Claims (15)

  1. Fenster- oder Türstruktur, die zur Montage in einer Öffnung in einer Wand geeignet ist, welche Fenster- oder Türstruktur einen festen Rahmen (50;170) umfasst, die vom Typ mit einer Nut (51;171) ist, die entlang zumindest eines Teils der äußeren Peripherie des festen Rahmens (1) angeordnet und so angeordnet ist, dass die Längsachse der Nut (2) parallel zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur ist, und wobei die Fenster- oder Türstruktur zumindest eine zur Verbindung des festen Rahmens (50;170) mit der Öffnung geeignete Montagehalterung (1;20;60;70;150) umfasst, welche Montagehalterung (3) einen am festen Rahmen (1) befestigten ersten Bereich (4) und einen zweiten Bereich (5) umfasst, welcher zur Befestigung an der Öffnung eingerichtet ist, wenn die Fenster- oder Türstruktur in der Öffnung montiert ist, und wobei der erste Bereich (4) zumindest einen ersten Flansch (6) und einen zweiten Flansch (7) umfasst, welche aus dem ersten Bereich (4) herausragen, welche Halterung (3) so angeordnet ist, dass die Flansche (6,7) auf der dem festen Rahmen (1) zugewandten Seite der Montagehalterung (3) aus dem ersten Bereich (4) herausragen, welche Flansche (6,7) jeweils auf jeder Seite einer zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur parallelen ersten Ebene (A) angeordnet sind, und wobei der erste Flansch (6) mit zumindest einem Teil einer ersten Innenseite der Nut (2) in Kontakt steht, und der zweite Flansch (7) mit zumindest einem Teil einer der ersten Innenseite der Nut (2) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Innenseite der Nut (2) in Kontakt steht, und wobei die Halterung (3) so angeordnet ist, dass der Kontaktbereich zwischen dem ersten Flansch (6) und der ersten Innenseite der Nut (2) und der Kontaktbereich zwischen dem zweiten Flansch (7) und der zweiten Innenseite der Nut (2) ausschließlich jeweils an jeder Seite einer zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur senkrechten ersten Achse (C) angeordnet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontakt zwischen dem ersten Flansch (6) und der ersten Innenseite der Nut (2) und der Kontakt zwischen dem zweiten Flansch (7) und der zweiten Innenseite der Nut (2), wenn in Querschnitten durch die Flansche (6,7) entlang einer zur Längsachse der Nut (1) senkrechten Ebene gesehen, einen Kontaktweg bilden, wobei der Winkel zwischen der Durchschnittstangente des Kontaktweges und der Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur weniger als 40° beträgt.
  2. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der Flansche (6,7;151,152) der Montagehalterung (1 ;20;60;70;150) so angeordnet ist, dass die Dimension des Flansches, die parallel zur Längsachse der Nut (1) ist, mit der die Halterung (2) verbunden ist, größer ist als die Dimension des Flansches, die senkrecht zur Längsachse der Nut (51) und parallel zur Ebene der Montagehalterung (2) ist.
  3. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagehalterung (1;20;60;70;150) so angeordnet ist, dass ein Vektor zwischen einem Punkt an dem ersten Flansch (6;151) und einem Punkt an dem zweiten Flansch (7;152) eine Komponente in einer Richtung parallel zur Längsachse der Nut (51;171) aufweist, mit der die Halterung (2) verbunden ist, die zumindest zweimal so groß wie die Breite der Nut (1) ist.
  4. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse des Kontaktbereichs zwischen dem ersten Flansch (6;106;151) und der ersten Innenseite (103) der Nut (51;102;171) und die Längsachse des Kontaktbereichs zwischen dem zweiten Flansch (7;107;152) und der zweiten Innenseite (104) der Nut (51;102;171) parallel zueinander und zur Längsachse der Nut (3) sind.
  5. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbereich zwischen dem ersten Flansch (6;106;151) und der ersten Innenseite (103) der Nut (51;102;171), die einen Winkel von weniger als 45 Grad zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur bildet, und/oder der Kontaktbereich zwischen dem zweiten Flansch (7;107;152) und der zweiten Innenseite (104) der Nut (51;102;171), die einen Winkel von weniger als 45 Grad zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur bildet, größer als 20 mm2 sind/ist.
  6. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagehalterung (1;20;60;70;150) aus einem Metallplattenelement (2) gebildet ist, und dass die Flansche (6,7;151,152) gestanzt und von der Ebene der Halterung (1) weggebogen sind.
  7. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagehalterung (1;20;60;70;150) so angeordnet ist, dass zumindest ein Flansch (6,7;151,152) ein reibungserhöhendes Element (9,10,11;63,64;155,156) aufweist, das zur Erhöhung der Reibung zwischen dem Flansch (2) und der Seite der Nut (51;171) eingerichtet ist, mit welcher der Flansch (2) in Kontakt steht, wobei sich die Reibung in der zur Längsachse der Nut (3) parallelen Richtung erhöht.
  8. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagehalterung (1;20;60;70;150) so angeordnet ist, dass zumindest ein Flansch (6,7;151,152) ein reibungserhöhendes Element (9,10,11;63,64;155,156) aufweist, das zur Erhöhung der Reibung zwischen dem Flansch (2) und der Seite der Nut (51;171) eingerichtet ist, mit welcher der Flansch (2) in Kontakt steht, wobei sich die Reibung in der zur Längsachse der Nut (3) senkrechten und zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur parallelen Richtung erhöht.
  9. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das reibungserhöhende Element (9,10,11;63,64;155,156) ein Vorsprung ist, welcher am Flansch (1) befestigt ist, und welcher aus dem Flansch (1) in einer Richtung herausragt, aufweisend eine Komponente, die senkrecht zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur ist, welcher Vorsprung so angeordnet ist, dass er in eine Aussparung in der Innenseite der Nut (51 ;171) des Rahmenelements hineinragt.
  10. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 7-9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (9;63,64;155,156) die Form eines Hakens aufweist, welcher in den festen Rahmen (50;170) einschneidet, wenn die Montagehalterung (2) am festen Rahmen (50;170) montiert ist.
  11. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Flansche (6,7;151,152) der Montagehalterung (2) so angeordnet sind, dass der Maximalabstand zwischen den Flanschen (1), wenn die Montagehalterung (1;20;60;70;150) so gehalten ist, dass sich die erste Achse (C) in einem Winkel zur einer zur Ebene der Fenster-oder Türstruktur senkrechten Achse befindet, in einer Richtung, die senkrecht zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur ist, kleiner ist, als wenn die Halterung (2) so gehalten ist, dass die erste Achse parallel zur Achse ist, die senkrecht zur Fenster- oder Türstruktur ist.
  12. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (51) im festen Rahmen (50) eine Schwalbenschwanznut (51) ist, wobei die Innenseiten der Nut (51) jeweils einen Winkel zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur von zwischen 5 und 45 Grad bilden.
  13. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (171) im festen Rahmen (170) eine Rechtecknut (171) ist, wobei die zwei gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten der Nut (171) jeweils einen Winkel zur Ebene der Fenster- oder Türstruktur von 0 Grad bilden.
  14. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Flansche (6,7) der Montagehalterung (1;20;60;70;150) so angeordnet sind, dass die Außenflächen der Flansche (6,7) gegen die Innenseiten der Nut (51;171) drücken.
  15. Fenster- oder Türstruktur nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Rahmen (50;170) einen Holzteil oder einen Verbundwerkstoffteil umfasst, und dass die Nut (51;171) im Holz-oder Verbundwerkstoffteil des festen Rahmens (50;170) platziert ist.
