pivoting movement of the rocker according to a previously discussed embodiment of the training device according to the invention.

  • counter-rotating movements of the cable sections or handles of greater amplitude of movement are possible.
  • These opposing movements of greater amplitude which are gewillkürt by appropriate arm movements of the exercising person through appropriate muscle work, and the movement pulses induced by the rocking motion are superimposed on each other. It is an excellent training effect achieved.
  • arm movements such as jogging, Nordic walking, exercising with a pendulum handles having cross-trainer or elliptical trainer and the like are possible, to name just a few examples.
  • the role may be performed stationary, so not rotatable.
  • the cable can be guided with a desired number of wraps around the guide surface of this component, and due to the gewillkürten arm movements, which is alternately pulled at the left and right end of the rope running the one rope section from the surface with simultaneous emergence of the other cable section on the surface.

If the exercising person now pulls on the tension element section 420a, which is deflected by the deflection roller 418a, this pulling force causes the piston 414a to be moved in such a way that the second cylinder part space 404a decreases, whereas the first cylinder part space 402a increases. This displacement can take place at most until the piston 414a has reached the end of the cylinder 300a. In this displacement, hydraulic medium is displaced from the second cylinder part space 404a and passes via the second hydraulic line 408 to the second cylinder part space 404b of the other hydraulic cylinder 400b.
