Claims (8)
- Procédé de tissage au croisement de la chaîne élevé, pendant lequel la foule se forme en deux zones synchronisées (IZ, SZ), dont dans la première, dans la zone d'impulsion (IZ), les fils de chaîne se divisent en branches suivant le dessin imposé du tissage et, dans la deuxième, dans la zone de force (SZ), on effectue le croisement des branches élevé des fils de chaîne divisées dans la zone d'impulsion (IZ), en temps que dans les deux zones (IZ, SZ) le fonctionnement est effectué pour chaque un cycle de travail, il passe de façon continue et mutuellement synchronisée dans chaque cycle de travail, en temps que par la division des fils de chaîne en branches dans la zone d'impulsion (Z) et par le croisement de la chaîne élevé dans la zone de force (SZ) se forme l'espace pour l'insertion de la trame, caractérisé en ce qu'il faut aussi surpasser la résistance de tissage, ctd. la résistance des fils de chaîne à la déformation et la résistance de frottement entre les fils au moment d'enfoncement des fils de trames dans le tissu.
- Métier à tisser pour le tissage au croisement de la chaîne élevé, comprenant l'ensouple de chaîne avec l'enroulement des fils de chaîne, le dispositif pour la formation de la foule, le peigne de tissage mobile, le dispositif pour l'insertion de la trame dans la foule et l'ensouple d'étoffe pour l'enroulement du tissu, en temps que le dispositif pour la formation de la foule comprend le dispositif de la zone d'impulsion pour la division des fils de chaîne en branches et le dispositif de la zone de force pour la réalisation du croisement de la chaîne élevé, en temps que les deux dispositifs sont commandés de façon synchronisée, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de la zone de force (SZ) comprend le diviseur (11) avec les lamelles verticales (12) avec les écarts entre elles, en temps qu'au diviseur (11) est incorporée la griffe à pince (8) des fils de chaîne de chaque branche de la foule qui est munie par des moyens de prise des fils de chaîne (1b, 1b') de chaque branche de la foule, en temps que les moyens de prise des fils de chaîne (1 b, 1b') sont réversibilement déplaçables dans le sens vertical.
- Métier à tisser suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de la zone de force (SZ) est par le séparateur de la zone d'impulsion (IZ) et de la zone de force SZ) séparé du dispositif de la zone d'impulsion (IZ).
- Métier à tisser suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (12) du diviseur (11), sur une partie de leur longueur corresponadante à la levée des fils de chaîne (1b, 1b'), sont à coup du dispositif de la zone d'impulsion (ZI) penchées par rapport au sens vertical.
- Métier à tisser suivant quelconque des revendications 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la griffe à pince (8) comprend un couple de liteaux (14) avec les découpages (15), les trous d'entrée (16) et des crochets de cueillage (17), et les découpages (15), les trous d'entrée (16) et les crochets (17) correspondent avec les fentes entre les lamelles (12) du diviseur (11), en temps que les liteaux (14) sont accouplés avec la commande réversible rectiligne.
- Métier à tisser suivant quelconque des revendications 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la griffe à pince (8) comprend un couple d'arbres réversiblement rotatifs (18), sur lesquels sont placés les moyens de prise (18a) des fils de chaîne (1 b, 1 b').
- Métier à tisser suivant quelconque des revendications 2 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de la zone d'impulsion (IZ) est formé par le dispositif pour former la foule conventionnel.
- Métier à tisser suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pour former la foule conventionnel est construit avec la levée limitée.
