Zur Außenseite hin wird auf den Druckgussring ein Abdeckring gesetzt, der entsprechend mit Farbe versehen bzw. aus Chrom gefertigt sein kann, so dass er dem anscharnierten Ring ein optisch gefälliges Bild bietet. Bei diesen aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten anscharnierten Ringen, die hier aus Druckguss hergestellt sind, ergibt sich zunächst vornehmlich folgendes Problem, dass aufgrund der Druckgussfertigung diese in ihrer Ausfertigung ein hohes Gewicht aufweisen, was insbesondere dem Gesamtgewicht der Maschine zuzuschlagen ist. Diese Wabenstruktur verleiht dem Ring 5 eine hohe Stabilität, wobei in den Hohlräumen zwischen den Stegen kein Kunststoffmaterial vorhanden ist, so dass der Ring insgesamt wenig Kunststoffmaterial benötigt. Weiter weist der Ring 5 an seiner Innenseite Aufnahmen 9 für das Türglas 6 auf. Wie insbesondere aus der Figur 4 und 5 zu erkennen ist, ist auf den wabenförmigen Kranz 8 außenseitig ein Abdeckring 7 aufklipsbar, wobei auf den Abdeckring 7 zusätzlich noch ein Zierring 10 angesetzt werden kann. Das Ansetzen des Türglases 6 an der Innenseite des Kranzes 8 mit seiner Wabenstruktur erfolgt dabei derart, dass das Türglas 6 mit seinen Vorsprüngen 11 in die innenseitigen Aufnahmen 9 des Kranzes 8 eingreifen, so wie dies in der explosionsartigen Darstellung des noch nicht montierten Türglases 6 der Figur 2 zu erkennen ist. Nach Einsetzen des Türglases 6 ist dieses durch eine Drehung um einen Bruchteil, beispielsweise 1/3 bis 1/8, einer Umdrehung in die verriegelte Stellung bringbar, wie dies in der Figur 3 dargestellt ist. Dabei hintergreifen die Vorsprünge 11 des Türglases 6 Hinterschneidungen 12 an dem Kranz 8. Dabei sind die innenseitigen Aufnahmen 9 als Aussparungen 13 in einer Ringnut 14 am anscharnierten Ring 5 ausgebildet. Dabei greifen im angesetzten Zustand des Türglases 6 die Vorsprünge 11 ein, so dass infolge einer Drehbewegung des Türglases 6 die Schenkelbereiche der Ringnut 14 hintergriffen werden. Somit kann insbesondere das Türglas 6 leicht und einfach ohne Einsatz von Werkzeugen mit dem anscharnierten Ring 5 in Verbindung gebracht werden, wobei durch den bajonettartigen Verschlussmechanismus ebenfalls eine gleichmäßige bzw. dichtende Anlage des Türglasringes am anscharnierten Ring 5 gegeben ist.The ring 5, as in particular in the FIG. 3 and 4 shown, and here from its rear side, is formed from an integrally molded plastic molded part, wherein the ring 5 has a collar 8, which has a honeycomb structure made of webs. Dabei ist das einzelne Rastelement 16 als Winkelprofil ausgebildet, wie dies beispielsweise in der Figur 5 in der geschnittenen Ansicht deutlich zu erkennen ist. Der Abdeckring 7 weist hierbei im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen eine L-Form auf, mit an seiner Rückseite parallel angeordneten Raststegen 17.1 und 17.2, wobei im verrasteten Zustand der eine Raststeg 17.1 mit einer angeformten Nase 18 das Winkelprofil 19 umgreift und der andere Raststeg 17.2 das Winkelprofil 19 hintergreift. Sowohl Rastelemente 16 als auch Winkelprofile 19 sind über den Umfang einerseits am Ring 5, besser zu erkennen in der Figur 2 und 3, sowie an der Rückseite des Abdeckringes 7 angeformt. Claims (11)

  1. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1), such as a drum washing machine or a dryer, having a rotatably mounted drum and a feed opening (2) in the front wall (3) of the machine housing, on which front wall a ring (5) is hinge-mounted as a door (4), a door window (6) curved towards the interior of the drum being enclosed in the interior region of said ring, and a cover ring (7) being attached to the outer side of the hinge-mounted ring (5) enclosing the door window (6), the hinge-mounted ring (5) being formed from an integral plastics material moulded part with a collar (8), which has recesses (9) for the door window (6) integrally formed on the interior thereof,
    characterised in that,
    the interior recesses (9) and the door window edge form a bayonet-type locking means, it being possible to clip the cover ring (7) to the exterior of the collar (8).
  2. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the collar (8) is formed with a honeycomb construction.
  3. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the interior recesses (9) are formed as cavities (13) in an annular groove (14) on the hinge-mounted ring (5), projections (11) engaging in said annular groove when the door window (6) is in the attached state and engaging the leg regions of the annular groove (14) from behind as a result of a rotational movement of the door window (6).
  4. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to either claim 2 or claim 3,
    characterised in that,
    in the region of the collar (8) formed as a honeycomb construction, pockets (15) are formed, in which locking members (16) for the cover ring (7) are arranged.
  5. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to claim 4,
    characterised in that
    the locking member (16) is formed as an angle profile (19).
  6. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that
    the cover ring (7) has a substantially L-shaped cross-section with locking webs (17.1) and (17.2) arranged in parallel on the rear thereof, one of the locking webs (17.1), in the locked state thereof, encompassing the angle profile (19) with an integrally formed tab (18), and the other locking web (17.2) engaging the angle profile (19) from behind.
  7. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that
    further hook members (20) for attaching the cover ring (7) in a centered manner are integrally formed on the rear of the cover ring (7).
  8. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to claims 1 to 6,
    characterised in that
    a circumferential groove (21) is integrally formed on the edge of the rear of the cover ring (7) and cooperates with a correspondingly formed circumferential groove (22) on the edge of the hinge-mounted ring (5).
  9. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to claim 1,
    characterised in that,
    a decorative ring (10) can additionally be attached, clipped or locked onto the cover ring (7).
  10. Front-loading laundry treatment appliance (1) according to claim 9,
    characterised in that,
    in section, the cover ring (7) and the decorative ring (10) assume, with regard to the shape of the profile thereof, the form of an L and have an obtuse angle in the upper region (7b, 10b) and have an at least approximately 90° angle in the lower region (7a, 10a).

    characterised in that
    the interior recesses (9) and the door window edge form a bayonet-type locking means, it being possible to clip the cover ring (7) to the exterior of the collar (8).
