Claims (13)
- Mélange pour éliminer le calcaire, nettoyer et/ou désinfecter, comprenant au moins 25 % en poids d'acide citrique, rapportés à la quantité totale du mélange, et au moins 0,1 à 75 % en poids, rapportés à la quantité totale du mélange, d'un mélange additionnel comportant de l'acide malique et/ou de l'acide tartrique.
- Mélange selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport pondéral de l'acide malique à l'acide tartrique est compris dans un intervalle d'environ 1 : 6 à env. 6:1.
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ce dernier comprend en outre au moins un tampon.
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mélange comprend au moins 75 % en poids d'acide citrique et au moins 3 % en poids du mélange additionnel.
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mélange additionnel comprend de 1 à 30 % en poids d'acide malique et de 0,5 à 10 % en poids d'acide tartrique.
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ce dernier est soluble dans l'eau.
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la concentration de cette solution est comprise dans un intervalle d'environ 10 g/l à environ 150 g/l.
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant 89 à 96 % en poids d'acide citrique et 4 à 11 % en poids du mélange additionnel, consistant en 3 à 9 % en poids d'acide malique et 1 à 7 % en poids d'acide tartrique.
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant 12 à 27 % en poids du mélange additionnel, comprenant 10 à 20 % en poids d'acide malique et 2 à 7 % en poids d'acide tartrique
- Mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci comporte 0,5 à 5 % en poids de tampon.
- Composition liquide comprenant un mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, ainsi qu'au moins un solvant.
- Composition liquide selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que l'eau est choisie comme solvant.
- Utilisation d'un mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, respectivement d'une composition liquide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 ou 12 à l'élimination du calcaire, au nettoyage et/ou à la désinfection de surfaces de toute sorte.
