Claims (16)

  1. Procédé permettant de profiler des composants allongés en bois (2) ou autres analogues, spécifiquement des composants (2) pour des cadres de portes et de fenêtres, le procédé comprenant les étapes qui consistent :
    à faire avancer au moins un composant (2) le long d'un premier plan d'appui essentiellement horizontal (P1) dans une première direction (5) qui est transversale à deux faces longitudinales (2a, 2b) du composant (2) lui-même ;
    à arrêter le composant (2) dans la première direction (5) contre un dispositif d'arrêt (23) agencé de manière transversale à la première direction (5) elle-même ;
    à saisir le composant (2) au moyen d'au moins un premier étau de serrage (38) ; et
    à profiler de manière longitudinale ladite une deuxième face longitudinale (2b) ;
    et étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre l'étape qui consiste :
    à faire monter le premier étau de serrage (38) à partir d'une première position abaissée, dans laquelle le premier étau de serrage (38) est agencé en-dessous du premier plan d'appui (P1), vers une première position montée, dans laquelle le premier étau de serrage (38) fait saillie au-dessus du premier plan d'appui (P1) afin de saisir le composant (2) au niveau de ladite une première face longitudinale (2a) agencée au niveau de la partie arrière dans ladite première direction (5).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et comprenant en outre l'étape qui consiste :
    à déplacer le premier étau de serrage (38) à partir de la première position montée de manière à faire monter le composant (2) à partir du premier plan d'appui (P1) et à faire avancer le composant (2) lui-même en aval du dispositif d'arrêt (23) dans la première direction (5).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le premier plan d'appui (P1) est défini par une pluralité de premiers transporteurs à courroie (21) parallèles les uns aux autres et une pluralité de premières barres de support (22), dont les parties avants font saillie à partir des premiers transporteurs à courroie (21) dans la première direction (5), et sont formées de manière à définir le dispositif d'arrêt (23) ; le procédé comprenant les étapes qui consistent :
    à faire avancer le composant (2) le long des premiers transporteurs à courroie (21) ; et
    à faire avancer le composant (2) le long des premières barres de support (22) et contre le dispositif d'arrêt (23) au moyen d'un dispositif de poussée (24) adapté pour venir en prise avec la partie arrière du composant (2) dans la première direction (5).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3 et comprenant en outre l'étape qui consiste :
    à déplacer le dispositif de poussée (24) entre une deuxième position abaissée, dans laquelle le dispositif de poussée (24) est agencé en-dessous du premier plan d'appui (P1), et une deuxième position montée, dans laquelle le dispositif de poussée (24) fait saillie au-dessus du premier plan d'appui (P1) afin de venir en prise avec le composant (2).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant en outre les étapes qui consistent :
    à transférer le composant (2) à partir du premier étau de serrage (38) à au moins un deuxième étau de serrage (38) faisant face au premier étau de serrage (38) lui-même ; et
    à profiler de manière longitudinale ladite deuxième face longitudinale (2a).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5 et comprenant en outre l'étape qui consiste :
    à déplacer au moins une tête d'usinage (16) dans une deuxième direction (14) transversale à la première direction (5) pour profiler lesdites première et deuxième faces longitudinales (2b, 2a).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6 et comprenant en outre les étapes qui consistent :
    à transférer le composant (2) à partir du deuxième étau de serrage (38) à un deuxième plan d'appui (P2) ; et
    à déplacer le deuxième étau de serrage (38) à partir d'une troisième position montée, dans laquelle le deuxième étau de serrage (38) fait saillie au-dessus du deuxième plan d'appui (P2), vers une troisième position abaissée, dans laquelle le deuxième étau de serrage (38) est agencé en-dessous du deuxième plan d'appui (P2).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le deuxième plan d'appui (P2) est défini par une pluralité de deuxièmes transporteurs à courroie (28) parallèles les uns aux autres et une pluralité de deuxièmes barres de support (31), qui font saillie à partir de la partie arrière des deuxièmes transporteurs à courroie (28) dans la première direction (5), et sont formées de manière à définir des éléments d'entraînement respectifs (31a) pour le composant (2) dans la première direction (5) elle-même ; le procédé comprenant les étapes qui consistent :
    à déplacer les deuxièmes barres de support (31) dans la première direction (5) pour transférer le composant (2) sur les deuxièmes transporteurs à courroie (28) ; et
    à faire avancer le composant (2) le long des deuxièmes transporteurs à courroie (28).
  9. Machine permettant de profiler des composants allongés en bois (2) ou autres analogues, spécifiquement des composants (2) pour des cadres de portes et de fenêtres, la machine comprenant un premier dispositif d'alimentation (6) destiné à faire avancer au moins un composant (2) le long d'un premier plan d'appui essentiellement horizontal (P1) et dans une première direction (5) qui est transversale à deux faces longitudinales (2a, 2b) du composant (2) lui-même ; un dispositif d'arrêt (23) agencé de manière transversale à la première direction (5) pour arrêter le composant (2) dans la première direction (5) elle-même ; au moins un premier étau de serrage (38) destiné à saisir le composant (2) au niveau de ladite une première face longitudinale (2a) agencée au niveau de la partie arrière dans ladite première direction (5) ; et au moins une tête d'usinage (16) mobile dans une deuxième direction (14) transversale à la première direction (5) pour profiler de manière longitudinale au moins ladite une deuxième face longitudinale (2b) ; et étant caractérisée en ce que le premier étau de serrage (38) est mobile entre une première position abaissée, dans laquelle le premier étau de serrage (38) est agencé en-dessous du premier plan d'appui (P1), et une première position montée, dans laquelle le premier étau de serrage (38) fait saillie au-dessus du premier plan d'appui (P1) pour saisir le composant (2) au niveau de la première face longitudinale (2a).
  10. Machine selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le premier étau de serrage (38) est mobile à partir de la première position montée vers une deuxième position montée, dans laquelle le premier étau de serrage (38) fait monter le composant (2) à partir du premier plan d'appui (P1) afin de le faire avancer en aval du dispositif d'arrêt (23) dans la première direction (5).
  11. Machine selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans laquelle le premier dispositif d'alimentation (6) comprend une pluralité de premiers transporteurs à courroie (21) parallèles les uns aux autres, une pluralité de premières barres de support (22), dont les parties avant font saillie à partir des premiers transporteurs à courroie (21) dans la première direction (5), et sont formées de manière à définir le dispositif d'arrêt (23), et un dispositif de poussée (24) pour faire avancer le composant (2) le long des premières barres de support (22) et contre le dispositif d'arrêt (23).
  12. Machine selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le dispositif de poussée (24) est mobile entre une deuxième position abaissée, dans laquelle le dispositif de poussée (24) est agencé en-dessous du premier plan d'appui (P1), et une troisième position montée, dans laquelle le dispositif de poussée (24) fait saillie au-dessus du premier plan d'appui (P1) pour venir en prise avec le composant (2).
  13. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12 et comprenant en outre au moins un deuxième étau de serrage (38) pour saisir le composant (2) au niveau de ladite deuxième face longitudinale (2b).
  14. Machine selon la revendication 13 et comprenant en outre une tête d'usinage supplémentaire (16) destinée à profiler ladite première face longitudinale (2a).
  15. Machine selon la revendication 13 ou 14 et comprenant en outre un deuxième dispositif d'alimentation (7) définissant un deuxième plan d'appui (P2) pour le composant (2) ; le deuxième étau de serrage (38) étant mobile entre une quatrième position montée, dans laquelle le deuxième étau de serrage (38) fait saillie au-dessus du deuxième plan d'appui (P2), et une troisième position abaissée, dans laquelle le deuxième étau de serrage (38) est agencé en-dessous du deuxième plan d'appui (P2).
  16. Machine selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle le deuxième dispositif d'alimentation (7) comprend une pluralité de deuxièmes transporteurs à courroie (28) parallèles les uns aux autres et une pluralité de deuxièmes barres de support (31), qui font saillie à partir de la partie arrière des deuxièmes transporteurs à courroie (28) dans la première direction (5), sont formées de manière à définir des éléments d'entraînement respectifs (31a) pour le composant (2) dans la première direction (5), et sont mobiles dans la première direction (5) elle-même pour transférer le composant (2) sur les deuxièmes transporteurs à courroie (28).
