Description

The invention relates to a visor arrangement with a visor body for a fitting, with a first visor acting at least as a decorative element and a second visor body which has a second visor.

From the prior art, panels are known which are arranged in particular on door fittings and / or corner fittings of doors or walls, in particular made of glass. These screens are made of metal, sheet metal and are often three-dimensionally shaped, with the shaping having to be individually adapted with respect to the component. In addition, it has been shown to be disadvantageous that the manufacturing process for such panels is difficult, expensive and inflexible with regard to the overall manufacturing process. In addition to the relatively high weight of the panel, it is disadvantageous that complicated fastening connections are often necessary in order to reliably arrange the panel on the fitting.

Trade a plastic injection molded part or a 3D printed part. The carrier element has one or more fastening means which are suitable for reliably fixing the visor body on the fitting. The panel can be used in particular for a fitting for glass doors or glass walls.

The formation of the carrier material from plastic includes an only partial formation from plastic. So z. B. on the plastic a surface layer, z. B. a lacquer or a laminate can be arranged. Additionally or alternatively, the carrier material may be reinforcing material, e.g. B. carbon fibers. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the carrier material is made entirely of plastic.

Advantageously, a cover that is configured identically for different fittings can be used, with a corresponding carrier element made of plastic being used, which is connected to the cover, depending on the geometry of the fitting. The first panel body is composed of at least the first decorative panel and the first carrier element. The first panel and the first carrier element can, for example, be made from a common body, which means that the panel and carrier element form a monolithic, common component. As a result, this component, which is made of plastic, can make a significant contribution to weight reduction. Appropriate fastening means ensure that the first visor body can be fastened to the fitting quickly without any significant assembly effort. It is also conceivable that different fastening means are arranged, in particular on the first panel and / or on the first carrier element, which justify their fastening function depending on different fittings. This means that a visor body can be standardized in order to be arranged on different geometries of fittings. The fastening means can advantageously be arranged at different positions on the first visor body, their function as fastening means being required or not depending on the geometry of the fitting.

It can be advantageous for the first panel and the first carrier element to be made from different components, the first carrier element being fastened to the first panel via connecting elements. In this exemplary embodiment, too, a cover that is configured the same for different fittings can be used, which is fastened to the first carrier element, wherein, for example, the first carrier element has at least one fastening means in order to fix the first cover body to the fitting.

Zum einen lassen sich derartige Befestigungsmittel einfach herstellen, insbesondere alsIt is also advantageous if the fastening means forms a common, monolithic component with the first carrier element and / or the fastening means is connected to one another in one piece with the first carrier element. The number of components on a visor body can thus be reduced, and it has advantageously been shown that this makes it possible to achieve simple assembly of the first visor body on the fitting. In addition, the manufacturing costs can be reduced if the fastening means is integrated on the first carrier element It is also advantageous if the first fastening means has a latching element and / or a clip element. On the one hand, such fastening means can be produced easily, in particular as

Kunststoffspritzgussbauteil. Plastic injection molded component. Another advantage is that fastening means of this type are particularly conducive to simple assembly.

In addition, it is conceivable that the first screen is made of a material made of metal and / or glass and / or wood and / or leather and / or plastic. In this way, a visor body can be provided which can meet the most varied of design requirements. A metallic panel is characterized by its high stability, the metal also providing an increased protective function for the fitting. If the cover body is used on glass walls / glass doors, a cover made of glass can make sense, as a result of which a uniform overall appearance can be achieved. The cover made of plastic can have different designs, in particular be made from one or various colors. In a possible embodiment of a panel made of plastic, it can be provided according to the invention that the surface of the panel is coated, wherein the color and / or the material of the coating can be adapted according to the area of application and / or customer requirements.

In addition, the invention can include that the first panel has and / or is a flat plate element which has a front side and a rear side, the rear side facing the first carrier element, in particular the rear side being fastened to the carrier element. For example, attachment of the first screen / plate element to the first carrier element can be effectively achieved by means of connecting elements which are provided on the first panel and / or on the plate element and / or on the first carrier element.

According to the invention, the first carrier element is designed with a cavity in which the fitting can be at least partially received, the cavity being delimited by a circumferential wall. Furthermore, the cavity is delimited by a base of the first carrier element. One advantage of the cavity is that a compact overall arrangement of the visor body with the fitting can be created. In the assembled state, the fitting is at least partially in the cavity, i.e. it is received there in the cavity. The wall at least partially covers the fitting, which thus serves as a privacy screen with regard to the fitting. It is therefore conceivable that the carrier element serves as a type of housing for the fitting, which, among other things, can have a certain protective function.

In a measure improving the invention, it can be provided that the first carrier element is arranged on the first panel in such a way that the first carrier element is visible from the outside. It is conceivable that the first carrier element is visible on at least one side of the first visor body, preferably on at least two sides of the first visor body, particularly preferably on at least three sides of the first visor body. The first carrier element can also be visible on four sides of the visor body. The first carrier element is preferably on a front side of the first visor body invisible. In particular, a front side of the first screen can form the front side of the first screen body. The sides of the first screen can particularly preferably be visible on the sides of the first screen body.

In particular, the first panel can be arranged on the first carrier element in such a way that the bottom is covered by the first panel and / or the wall is at least partially visible from the outside in the assembled state on the fitting. One advantage here is that material is saved with regard to the first panel can be, since the first carrier element is positioned between the first panel and the fitting and thus the first panel does not have to extend up to the fitting. An additional effect is that a floating impression of the first aperture is created for the viewer. The floating impression is reinforced by the fact that the first screen and the first carrier element differ in color and / or material.

It is also advantageous that the bottom serves as a contact element for the first panel. The wall can at least partially shield and cover the fitting from the outside.

Hierbei schließt sich insbesondere kein weiterer Blendenkörper an den Eckbereich an.Furthermore, the invention can include that the first screen and the first carrier element are designed such that the first screen body has at least one rounded corner area and / or has at least one angular corner area. The rounded corner area has the advantage of eliminating the risk of injury. The angular corner area, which is preferably arranged on the inside on the first panel and therefore also does not pose a risk of injury, has the advantage that there is as little material loss as possible during manufacture. In contrast to the angular corner area, the rounded corner area or areas are located on the outside of the first panel. “Inwardly” is understood to mean, in particular, a corner area which is designed to be arranged facing an edge of the wall or the door. Here, in particular, a further visor body can adjoin the corner area. “Outside” is understood to mean, in particular, a corner area which is designed to be arranged facing away from an edge of the wall or the door. This includes in particular no further cover body on the corner area.

Zusätzlich hat sich gezeigt, dass durch das nicht sichtbare Befestigungsmittel ein elegantes Design für den ersten Blendenkörper geschaffen werden kannIt is also advantageous that the fastening means is designed on the first carrier element in such a way that the fastening means is invisible from the outside, in particular that the fastening means is located in the cavity. A significant advantage is that a manipulation protection is effectively installed on the first visor body as a result. In addition, it has been shown that the non-visible fastening means can create an elegant design for the first visor body

Furthermore, the first carrier element provides that the wall has the at least one fastening means. It has proven useful to provide the at least one fastening means on the circumferential wall, since this creates favorable fastening options for the fitting.

In addition, the invention comprises that the first carrier element has a plurality of fastening means, the fastening means being designed such that at least two fastening means differ in their holding force on the fitting when they are installed on the fitting. This creates a simple attachment of the first visor body to the fitting. In addition, with the features mentioned, a secure hold of the first visor body on the fitting can be achieved. For example, it can be provided that a fastening means with a greater holding force is used, the fitter initially using this fastening means to insert the first visor body on the fitting. Is the desired position of the first visor body on the fitting with respect to the aforementioned When the fastening means are created, the remaining part of the first visor body can be moved and / or pivoted towards the fitting, the fastening means with the higher holding force always remaining in contact with the fitting. A second fastener with a lower holding force is elastically deformed when the first visor body is moved into its final assembly position. When the final assembly position of the first visor body is reached, the fastening means with the lower holding force springs back towards its basic position, whereby both fastening means, the one with the larger and the one with the smaller holding force, ensure a secure hold of the first visor body on the fitting.

In addition, it can be advantageous for the at least one fastening means to protrude into the cavity. A compact construction of the first visor body is thus achieved, with a design advantage also being achieved since the fastening means are invisible from the outside.

It is also advantageous that the first carrier element is designed like a frame. Such a geometric configuration of the first carrier element favors that a reliable fastening effect is achieved on various sides of the fitting. The geometry of the first carrier element is advantageously adapted to the geometry of the fitting
The invention can also include that the course of the first carrier element is adapted to the outer contour of the first screen, in particular that the screen has a geometric shape that is rectangular or square or angular or L-shaped. In addition, it is conceivable that the course of the first carrier element is interrupted at least on one side. It is advantageous that there can be functional elements within the fitting that at least consist of the first visor body can partially protrude. In order to make this possible, it can be advantageous for the first carrier element to be designed to be open at least on one side, in particular to be interrupted on one side.

A further advantage of the invention can provide that the wall has at least four wall sides, wherein in particular at least two opposite wall sides have the fastening means, in particular only two wall sides have the fastening means. Surprisingly, it has been shown that a reliable fastening effect can already be achieved if fastening means are provided on only two wall sides.

The fastening means can advantageously be arranged along the longitudinal extent of the first visor body. In addition, it is conceivable that each fastening means is assigned an opening on the first carrier element, the bottom in particular having the opening. The openings are created by a simple injection molding process, which simplifies the manufacturing process for the first carrier element. This means that no slides are required in the tool of the injection molding process.

The invention can also include the fact that the first panel is positively and / or non-positively and / or materially connected to the first carrier element, in particular at least one connection element invisible from the outside ensures that there is a reliable attachment between the first panel and the first carrier element . In addition to a latching connection and / or clip connection between the first carrier element and the first panel, an adhesive medium is alternatively or additionally conceivable as a connecting element. It has proven to be advantageous to achieve a good fastening effect when the first screen is made of glass and to use an adhesive medium as a connecting element between the screen and the carrier element. If the first panel is made of a metal, it can be advantageous to use a force-locking and / or form-locking one Use the connection between the panel and the carrier element.

Also is the second visor body 10a 'arranged on a further second fitting 1b, which is also explicitly not from Figure 1 can be seen. The second component 1b is partially covered by the second visor body 10a '. The first 10a and the second visor body 10a ′ have several corner regions 11, 12, the corner regions 12 of the first visor body 10a facing the second component 1b being designed as angular corner regions 12. The corner areas 11 of the first visor body 10a, which face away from the second component 1b, are designed as rounded corner areas 11, which are also shown in FIG Figure 4 , Figure 5 and Figure 9 is shown. The first screen body 10a ′ is arranged on a movable door element 5. The second screen body 10a is fastened to stationary wall elements 4. The fittings 1a, 1b, which are each covered by the visor bodies 10a, 10a ', can have different technical functions. For example, it is conceivable that an axis of rotation is arranged in one of the fittings 1a, 1b or a bolt that can provide locking, etc. According to FIG Figure 1 the visor body 10a 'is angled, in particular L-shaped.

According to all the exemplary embodiments, the first visor body 10 is designed for a fitting 1, in particular for a fitting 1 or a corner fitting, the first visor body 10 having at least a first visor 20 and a first carrier element 40, which relates to all the exemplary embodiments. According to Figure 4 the panel 20 has a plate element 23, with a front side 21 and a rear side 22. The plate element 23 can be fastened to a carrier element 40. In the rear view according to Figure 5 it is made clear that the carrier element 40 has a cavity 42 in which fastening means 41 are arranged, which serve to fasten the carrier element 40 to the fitting 1, which is for example shown in FIG Figure 3 , Figure 8 or Figure 13 is shown.

The carrier element 40 has a wall 43 which is designed circumferentially and is frame-like. In addition, the carrier element 40 is designed with a base 44, which serves as a contact surface for the panel 20, in particular the plate element 23, and for the fitting 1.

The carrier element has various wall sides 45, with only two opposite wall sides 45 having the fastening means 41 in the exemplary embodiments. The bottom 44 has an inner side 47 which faces the fitting 1. Furthermore, the bottom 44 has an outer side 48 which is assigned to or facing the panel 20, in particular the plate element 23. The plate element 23, in particular the screen 20, is and / or is attached to the carrier element 40 in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner, which applies to all exemplary embodiments, with an exception in FIG Figure 11 is shown, in which the outer side 48 of the carrier element 40 has a recess 49 into which a connecting element 60, in particular an adhesive medium 50 can be introduced, so that when the panel 20, in particular the plate element 23 is in contact with the outer side 48 of the carrier element 40, a reliable cohesive connection can be produced. It is also conceivable that according to Figure 11 In addition, there is a non-positive and / or positive connection between the carrier element 40 and the panel 20, in particular the plate element 23.

In Figure 2, Figure 3 , Figure 5 Connection elements 60 are shown which are arranged on the panel 20, in particular on the plate element 23, in order to establish a force-fitting and / or form-fitting connection with the carrier element 40. The connecting elements 60 can be attached to the panel 20, in particular to the plate element, for example by means of a welding process 23, which in Figure 12 and Figure 14 is shown schematically, which will be discussed below.

The visor body 10 has counter-locking elements 63 on the carrier element 40, which are designed as elastic wing elements. Figure 10 shows by way of example for all exemplary embodiments that the counter-locking element 63 also includes an opening 68 into which the locking element 61 engages. The latching element 61 advantageously has a thread which is made up of a large number of recesses, whereby at least a form fit with the wing elements 67 of the counter-latching element 63 takes place. A reliable fastening effect is thus achieved between the plate element 23 or the panel 20 and the carrier element 40.

As can be seen from all of the representations in the figures, the carrier element 40 has one or more recesses 51, which serve to create a free space for functional elements of the fitting 1. The embodiment according to Figure 2 , Figure 7 , Figure 8 , Figure 6 corresponds essentially to the visor body 10 according to the figures described above, the visor body 10 having a rectangular configuration instead of an L-shape. In all of the configurations, the carrier element 40 is designed like a frame, with at least one point or area being interrupted. One of the reasons for this is that it enables functional elements of the fitting 1 to protrude through this area, which is exemplified in FIG Figure 13 or Figure 9 is shown. In Figure 13 an element 1 of the fitting 1 is shown, which protrudes through the opening of the carrier element 40. In Figure 9 a stop element 6 is shown which protrudes like a projection from the panel arrangement. This stop 6 can be a door stop, in particular for the door 5 according to FIG Figure 1 .

Figure 8 shows a device with a visor body, in which only the carrier element 40 is shown, the carrier element 40 being attachable to a fitting 1. The fitting 1 has a recess 8 into which the carrier element 40 extends with its base 44. This means that the geometry of the recess 8 is adapted accordingly to the geometry of the floor, so that a compact overall unit is created in the assembled state.

In the Figure 2, Figure 3 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 , Figure 10 , Figure 11 and Figure 13 the visor body 10 is designed with a protective element 30 which covers and protects the fitting 1 at the side. The first screen body 10a has a first screen 20a on which a first frame element 40a is arranged. In addition, a second screen body 10b comprises a second screen 20b on which a second frame element 40b is arranged. The first frame element 40a has the protective element 30, which extends in the manner of a projection in the direction of the second visor body 10b, in particular the second frame element 40b. Here, the protective element 30 is located below the second frame element 40b. An asymmetrical assembly is thus formed in relation to both diaphragm bodies 10a, 10b. The carrier elements 40a, 40b are arranged on the fitting 1 at a distance from one another. The protective element 30 also connects the first carrier element 40a to the second carrier element 40b. Especially in Figure 2 it becomes clear that at least on one side of the carrier element 40 the circumferential wall 43 has an oblique course to the floor 44. The inclined course can be seen there on the carrier element 40, where the reference number 43 of the carrier element 40b points. The carrier element 40a, 40 has several sides which are formed by the wall 43, one side 52 being the protective side 52 is formed, which has the protective element 30. This side 52 is also formed at an angle to the floor 44.

In Figure 12 and Figure 14 it is shown, for example, how a panel 20 is produced, in particular in order to arrange connecting elements 60 on the plate element 23 on the panel 20. First of all, the plate element 23 is produced, the plate element 23 being made from a metal in accordance with the exemplary embodiment shown, without bending. In a step A, the connecting element 60 is arranged on the panel 20 by a welding process. According to step a), the connecting element and the plate element 23 are melted in a step c), a melt 64 being formed. The connecting element 60 is then guided into the melt 64 of the plate element 23, which takes place in a step d). In step c), which is shown in Figure 12b As shown, there is a distance between the connecting element 60 and the plate element 23. A lifting device 65 is provided in order to bring the connecting element 60 towards the plate element 23. The connecting element 60 has a tapered free end 62, as well as a thread 61, which is made from a plurality of depressions, whereby the thread 61 is thus formed from a plurality of locking elements 61, which when attached to the frame element 40 with the counter-locking elements 63 interact and thus form a reliable locking connection. Above the free end 62, the connecting element 60 has a collar element 66, which is used as a positioning aid in step d) ( Figure 12 ) works. According to the Figures 14 according to step a), the connecting element 60 is arranged on the flat plate element 20 by a welding process. Subsequently, according to step b), the carrier element 40 is fastened to the panel 20. Figure 14b shows that step c) takes place during step a), in which both the connecting element 60 and the plate element 23 are melted and a melt 64 is formed on the plate element 23 and the connecting element 60. The connecting element 60 is then guided into the melt 64 of the plate element 23 in a step d). According to Figure 12c it is shown that step d) can already be carried out during step c).

Figure 11 shows that the carrier element 40 can have openings 46 which are assigned to each fastening means 41. These openings 46 are the result of an inexpensive injection molding process in order to efficiently create the fastening means 41. Figure 1 to Figure 3 as Figure 13 show that a wall element 4 or a door element 5 can be effectively received by the device with two visor bodies 10. It has been shown to be particularly advantageous that the ratio V of material thickness M of panel 20 and depth M + T of panel body 10 is approximately 5% V 35%, see FIG. Figure 3 . The depth T denotes the depth of the carrier element 40 Figure 3 the screen 20 and the carrier element 40 are shown slightly spaced apart in order to be able to show the connecting elements 60. In an assembled state, the panel 20 lies flush against the carrier element 40, so that the depth of the entire panel body 10 results from the depth M + T. If the screen 20 is made of a metal, the following ratio V is proposed according to the invention: 10% V 25%, which is particularly advantageous. If the diaphragm 20 is made of a glass, the ratio V 15% V 35% has proven to be particularly advantageous.

The length of the protective element 30 is dimensioned such that different geometries of fittings 1 can be covered by the visor body 10. According to Figure 10 the wall 43 of the second carrier element 40b has a length LR which extends in the direction of the first carrier element 40a. The length LS of the protective element 30 is advantageously 30% LR LS 200% LR. According to Figure 6 the protective element 30 has a width extension B which is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal extension L, the width extension B being 40% BS B 80% BS, where BS is the longitudinal extension of the protective side 52. In this way, a reliable variability can be achieved in the visor body 10 in order to accommodate different geometries of fittings 1.
