Description
The invention relates to a visor arrangement with a visor body for a fitting, with a first visor acting at least as a decorative element and a second visor body which has a second visor.
From the prior art, panels are known which are arranged in particular on door fittings and / or corner fittings of doors or walls, in particular made of glass. These screens are made of metal, sheet metal and are often three-dimensionally shaped, with the shaping having to be individually adapted with respect to the component. In addition, it has been shown to be disadvantageous that the manufacturing process for such panels is difficult, expensive and inflexible with regard to the overall manufacturing process. In addition to the relatively high weight of the panel, it is disadvantageous that complicated fastening connections are often necessary in order to reliably arrange the panel on the fitting.

According to the invention, a first carrier element for the first panel is proposed, which can be easily adapted to different geometries of the fitting, the carrier element being made of a plastic, whereby the total weight can be reduced significantly. For example, the carrier element can be a
Trade a plastic injection molded part or a 3D printed part. The carrier element has one or more fastening means which are suitable for reliably fixing the visor body on the fitting. The panel can be used in particular for a fitting for glass doors or glass walls.
The formation of the carrier material from plastic includes an only partial formation from plastic. So z. B. on the plastic a surface layer, z. B. a lacquer or a laminate can be arranged. Additionally or alternatively, the carrier material may be reinforcing material, e.g. B. carbon fibers. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the carrier material is made entirely of plastic.
Advantageously, a cover that is configured identically for different fittings can be used, with a corresponding carrier element made of plastic being used, which is connected to the cover, depending on the geometry of the fitting. The first panel body is composed of at least the first decorative panel and the first carrier element. The first panel and the first carrier element can, for example, be made from a common body, which means that the panel and carrier element form a monolithic, common component. As a result, this component, which is made of plastic, can make a significant contribution to weight reduction. Appropriate fastening means ensure that the first visor body can be fastened to the fitting quickly without any significant assembly effort. It is also conceivable that different fastening means are arranged, in particular on the first panel and / or on the first carrier element, which justify their fastening function depending on different fittings. This means that a visor body can be standardized in order to be arranged on different geometries of fittings. The fastening means can advantageously be arranged at different positions on the first visor body, their function as fastening means being required or not depending on the geometry of the fitting.
It can be advantageous for the first panel and the first carrier element to be made from different components, the first carrier element being fastened to the first panel via connecting elements. In this exemplary embodiment, too, a cover that is configured the same for different fittings can be used, which is fastened to the first carrier element, wherein, for example, the first carrier element has at least one fastening means in order to fix the first cover body to the fitting.
Zum einen lassen sich derartige Befestigungsmittel einfach herstellen, insbesondere alsIt is also advantageous if the fastening means forms a common, monolithic component with the first carrier element and / or the fastening means is connected to one another in one piece with the first carrier element. The number of components on a visor body can thus be reduced, and it has advantageously been shown that this makes it possible to achieve simple assembly of the first visor body on the fitting. In addition, the manufacturing costs can be reduced if the fastening means is integrated on the first carrier element It is also advantageous if the first fastening means has a latching element and / or a clip element. On the one hand, such fastening means can be produced easily, in particular as
Kunststoffspritzgussbauteil. Plastic injection molded component. Another advantage is that fastening means of this type are particularly conducive to simple assembly.
In addition, it is conceivable that the first screen is made of a material made of metal and / or glass and / or wood and / or leather and / or plastic. In this way, a visor body can be provided which can meet the most varied of design requirements. A metallic panel is characterized by its high stability, the metal also providing an increased protective function for the fitting. If the cover body is used on glass walls / glass doors, a cover made of glass can make sense, as a result of which a uniform overall appearance can be achieved. The cover made of plastic can have different designs, in particular be made from one or various colors. In a possible embodiment of a panel made of plastic, it can be provided according to the invention that the surface of the panel is coated, wherein the color and / or the material of the coating can be adapted according to the area of application and / or customer requirements.
In addition, the invention can include that the first panel has and / or is a flat plate element which has a front side and a rear side, the rear side facing the first carrier element, in particular the rear side being fastened to the carrier element. For example, attachment of the first screen / plate element to the first carrier element can be effectively achieved by means of connecting elements which are provided on the first panel and / or on the plate element and / or on the first carrier element.
According to the invention, the first carrier element is designed with a cavity in which the fitting can be at least partially received, the cavity being delimited by a circumferential wall. Furthermore, the cavity is delimited by a base of the first carrier element. One advantage of the cavity is that a compact overall arrangement of the visor body with the fitting can be created. In the assembled state, the fitting is at least partially in the cavity, i.e. it is received there in the cavity. The wall at least partially covers the fitting, which thus serves as a privacy screen with regard to the fitting. It is therefore conceivable that the carrier element serves as a type of housing for the fitting, which, among other things, can have a certain protective function.
In a measure improving the invention, it can be provided that the first carrier element is arranged on the first panel in such a way that the first carrier element is visible from the outside. It is conceivable that the first carrier element is visible on at least one side of the first visor body, preferably on at least two sides of the first visor body, particularly preferably on at least three sides of the first visor body. The first carrier element can also be visible on four sides of the visor body. The first carrier element is preferably on a front side of the first visor body invisible. In particular, a front side of the first screen can form the front side of the first screen body. The sides of the first screen can particularly preferably be visible on the sides of the first screen body.
In particular, the first panel can be arranged on the first carrier element in such a way that the bottom is covered by the first panel and / or the wall is at least partially visible from the outside in the assembled state on the fitting. One advantage here is that material is saved with regard to the first panel can be, since the first carrier element is positioned between the first panel and the fitting and thus the first panel does not have to extend up to the fitting. An additional effect is that a floating impression of the first aperture is created for the viewer. The floating impression is reinforced by the fact that the first screen and the first carrier element differ in color and / or material.
It is also advantageous that the bottom serves as a contact element for the first panel. The wall can at least partially shield and cover the fitting from the outside.
Hierbei schließt sich insbesondere kein weiterer Blendenkörper an den Eckbereich an.Furthermore, the invention can include that the first screen and the first carrier element are designed such that the first screen body has at least one rounded corner area and / or has at least one angular corner area. The rounded corner area has the advantage of eliminating the risk of injury. The angular corner area, which is preferably arranged on the inside on the first panel and therefore also does not pose a risk of injury, has the advantage that there is as little material loss as possible during manufacture. In contrast to the angular corner area, the rounded corner area or areas are located on the outside of the first panel. “Inwardly” is understood to mean, in particular, a corner area which is designed to be arranged facing an edge of the wall or the door. Here, in particular, a further visor body can adjoin the corner area. “Outside” is understood to mean, in particular, a corner area which is designed to be arranged facing away from an edge of the wall or the door. This includes in particular no further cover body on the corner area.
Zusätzlich hat sich gezeigt, dass durch das nicht sichtbare Befestigungsmittel ein elegantes Design für den ersten Blendenkörper geschaffen werden kannIt is also advantageous that the fastening means is designed on the first carrier element in such a way that the fastening means is invisible from the outside, in particular that the fastening means is located in the cavity. A significant advantage is that a manipulation protection is effectively installed on the first visor body as a result. In addition, it has been shown that the non-visible fastening means can create an elegant design for the first visor body
Furthermore, the first carrier element provides that the wall has the at least one fastening means. It has proven useful to provide the at least one fastening means on the circumferential wall, since this creates favorable fastening options for the fitting.
In addition, the invention comprises that the first carrier element has a plurality of fastening means, the fastening means being designed such that at least two fastening means differ in their holding force on the fitting when they are installed on the fitting. This creates a simple attachment of the first visor body to the fitting. In addition, with the features mentioned, a secure hold of the first visor body on the fitting can be achieved. For example, it can be provided that a fastening means with a greater holding force is used, the fitter initially using this fastening means to insert the first visor body on the fitting. Is the desired position of the first visor body on the fitting with respect to the aforementioned When the fastening means are created, the remaining part of the first visor body can be moved and / or pivoted towards the fitting, the fastening means with the higher holding force always remaining in contact with the fitting. A second fastener with a lower holding force is elastically deformed when the first visor body is moved into its final assembly position. When the final assembly position of the first visor body is reached, the fastening means with the lower holding force springs back towards its basic position, whereby both fastening means, the one with the larger and the one with the smaller holding force, ensure a secure hold of the first visor body on the fitting.
In addition, it can be advantageous for the at least one fastening means to protrude into the cavity. A compact construction of the first visor body is thus achieved, with a design advantage also being achieved since the fastening means are invisible from the outside.
It is also advantageous that the first carrier element is designed like a frame. Such a geometric configuration of the first carrier element favors that a reliable fastening effect is achieved on various sides of the fitting. The geometry of the first carrier element is advantageously adapted to the geometry of the fitting
The invention can also include that the course of the first carrier element is adapted to the outer contour of the first screen, in particular that the screen has a geometric shape that is rectangular or square or angular or L-shaped. In addition, it is conceivable that the course of the first carrier element is interrupted at least on one side. It is advantageous that there can be functional elements within the fitting that at least consist of the first visor body can partially protrude. In order to make this possible, it can be advantageous for the first carrier element to be designed to be open at least on one side, in particular to be interrupted on one side.
A further advantage of the invention can provide that the wall has at least four wall sides, wherein in particular at least two opposite wall sides have the fastening means, in particular only two wall sides have the fastening means. Surprisingly, it has been shown that a reliable fastening effect can already be achieved if fastening means are provided on only two wall sides.
The fastening means can advantageously be arranged along the longitudinal extent of the first visor body. In addition, it is conceivable that each fastening means is assigned an opening on the first carrier element, the bottom in particular having the opening. The openings are created by a simple injection molding process, which simplifies the manufacturing process for the first carrier element. This means that no slides are required in the tool of the injection molding process.
The invention can also include the fact that the first panel is positively and / or non-positively and / or materially connected to the first carrier element, in particular at least one connection element invisible from the outside ensures that there is a reliable attachment between the first panel and the first carrier element . In addition to a latching connection and / or clip connection between the first carrier element and the first panel, an adhesive medium is alternatively or additionally conceivable as a connecting element. It has proven to be advantageous to achieve a good fastening effect when the first screen is made of glass and to use an adhesive medium as a connecting element between the screen and the carrier element. If the first panel is made of a metal, it can be advantageous to use a force-locking and / or form-locking one Use the connection between the panel and the carrier element.
