Description

Bekleidungsteile für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bekleidungsoberteil und ein Bekleidungsunterteil für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen, sowohl für Damen als auch für Herren und Kinder.
Üblicherweise benötigt eine Person eine relativ hohe Beweglichkeit, um sich anzukleiden, wenn zum Beispiel Hemden, Pullover oder T-Shirts über den Kopf und Hosen und Unterhosen von unten über die Beine nach oben angezogen werden sollen.
Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen, wie das beispielsweise für Personen mit vollständig oder teilweise gelähmten Körperteilen, für dauernd bettlägerige Personen, Spastiker, Unfallpatienten oder Personen mit geschienten Körperteilen zutreffen kann, haben zum Teil große Probleme, ihre Kleidung, insbesondere die Unterwäsche, an- und auszuziehen, vor allem, wenn helfende Personen nicht anwesend sind. Für das Bekleidungsunterteil kommt erschwerend hinzu, dass das Problem des Aus- und Anziehens bei jedem Gang zur Toilette bewältigt werden muss, d.h. also mehrmals täglich. Außerdem muss häufig Inkontinenzmaterial eingelegt oder gewechselt werden, so dass weitere Hilfestellung durch Pflegepersonen nötig ist.
Auch wenn Helfer die Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen beim An- und Auskleiden unterstützen, kann das mit schwerer körperlicher Belastung sowohl des Pflegers als auch des Patienten einhergehen, z.B. bei starker Spastik eines kranken Menschen.
Unterwäsche für die Kranken- und Behindertenpflege sind allgemein eingeführte Produkte. Beispielsweise offenbaren DE-PS 140 162 und G 82 15 150.4 U1 Wickelhosen, insbesondere für die Kranken- und Behindertenpflege, die einen T-förmigen Zuschnitt mit zwei Seitenteilen und einem Mittelteil aufweisen und bei denen die Endabschnitte der Teile Druckknöpfe oder Klettbänder als Verschlusselemente aufweisen.
Bekannt sind des Weiteren Pflegehosen, die im unteren Teil und seitlich zu knöpfen sind. Aus G 92 13 630 U1 geht eine aufklappbare Leichtwickelhose hervor, die einteilig, in ihren Endbereichen jeweils trapezförmig ausgebildet ist und im mittleren Teil einen sich beidseitig verjüngenden, schmalen Zuschnitt aufweist. Zum Fixieren dieser Wickelhose sind der Bundabschnitt und die Randabschnitte der trapezförmigen Endbereiche jeweils mit einem Klettband ausgerüstet.
Die US-PS 3,890,973 offenbart eine Wegwerfwindel in annähernd trapezförmiger Ausbildung, die mit einem Gürtel und Schlaufen geschlossen werden kann. US-PS 4,728,326, FR-PS 2 586 558 und EP 0638 304 B1 beschreiben höschenartige Windeln, die an einem Gürtel angebracht sind und mit diesem in Taillenhöhe fixiert werden können.
DE 20 2006 006 356.0 U1 beschreibt einen „One-Hand-Slip". Entgegen dem Namen benötigt man zum Anziehen des One-Hand-Slip beide Hände und zum An- wie Ablegen des One- Hand-Slips ist eine sehr gute Beweglichkeit und Körperbeherrschung erforderlich. Für bewegungseingeschränkte Personen ist er daher nicht geeignet.
An der Vorderseite mit Verschlusselementen, wie einem Klettverschluss, versehene Ober- und Unterhemden sind seit langem allgemein bekannt.
Aus CH 577279 A geht ein auf dem Rücken verschließbares Unterhemd hervor.
Die aufgezeigten technischen Lösungen sind jedoch für die Pflege von Personen mit eingeschränkten Bewegungsmöglichkeiten entweder nicht geeignet oder immer noch mit einer verhältnismäßig hohen körperlichen Belastung sowohl der Person mit Bewegungseinschränkungen als auch der pflegenden Person verbunden.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, Bekleidung für die Pflege von Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen bereit zu stellen, die einfach handhabbar ist und die körperliche Belastungen der zu pflegenden Person und der Pfleger wesentlich verringert. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch ein Bekleidungsoberteil gelöst, das in der vorderen Mitte vertikal geteilt ist und bei dem beide Träger horizontal geteilt sind und das an den Teilungsrändern jeweils ein Verschlusselement aufweist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe des weiteren durch ein hosenförmiges Bekleidungsunterteil gelöst, das aus einem hinteren Teil, bestehend aus einem Rückenteil und zwei Seitenteilen mit sich beidseitig anschließenden Bundabschnitten, und einem Vorderteil besteht, die nur im Schritt miteinander verbunden sind, sowohl hinteres und Vorderteil als auch die Bundabschnitte Verschlusselemente aufweisen, so dass das Bekleidungsunterteil einerseits allein durch Verbinden der beidseitig am hinteren Teil angebrachten Bundabschnitte am Körper der Person fixierbar ist, andererseits das gesamte Bekleidungsunterteil durch Verbinden der Verschlusselemente von Vorderteil und hinterem Teil verschließbar ist.
Mit den vorliegenden Erfindungen verbinden sich erhebliche Vorteile gegenüber herkömmlicher Bekleidung. Zum einen benötigen Personen, die ihre Arme und/oder Beine nur eingeschränkt bewegen können, mit den erfindungsgemäßen Lösungen in der Regel keine Hilfe beim An- und Auskleiden. Dadurch können sie länger selbstbestimmt wohnen und leben. Die vorgestellten Bekleidungsstücke bringen ihnen wesentliche körperliche Verbesserungen, bis hin zum schmerzfreien Anlegen der Kleidung, und darüber hinaus psychische Erleichterung.
Ist eine pflegebedürftige Person auf die Unterstützung von Helfern angewiesen, so erleichtern die erfindungsgemäßen Bekleidungsteile dem Pfleger die schwere Arbeit. Selbst Personen, die in der Pflege unerfahren sind, wie sie in der häuslichen Pflege nicht selten anzutreffen sind, können die zu pflegende Person, selbst wenn sie bettlägerig oder gar bewegungsunfähig ist, allein ohne weitere Hilfspersonen an- und auskleiden.
Die erfindungsgemäße Bekleidung birgt noch viele weitere Vorteile:
Patienten können sowohl das Oberteil wie das Unterteil im Sitzen anziehen. Sie brauchen die Teile nur auf einen Stuhl zu legen, sich darauf zu setzen und die Verschlussleisten zu schließen. Dadurch sind Rücken-, Arm- oder Beinschmerzen reduziert oder völlig aufgehoben
Insbesondere für das Bekleidungsunterteil bedeutet das, dass der Patient sein Gewicht nicht ausbalancieren muss und daher nicht mehr sturzgefährdet ist. Die Gefahr von
Knochenbrüchen wird minimiert. des Bekleidungsoberteiles sehen vor, dass die Träger auf der vorderen Seite annähernd zwischen Schulter- und Brusthöhe geteilt und dass an den Armausschnitten der Träger lösbar Ärmel angebracht sind.
Entsprechend weiteren Ausführungsformen des Bekleidungsoberteiles sind in dessen Vorderteile Cups eingearbeitet.
Bei anderen Ausführungsformen ist innen an den Vorderteilen zwischen vorderer Mitte und Armausschnitt jeweils einen Unterbrustschutz lösbar angebracht.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform des Bekleidungsoberteiles ist das Rückenteil entlang seiner unteren Saumkante verlängert und das Vorderteil entlang seiner unteren Saumkante verkürzt.
Weitere Ausführungsformen des Bekleidungsunterteiles sehen vor, dass das Vorderteil oder das hintere Teil verschieden geformt ist, z.B. annähernd rechteckig, trapezartig, oval oder andersartig, wodurch die seitlichen Verschlusskanten einen entsprechend veränderten Verlauf haben.
Gemäß weiteren Ausführungsformen des Bekleidungsunterteiles ist die Verbindung von Vorderteil und hinterem Teil im Schritt als Zwickel ausgearbeitet, angeschnitten oder anderweitig ausgeformt.
Bei anderen Ausführungsformen des Bekleidungsunterteiles ist das hintere Teil in seiner Leibhöhe in der Mitte verlängert und das Vorderteil in seiner Leibhöhe in der Mitte verkürzt.
Besonders bevorzugte Ausführungsformen des Bekleidungsunterteiles weisen an den Seitenkanten und den Bundabschnitten des hinteren Teiles jeweils ein annähernd dreieckig oder annähernd rechteckig geformtes Anschlussteil auf, das vorzugsweise lösbar angebracht ist und das sich als Untertritt hinter dem Vorderteil befindet, wenn das Bekleidungsunterteil geschlossen ist. Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform des Bekleidungsunterteiles sind in den Seitenteilen, vorzugsweise im Hüftbereich, Protektoren als Schutzelemente eingearbeitet oder Taschen für die Aufnahme von Protektoren vorgesehen.
Eine besondere Ausführungsform des Bekleidungsunterteiles sieht vor, dass das Vorderteil im Schritt lösbar mit dem hinteren Teil verbunden ist, vorzugsweise mittels Verschlussleisten.
Eine weitere Ausführungsform der Bekleidungsunterteiles weist einen Oberschenkelschutz auf, der lösbar an den Beinausschnittkanten des Bekleidungsunterteiles angesetzt ist und eine vertikal verlaufende Verschlussleiste besitzt.
Weitere Ausführungsformen der Bekleidungsteile sehen vor, dass sie durch Material und/ oder Schnitt für verschiedene Verwendungen unterschiedlich gestaltet sein können. Das Bekleidungsoberteil kann z.B. als Shirt, Top, Pullunder oder Unterhemd, Nachthemd, Funktionshemd, Sporthemd und ähnlich, das Bekleidungsunterteil z.B. als Hose, Short, Sporthose, Pyjamahose, Boxershort, Badehose, Unterhose, Funktionswäscheteil und ähnlich ausgebildet sein.
Im Folgenden sollen die Erfindungen an Hand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 und Figur 2 zeigen das Bekleidungsoberteil 1 in Gestalt eines Unterhemdes im geöffneten und geschlossenen Zustand. Deutlich ist zu erkennen, dass das Unterhemd in seiner Mitte vertikal und die Träger 6 auf der Vorderseite ungefähr zwischen Schulter- und Brusthöhe horizontal geteilt sind. An den jeweiligen Teilungsrändern verfügt das Unterhemd über einen Klettverschluss 4 bzw. eine Klettverschlussleiste 5. Es versteht sich, dass zum Schließen des Unterhemdes auch andere Verschlusselemente, wie zum Beispiel Druckknöpfe, Haken und Ösen sowie Reißverschlüsse, verwendet werden können. Um das Bekleidungsoberteil anzuziehen, wird es geöffnet und um den Patienten herumgelegt, wie Figur 17 im Fall von bettlägerigen Personen zeigt. Dann werden zunächst die Träger 6 geschlossen und anschließend die auf der vorderen Seite vorgesehene Klettverschlussleiste 5. Damit entfallen für die zu pflegende Person große Bewegungen der Arme, Schmerzen treten gar nicht oder reduziert auf.
Figur 3 und Figur 3a zeigen ein speziell für Frauen vorgesehenes Bekleidungsoberteil 1. In die Vorderteile 3 sind Cups 21 eingearbeitet. Das als Bustierhemd für Frauen ausgestaltete Bekleidungsoberteil 1 wird auf der Vorderseite geschlossen und wieder geöffnet und kann daher problemlos angelegt werden.
Figur 4 zeigt einen Unterbrustschutz 23, der in das Bekleidungsoberteil 1 innen eingehängt werden kann, wie in Figur 4a und Figur 4b gezeigt wird, jeweils in geöffnetem und geschlossenem Zustand des Bekleidungsoberteiles 1. Der Unterbrustschutz 23 liegt dabei auf der Haut unter dem Busen der pflegebedürftigen Frau auf. Diese Lösung ist insbesondere für Frauen geeignet, die in diesem Körperbereich gefährdet sind, sich wund zu liegen und/oder sich wund zu scheuern. Der Unterbrustschutz 23 kann mit an sich bekannten Mitteln, wie Haken und Ösen, in das Bekleidungsoberteil 1 ein- und ausgehängt werden.
In Figur 5 ist das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 im geöffneten Zustand dargestellt. Das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 besteht aus einem hinteren und einem vorderen Teil, die im Schritt miteinander verbunden sind. Das hintere Teil wiederum besteht aus dem Rückenteil 8 und den beiden Seitenteilen 9 mit dem oberen Bund 11 , der in die freien Bundabschnitte 27 übergeht. Es umfasst den Körper der zu bekleidenden Person annähernd zu zwei Dritteln. Im dargestellten Beispiel hat das hintere Teil eine annähernd rechteckige Ausformung, während das Vorderteil 10 mit Bund 13 annähernd trapezförmig gestaltet ist. Beide können auch andere Formen annehmen. Die Breite des Vorderteiles 10 entspricht etwa einem Drittel des Körperumfanges.
Die Beinausschnittskante 12 verläuft von den Seitenkanten der Seitenteile 9 bis zu den Seitenkanten des Vorderteils 10. Die beim vorliegenden Beispiel freien Enden der Bundabschnitte 27 und die Seitenkanten sowohl des hinteren Teiles als auch des Vorderteiles 10 sind jeweils mit Verschlusselementen 18 beziehungsweise Verschlussleisten 15 oder anderen Verschlusselementen, wie zum Beispiel Druckknöpfen, versehen. Im Schritt kann ein Zwickel 14 vorgesehen sein (wie in Figur 7 und 8 gezeigt). Die Verbindung zwischen Vorder- und Rückenteil kann aber auch anders gestaltet, z.B. angeschnitten sein. Falls erforderlich, kann in den Schritt Inkontinenzmaterial oder Einlagen eingelegt und dort fixiert werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Bekleidungsunterteil 7 hat den besonderen Vorfeil, dass für einen Toilettengang nur das Vorderteil 10 an den Verschlussleisten 15 vom hinteren Teil des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7 getrennt werden muss.
Zum Anlegen des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7 werden die beiden freien Bundabschnitte 27 vorn am Körper der zu bekleidenden Person geschlossen. Damit ist der Bund des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7 vollständig geschlossen und das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 ist bereits jetzt sicher am Körper der pflegebedürftigen Person fixiert, obwohl das Unterteil insgesamt noch gar nicht geschlossen ist, da sein vorderes und hinteres Teil noch nicht miteinander verbunden sind. Nun wird das vordere Teil 10 nach oben geklappt. Der Patient oder der Pfleger verbindet dessen seitliche Verschlussleisten 15 rechts und links mit denen des hinteren Teiles, das aus dem Rücken- und den beiden Seitenteilen 8, 9 besteht. Damit ist das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 angelegt, ohne dass die Person mit Bewegungseinschränkungen sich bücken oder die Beine beugen muss.
Die Figur 6 zeigt das in Figur 5 abgebildete Bekleidungsunterteil 7 mit geschlossenem Bund.
Figur 6a zeigt das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 in geschlossenem Zustand gemäß Figur 5, Figur 7, Figur 9, Figur 11 und Figur 13. Insofern zeigt Figur 6a die geschlossene Gestalt aller Ausführungsformen des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7.
In Figur 7 ist eine besondere Ausführungsform des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7 dargestellt. An den Seitenteilen 9 ist jeweils ein dreieckig geformtes Anschlussteil 17 angebracht, das von den Enden der Bundabschnitte 27 sich verjüngend bis zur Beinausschnittskante 12 reicht. Das in Figur 7 dargestellte hosenförmige Kleidungsunterteil 7 weist Druckknöpfe als Verschlusselement 18 auf. Außerdem zeigt Figur 7 eine Erhöhung der Bundkante 11 in der hinteren Mitte und eine Einwölbung der Bundkante 13 des Vorderteiles, wodurch das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 den Bedürfnissen von Rollstuhlfahrern entspricht. Rollstuhlgeeignete Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind auch in den Figuren 11 und 12 dargestellt.
Figur 8 zeigt das hintere Teil des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7 gemäß Figur 7 mit geschlossenem Bund. Die Anschlussteile 17 bilden dabei den Untertritt hinter dem Vorderteil 10 wenn das Bekleidungsstück 7 geschlossen werden soll, wie es in Figur 6a dargestellt ist. Die Anschlussteile 17 können auch lösbar an den Seitenteilen 9 angebracht sein. Gegebenenfalls eingelegtes Inkontinenzmaterial kann nicht verrutschen und wird durch die Anschlussteile 17 gehalten.
Eine weitere besondere Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist in Figur 9 und in Figur 10 dargestellt. Zum Schutz der Knochen gegen Prellungen oder Oberschenkelhals- oder andere Knochenbrüche der zu pflegenden Person sind im Hüftbereich in die Seitenteile 9 beidseitig Protektoren 19 eingearbeitet. Es können auch Taschen für die Aufnahme der Protektoren 19 vorgesehen sein. Es versteht sich, dass die Protektoren 19 in jede Ausführungsform des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7 eingearbeitet sein können, zum Beispiel in solche ohne Untertritt und auch in längere oder kürzere Kleidungsunterteile 7, wie letztere beispielsweise für Kinder zur Anwendung kommen.
Die Figur 11 und die Figur 12 zeigen eine weitere besondere Ausführungsform der Erfindung. Das Vorderteil 10 ist mit einer Verschlussleiste 20, hier einem Klettband, mit dem hinteren Teil lösbar verbunden und kann so bei einem Toilettengang abgenommen werden. Auf diese Weise kann das Vorderteil nicht in die Toilettenschüssel hängen, auch wenn die Person, die das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 trägt, sehr stark bewegungseingeschränkt ist. Es kann nach dem Toilettengang auf bequeme Weise wieder geschlossen werden.
Figur 13 und Figur 14 zeigen ein Bekleidungsunterteil 7, das annähernd rechteckig ausgebildete Anschlussteile 22 aufweist. Wird das Bekleidungsunterteil 7 geschlossen, bilden die Anschlussteile 22 hinter dem hier trapezförmigen Vorderteil 10 einen vollkommen geschlossenen Untertritt. Figur 15 und Figur 16 zeigen einen am Bekleidungsunterteil 7 anbringbaren Oberschenkelschutz 24 im geschlossenen und geöffneten Zustand. Dieser Oberschenkelschutz dient vornehmlich der Dekubitusprophylaxe. Zusätzlich kann er auch als eigenständiges Beinteil ausgebildet werden. Der oberen Rand 25 des Oberschenkelschutzes 24 ist zweckmäßigerweise als Haftrand ausgebildet und kann damit an der Beinausschnittskante 12 des Bekleidungsunterteiles 7 lösbar angebracht werden. Eine vertikal verlaufende Verschlussleiste 26 ermöglicht das Öffnen des Oberschenkelschutzes 24 im angelegten Zustand, um zum Beispiel eine Wundversorgung des Oberschenkels vornehmen zu können.
Figur 17 zeigt das Anlegen der Bekleidungsteile 1 und 7 für bettlägerige Personen. Die Bekleidungsteile 1 und 7 werden geöffnet und bis zur Mitte aufgerollt. Die pflegebedürftige Person wird zur Seite gedreht, so dass die Bekleidungsteile 1 und 7 unter ihren Rücken geschoben werden können. Der Pfleger dreht die zu pflegende Person zurück, so dass er die aufgerollten Teile auf der anderen Körperseite des Patienten hervorholen und wieder entrollen kann. In dieser Position kann er sowohl das Bekleidungsoberteil 1 wie das - unterteil 7 leicht schließen. Das Bekleidungsoberteil 1 wird an den Trägern 6 und im Vorderteil 3 mit Hilfe der Verschlusselemente 4 und 5 geschlossen. Beim Bekleidungsunterteil 7 werden zunächst die Bundabschnitte 27 durch die Verschlüsse 18 verbunden, danach das Vorderteil 10 nach oben geklappt und die beiden Verschlusskanten 15 von vorderen und hinteren Teil sowohl rechts als auch links miteinander verbunden.

Claims

P A T E N T A N S P R Ü C H E
1. Bekleidungsteil für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als hemdartiges Bekleidungsoberteil (1) ausgebildet, in der vorderen Mitte vertikal und an beiden Trägern (6) horizontal geteilt und an den Teilungsrändern jeweils mit einem Verschlusselement (4; 5) versehen ist.
2. Bekleidungsteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (6) auf der vorderen Seite annähernd zwischen Schulter- und Brusthöhe geteilt sind.
3. Bekleidungsteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Armausschnitten der Träger (6) lösbar Ärmel angebracht sind.
4. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dessen Vorderteile (3) Cups (21) eingearbeitet sind.
5. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Vorderteile (3), vorzugsweise lösbar zwischen vorderer Mitte und Armausschnitt, innen ein Unterbrustschutz (23) angebracht ist.
6. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückenteil (2) entlang seiner unteren Saumkante verlängert und das Vorderteil (3) entlang seiner unteren Saumkante verkürzt ist.
7. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in Material und / oder Schnitt als Oberbekleidung, wie Shirt, Top, Pullunder oder als Wäschebekleidung, wie Unterhemd, Nachthemd, Pyjama, Sporthemd oder ähnlich ausgebildet ist.
8. Bekleidungsteil für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als hosenförmiges Bekleidungsunterteil (7) ausgebildet ist, das aus einem hinteren Teil, bestehend aus einem Rückenteil (8) und zwei Seitenteilen (9) mit sich beidseitig anschließenden Bundabschnitten (27), und einem Vorderteil (10) besteht, die nur im Schritt miteinander verbunden sind, sowohl hinteres Teil und Vorderteil (10) als auch die Bundabschnitte (27) Verschlusselemente (15; 18; 20) aufweisen, so dass das Bekleidungsunterteil (7) einerseits allein durch Verbinden der beidseitig am hinteren Teil angebrachten Bundabschnitte (27) am Körper der Person fixierbar ist, anderseits das gesamte Bekleidungsunterteil (7) durch Verbinden der Verschlusselemente (15; 18; 20) von Vorderteil (10) und hinterem Teil geschlossen wird.
9. Bekleidungsteil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere oder hintere Teil verschieden geformt ist, z.B. annähernd rechteckig, trapezartig, oval oder andersförmig, wodurch die seitlichen Verschlusskanten (15) einen entsprechend veränderten Verlauf haben.
10. Bekleidungsteil nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt des Bekleidungsunterteiles (7) ein Zwickel (14) vorgesehen ist und/oder das hintere Teil in seiner Leibhöhe verlängert und die Leibhöhe des Vorderteiles (10) verkürzt ist.
11. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Seitenkanten der Seitenteile (9) und an den Bundabschnitten (27) jeweils ein annähernd dreieckig geformtes Anschlussteil (17), vorzugsweise lösbar, angebracht ist, das sich im geschlossenen Zustand des Bekleidungsunterteiles (7) als Untertritt hinter dem Vorderteil (10) befindet.
12. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Seitenteile (9) vorzugsweise im Hüftbereich Protektoren (19) als Schutzelemente eingearbeitet oder Taschen für die Aufnahme der Protektoren (19) vorgesehen sind.
13. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorderteil (10) lösbar mit dem hinteren Teil im sich verjüngenden Schritt des Bekleidungsunterteiles (7) verbunden ist, vorzugsweise mittels Verschlussleisten (20).
14. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Seitenkanten des hinteren Teiles jeweils annähernd rechteckig geformte Anschlussteile (22), vorzugsweise lösbar, angebracht sind, deren äußere Seitenkanten miteinander verschließbar sind und die, wenn das Bekleidungsunterteil (7) geschlossen ist, hinter dem Vorderteil (10) einen vollflächig geschlossenen Untertritt bilden.
15. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Beinausschnittskante (12) des Bekleidungsunterteiles (7) ein Oberschenkelschutz (24) mit Verschlussleiste (26) lösbar angebracht ist.
16. Bekleidungsteil nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Beinausschnittskante (12) des Bekleidungsunterteiles (7) ein Beinteil (24) mit Verschlussleiste (26) lösbar angebracht ist.
17. Bekleidungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in Material und / oder Schnitt als Oberbekleidung, wie Hose, Shorts, Badehose, Boxershorts, oder als Wäschebekleidung, wie Unterhose, Pyjamahose, Sporthose, Funktionswäsche oder ähnlich ausgebildet ist.
