Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de nettoyage pour nettoyer des pistolets pulvérisateurs (S), en particulier des pistolets pulvérisateurs de peinture, comprenant au moins une buse nettoyeuse (1) en communication avec un système (2) de convoyage de liquide nettoyant, et un appareil (3) de nettoyage par frottement affecté au nettoyage manuel du pistolet pulvérisateur (S), ou de parties de ce dernier, ladite buse nettoyeuse (1) étant placée à proximité et au-dessus dudit appareil (3) de nettoyage par frottement, de telle sorte que du liquide nettoyant puisse être pulvérisé dans et/ou sur le pistolet pulvérisateur (S), par ladite buse nettoyeuse (1), et de façon que ledit pistolet pulvérisateur (S), et notamment le bec de pulvérisation dudit pistolet, puissent être concomitamment nettoyés en mode manuel, par friction contre ledit appareil (3) de nettoyage par frottement, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif de nettoyage englobe un système de commande (10) présentant une admission (11) d'air comprimé, conçue pour être reliée à une source d'air comprimé, et une sortie (12) d'air comprimé qui est destinée au raccordement d'un pistolet pulvérisateur, ainsi qu'au moins un réducteur de pression (13) assigné à la régulation de la pression d'air régnant sur ledit pistolet pulvérisateur.
  2. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un premier récipient (4) destiné à recevoir du liquide nettoyant propre, et un second récipient (5) conçu pour recevoir du liquide nettoyant utilisé, sachant que le système de convoyage (2) prélève du liquide nettoyant propre hors dudit premier récipient (4), puis le délivre à la buse nettoyeuse (1).
  3. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un carter (6) ouvert d'un côté, dans lequel sont prévues une première chambre (7) dédiée au nettoyage manuel du pistolet pulvérisateur, et une seconde chambre (8) dévolue au séchage dudit pistolet pulvérisateur nettoyé.
  4. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une buse soufflante de séchage (9), pouvant être sollicitée par de l'air comprimé, est logée dans la seconde chambre (8).
  5. Dispositif de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la buse nettoyeuse (1) se présente comme la pièce d'extrémité d'un tuyau souple en matière plastique.
  6. Dispositif de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le système de commande (10) englobe un sélecteur (14) par lequel ledit dispositif de nettoyage peut être commuté entre une fonction de nettoyage et une fonction de pulvérisation, sachant que, dans ladite fonction de pulvérisation, la pression d'air intégrale, régnant à l'admission (11) d'air comprimé, règne à la sortie (12) d'air comprimé ; et que, dans ladite fonction de nettoyage, une réduction de la pression d'air, régnant à ladite sortie (12) d'air comprimé, a lieu sous l'action du réducteur de pression (13).
  7. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le processus de nettoyage est amorcé automatiquement lorsque le sélecteur (14) passe de la fonction de pulvérisation à la fonction de nettoyage, le système de convoyage (2) faisant alors parcourir la buse nettoyeuse (1) par du liquide nettoyant.
  8. Dispositif de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le système de convoyage (2) renferme une pompe d'injection qui, au cours du processus de nettoyage, sollicite la buse nettoyeuse (1) par un liquide nettoyant.
  9. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe d'injection revêt la forme d'une pompe à jets d'eau en communication, par l'intermédiaire d'un réducteur de pression (15), avec l'admission (11) d'air comprimé.
  10. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que le système de convoyage (2) englobe un flexible d'aspiration (16), par l'intermédiaire duquel la pompe d'injection refoule du liquide nettoyant propre hors du premier récipient (4).
  11. Dispositif de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'appareil (3) de nettoyage par frottement est une brosse nettoyeuse ou un pinceau nettoyeur, voire une éponge nettoyeuse.
  12. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'appareil (3) de nettoyage par frottement revêt la forme d'une brosse nettoyeuse, cylindrique ou quadrangulaire, agencée à l'oblique vis-à-vis de l'axe longitudinal de la buse nettoyeuse (1) et disposée au-dessous de l'ajutage de ladite buse nettoyeuse en décrivant, en particulier, un angle de 30° à 60°.
  13. Dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que la position, notamment l'inclinaison de la brosse nettoyeuse, peut être réglée par rapport à la buse nettoyeuse (1).
  14. Dispositif de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications 3 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que le fond (17) de la première chambre (7) est réalisé sous la forme d'une auge collectrice et offre une évacuation (18) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle du liquide nettoyant, utilisé lors du processus de nettoyage et dégouttant dans ladite auge collectrice, peut s'écouler vers le second récipient (5) occupant une position sous-jacente.
