Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ladungsträger mit einem rechteckiger. Bodenteil und mindestens in den Eckbereichen des Bodenteils angeordneten Füßen, wobei die Vorderkante jedes Eckfußes über die zugehörige Bodeneckkante des Bodenteils vorsteht.
  • Ein derartiger Ladungsträger ist aus der GB 826 452 A bekannt.
  • Die diesem Ladungsträgers gestellte Aufgabe besteht darin, die Geräuschbildung beim Umfüllen von Gütern von Paletten in einen Lastwagen zu reduzieren.
  • Ahnliche Ladungsträger sind beispielsweise aus der US 2001/0298-74 A1 sowie DE 29 03 368 A1 bekannt.
  • Derartige Ladungsträger können Paletten, zusammenklappbare Paletienboxen aber auch starre Paletten-Boxen sein. Diese Ladungsträger werden im Spritzgussverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt, wobei die Füße direkt angespritzt sein können, aber auch nachträglich angeschraubt sind.
  • Auch zwischen den Eckfüßen können zumindest an den Längsseiten der Paletten bzw. Ladungsträger weitere Füße angeformt sein, die auch mittels Kufen miteinander verbunden sein können.
  • Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe ist darin zu sehen, einen Ladungsträger derart auszubilden, dass er mittels eines Laduogssicherungsgurtes in einem Fahrzeug, Flugzeug oder Schiff gegen Verschiebungen gesichert werden kann, so dass selbst beim Einwirken von Kräften auf den Gurt aus unterschiedlichen Richtungen ein Lösen des Gurtes von dem Ladungsträger verhindert wird.
  • Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 dadurch, dass oberhalb der Fuße, das Bodenteil umgebend, eine Nut zur Aufnahme eines Ladungssicherungsgurtes vorgesehen ist, wobei auf der überstehenden Vorderkante eine noppenartige Erhebung vorgesehen ist.
  • Diese noppenartige Erhebung dient somit als Barriere, über die der Gurt auch bei Lockerung nicht hinüber rutschen kann.
  • Zur Stabilisierung der noppenartigen Erhebung sowie als Schutz gegen Verschleiß ist gemäß Anspruch 3 vorgesehen, dass in die Erhebung durch ihren Scheitelpunkt eine senkrecht in den Eckfuß hineinreichende Schraube eingesetzt ist, deren Kopf die obere Erhebungsabdeckung bildet.
  • Diese Schraube wird entsprechend tief in den Fuß hineingeschraubt, so dass sie einen guten Halt hat und der noppenartigen Erhebung die entsprechende Stabilität gibt. Der metallische Kopf der Schraube dient dabei als Verschleißschutz.
  • Gemäß Anspruch 2 kann diese Erhebung eine auf der überstehenden Vorderkante des Eckfußes vorgesehene, in den Eckfuß integrierte Ausformung sein. D. h., dass die noppenartige Ausbildung Teil der Vorderkantenoberfläche ist.
  • Gemäß Anspruch 4 kann die Erhebung aber auch ein separater Teil sein und unterhalb des Schraubenkopfes angeordnet, wobei die Schraube in ein senkrecht in den Eckfuß eingebrachtes Gewinde eingeschraubt ist.
  • D. h. also, dass hier die Vorderkantenoberfläche eine Ebene bildet, in der die Gewindeöffnung vorgesehen ist. Durch Einschrauben der Schrauben- Erhebung- Kombination wird auch durch diese Alternative die Ladungsgurtsicherung gebildet.
  • Die zweite Funktion der Schraube ist durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 5 gegeben. Durch die Schraube wird eine elastische dieser aufliegenden Lasche gehalten. Diese Lasche dient als weitere Sicherung für den Befestigungsgurt. Das Ende der Lasche ist ein wenig nach außen abgewinkelt, so dass der Gurt leicht von oben gegen die elastische Kraft der Lasche nach unten gedrückt werden kann, wobei er in der Nut mit Hilfe der Lasche und der noppenartigen Erhebung lagegesichert ist.
  • Gemäß Anspruch 6 ist vorgesehen, dass die gemäß den vorherigen Ansprüchen ausgestalteten Eckfüße als aus verschleißarmen Material bestehende Hülsen ausgebildet sind, die über an den Boden des Ladungsträgers angeformte oder angeschraubte Fußstummel aufgesteckt werden können.
  • Diese Ausführungsform ist insbesondere dann von Vorteil, wenn auf den Paletten schwere Güter gelagert und transportiert werden und die Palettenfüße starken Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt sind, da auf den in der Regel rauen Lagerhallenböden die Ladungsträger mittels Hubstaplern bewegt, insbesondere verschoben werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Zeichnungen dargestellt und erläutert.

  • In den Figuren 1 bis 4 ist in perspektivischen Darstellungen der Eckbereich eines Ladungsträgers (beispielsweise Palette) dargestellt.
  • Die Palette 1 besteht aus einem rechteckigen Bodenteil 2, welches von einer ringsum laufenden Nut 3 umgeben ist.
  • Im Eckbereich des Bodenteils 2 ist ein Eckfuß 4 dargestellt, dessen Vorderkante 5 über die zugehörige Bodeneckkante 6 vorsteht. Auf dieser überstehenden Vorderkante 5 ist eine noppenartige Erhebung 7 angeformt. Die noppenartige Erhebung 7 bildet so die vordere Begrenzung einer buchtartigen Vertiefung 8 im Eckbereich der umlaufenden Nut 3.
  • Im rechten Winkel in die Nut 3 hineinreichende kragenartige Fortsätze 9 dienen in dem stark beanspruchten Eckbereich als Verstärkung und Verschleißschutz.
  • Zur Verstärkung und zum Verschleißschutz für die noppenartige Erhebung 7 ist in diese eine Schraube 10 eingeschraubt, welche bis weit in den Fuß hineinreicht.
  • Zusätzlich zur Aufgabe des Verschleißschutzes und der Stabilisierung hat die Schraube 10 die weitere Funktion der Befestigung einer Lasche 11. Diese Lasche 11 ist aus einem elastischen Material (beispielsweise Kunststoff) gefertigt und verläuft aus einem waagerechten Bereich, durch den die Schraube 10 hindurchgeführt ist, bogenförmig im rechten Winkel nach oben und liegt mit ihrem freien Ende 12, welches leicht nach außen abgewinkelt ist, auf der Bodeneckkante 6 auf.
  • Gegen die elastische Kraft der Lasche 11 wird der Sicherungsgurt von oben zwischen Lasche 12 und Bodeneckkante 6 geschoben, bis er im Bereich der Nut 3 zu liegen kommt. Hier ist er durch die Lasche 11 und die noppenartige Erhebung 7 gegen Herausrutschen nach vorne gesichert.

Claims (6)

  1. Ladungsträger mit einem rechteckigen Bodenteil (2) und mindestens in den Eckbereichen des Bodenteils (2) angeordneten Füssen (4), wobei die Vorderkante (5) jedes Eckfußes (4) über die zugehörige Bodeneckkante (6) des Bodenteils (2) vorsteht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass oberhalb der Füße (4) das Bodenteil (2) umgebend, eine Nut (3) zur Aufnahme eines Ladungssicherungsgurtes vorgesehen ist, wobei auf der überstehenden vorderkante (5) eine noppenartige Erhebung (7) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Ladungsträger nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Erhebung (7) eine auf der überstehenden Vorderkante (5) vorgesehene, in den Eckfuß (4) integrierte Ausformung ist.
  3. Ladungsträger nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in die Erhebung (7) durch deren Scheitelpunkt eine senkrecht in den Eckfuß hineinreichende Schraube (10) eingesetzt ist, deren Kopf die obere Erhebungsabdeckung bildet.
  4. Ladungsträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Erhebung (7) ein separates Teil und unterhalb des Schraubenkopfes angeordnet ist, wobei die Schraube (10) in ein senkrecht in den Eckfuß (4) eingebrachtes Gewinde eingeschraubt ist.
  5. Ladungsträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mittels der Schraube (10) eine elastische zur Bodeneckkante (6) hinaufreichende und mit ihrem freien Ende (12) auf dieser aufliegenden Lasche (11) gehalten ist.
  6. Ladungsträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckfuß (4) als aus einem verschleißarmen Material gebildete Hülse ausgebildet ist, die auf einen an die Ladungsträgerunterseite angeformten Stummel aufgesetzt ist.
