- This type of stress test is capable of faulty mechanical connections and components such.
- a disadvantage of this known method is especially that a load test is not performed under defined conditions with respect to the test load.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a method for loading test of the type mentioned, which is feasible without loading the car with load masses in all common types of lifts and drive systems for elevator systems at a defined test load.
- this object is achieved by a generic method in which the car is locked by a fastening device directly or indirectly in the shaft, then driven to exert a tensile force on the car, the drive unit, measured the tensile force and the drive unit is stopped as soon as the amount of measured Traction corresponds to the predetermined overload, wherein the tensile force is then kept constant for a predetermined period of time.
- the entire Mechanical construction including in particular also many mechanical connections such as screw connections, welds, reinforcements, tested.
- the entire car is locked on the one hand and not just a section of the supporting cable in the vicinity of the traction sheave on the one hand.
- the locking thus mechanically indistinguishable simulates the effect of a test mass introduced into the car.
- the inventive method differs from the known methods for determining the driving ability on the one hand crucially in that according to the invention, a predetermined tensile force is set and kept constant.
- a predetermined tensile force is set and kept constant.
- a predetermined test load is set by setting a predetermined tensile force, an overload of the mechanical construction is avoided by uncontrollably large tensile forces.
- test load relevant to the test specifications for example 1.25 times the rated load
- test load relevant to the test specifications for example 1.25 times the rated load
- a predetermined test load is set, which is never exceeded, since the drive unit is stopped upon reaching this tensile force.
- the drive unit has a traction sheave and a carrying cable which moves the car
- the method according to the invention can be used for the load test during commissioning or when traction sheave lifts are placed on the market.
- the drive unit has a hydraulic system and a piston moving the car

- the car preferably by a tension belt, is locked to a guide rail mounted in the shaft.
- a guide rail is present in the shaft, which is firmly connected to the shaft and is sufficiently stable to apply the counterforce for the tensile load corresponding to the overload.
- the car preferably by a tension belt, in the Shaft pit arrested.
- This variant is particularly favorable if either no guide rail is present or the guide rail is not suitable for attachment to a fastening device, for example because it is difficult to access.
- the tensile force can be measured according to the invention by a spring element.
- a spring element For example, it is possible within the scope of the invention to provide an electronically scanned spring balance in a tension belt. Similarly, the use of a measuring device with a load cell and associated electronic display is possible within the scope of the invention.
- FIG. 1 the operation and the balance of power in the application of the method for testing the marketing of lifts in the case of a traction sheave elevator are outlined.
- a traction sheave elevator 1 with a traction sheave 2, a guided over the traction sheave 2 of this traction cable 3 and one attached to one end of the support cable 3 car 4.

- the drive 7 and driven by this traction sheave 2 are arranged on a base 8.
- the base 8 has two passages 9, through which the support cable 3 is guided in the vertical direction.
- the weight of the load mass 10 is selected so that it corresponds to 1.25 times the rated load of the traction sheave elevator 1.
- the counterweight 5 exerts a weight G on the supporting cable 3.
- the car 4 exerts a weight F on the other end of the support cable 3.
- the force acting on the same end of the supporting cable 3 as the weight F of the car 4 weight force of the test mass 10 is denoted by 1.25 x Q.
- the car 4 When introducing the test mass 10 into the car 4 with 1.25 times the rated load Q for testing the traction sheave elevator 1 at startup or in the event of traffic, the car 4, a catch frame, not shown in the figure, now likewise a cable attachment, also not shown , the suspension cable 3, the Traction sheave 2 and the footprint 8 with the weight of the car 4 and the test mass 10 charged. On the other side of the traction sheave 2, the counterweight 5 hangs. According to this arrangement, the axis 11 of the traction sheave 2 and the footprint 8 of the drive 7 and thus the entire support structure of the traction sheave elevator 1 with a total load of G + F + 1.25 x Q loaded. Higher loads can not occur during operation when properly loaded.
- This test method is thus based on introducing the test mass 10 with a weight of 1.25 times the nominal load Q into the car 4. This is the current state-of-the-art testing method for placing on the market which, due to the requirement, has a large Test mass 10 to move, is unfavorable.

- the components of the traction sheave elevator 1 to be tested correspond to those in connection with FIG. 1 described.
- each tension belt 13 is attached at the mounting clamps 12 .
- the other end of each tensioning belt 13 is fixed in a further fastening clamp 12, which is connected in each case to the guide rails 6 and thus indirectly to the elevator shaft 14.
- each tension belt 13 is a mechanical voltage indicator in the form of a load cell 15 with electronic display available.
- the car 4 is now first locked by attaching the mounting clamps 12 at the bottom and by attaching mounting clamps 12 in the guide rails 6 based on the guided through the mounting clamps 12 tensioning belt 13. Subsequently, in the direction of the arrow 16, the traction sheave 2 is driven in the direction which would lead to the lifting of the car 4, if the car 4 were not fixed in the manner described. Instead of an upward movement of the car 4, the rotation of the traction sheave 2 in the direction of the arrow 16 causes the building of a tensile force in the supporting cable 3.
- the drive of the traction sheave 2 can be done by the drive 7 of the traction sheave elevator 1, when the drive 7 is designed so that it can muster 1.25 times the rated load.
- the driving of the traction sheave 2 can also be done by an external drive. For example, a hand wheel or an electric drive can be used to drive the traction sheave 2.
- the entire mechanical structure of the traction sheave elevator 1, that is, the axle 11, the footprint 8, is the car 4 and the supporting cable 3, loaded with a total load, which results from the weight G of the counterweight, the weight F of the car and 1.25 times the rated load Q.
- test method according to the invention nevertheless advantageously checks the entire mechanical construction and does not, as in the prior art, only individual components.
- the load test is carried out at a defined, constant test load. This corresponds exactly to the situation, as is the case with the conventional introduction of a proof mass.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for stress testing, in particular at start-up and / or when placing on the market, the complete mechanical construction, comprising at least one car and a drive unit, of elevators, wherein the mechanical construction with a predetermined overload, in particular the 1,25- times the rated load, is charged.
When lifts are placed on the market, a load test of the entire lift with a test load is required. Before an elevator can be used after being erected by an assembly company, it has always been required to carry out tests. An essential part of the test is to check the drive of the traction sheave, the traction of the traction sheave, the brake catch device and the brake. In the case of the direct hydraulic lift, the entire hydraulic system, the sinking correction system (the sinking prevention) and the pipe rupture protection must be checked as part of the commissioning tests. Finally, when commissioning an indirect-hydraulic lift, the entire hydraulic system, the fall-off correction system (anti-sinking device), as well as the anti-surge device or the safety brake device must be checked.
According to the relevant test regulations, the safety devices (brake, safety gear) and the safety-relevant functions (driving ability) should also be tested under load. It is considered necessary in the art to perform a load test which is able to detect errors of the To recognize mechanical execution of the overall construction of the elevator.
The current and known generic method for stress testing based on the fact that in the car a test load in the form of a mass with, for example, 1.25 times the weight of the rated load is introduced to perform the load test. As a rule, the car with this test mass is then once shut down and shut down again. However, this last step is not mandatory and can therefore be omitted.
This type of stress test is capable of faulty mechanical connections and components such. B. bolted joints, welds to recognize reinforcements.
The introduction of loading masses in the car in the test for placing on the market, however, is at a disadvantage very complicated and cumbersome, especially in view of the prevailing construction site situation.
Therefore, there is a need for the erection companies of elevator installations to carry out these tests without weights.
For some time there have been test systems that allow the effectiveness of the components traction sheave, safety gear, brake, hydraulic system, Absinkkorrektursystem and pipe burst protection to check without load weights.
A disadvantage of this known method is especially that a load test is not performed under defined conditions with respect to the test load.
These systems are only approved for periodic inspections, but not for tests on placing on the market or putting into service of lifts, as they are either isolated only Check components or do not carry out a test with defined test loads. However, precisely because there is a general requirement for a stress test for the entire mechanical design for the recurrent tests during operation in the relevant test regulations for lifts, should at least for testing for marketing or commissioning for safety reasons not waived a load test of the complete mechanical design become. For example, it is also in accordance with the Machinery Directive in Annex I number. 4.1.1. (f) "Static test"; and (g) "Dynamic test" stipulates that a load test be carried out for the entire mechanical design. These requirements, the known test systems, which check the effectiveness of each of the components traction sheave, safety gear, brake, hydraulic system, Absinkkorrektursystem and pipe burst protection isolated, do not do justice to disadvantage.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a method for loading test of the type mentioned, which is feasible without loading the car with load masses in all common types of lifts and drive systems for elevator systems at a defined test load.
If, in an embodiment of the invention, the drive unit has a traction sheave and a carrying cable which moves the car, the method according to the invention can be used for the load test during commissioning or when traction sheave lifts are placed on the market.
If, in another advantageous embodiment, the drive unit has a hydraulic system and a piston moving the car, the method according to the invention can be used for checking during commissioning or when placing directly or indirectly hydraulic elevators in the car without the use of loading masses.
If, in a preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention, the drive unit is driven by an external drive device, in particular an electric drive, it is ensured that the overload desired for the test can be generated in the form of a tensile force applied by means of the drive unit. This is the case even if the drive unit should not be able to apply a tensile force corresponding to the overload for whatever reason.
In this context, it has proved to be particularly favorable according to the invention, when the drive unit is driven manually, in particular by means of a handwheel and / or a hand pump. The test then does not necessarily require access to a power supply, as would be the case when using an external electric drive.
To lock the car is provided in a further advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention, that the car, preferably by a tension belt, is locked to a guide rail mounted in the shaft. In many cases, such a guide rail is present in the shaft, which is firmly connected to the shaft and is sufficiently stable to apply the counterforce for the tensile load corresponding to the overload.
In another preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention, the car, preferably by a tension belt, in the Shaft pit arrested. This variant is particularly favorable if either no guide rail is present or the guide rail is not suitable for attachment to a fastening device, for example because it is difficult to access.
The tensile force can be measured according to the invention by a spring element. For example, it is possible within the scope of the invention to provide an electronically scanned spring balance in a tension belt. Similarly, the use of a measuring device with a load cell and associated electronic display is possible within the scope of the invention.
It is particularly advantageous according to a variant of the method according to the invention, when the tensile force is kept constant by a regulator.
The invention will be described by way of example in a preferred embodiment with reference to a drawing, wherein further advantageous details are shown in the figures of the drawing.
Functionally identical parts are provided with the same reference numerals.

In the
In this traction sheave elevator 1, the balance of power is as follows.
The
When introducing the

To carry out the load test of the traction sheave elevator 1 at startup z. Due to the fixation of the
This state is now retained. In the simplest case, this is done simply by setting the
Due to the fact that, when the
