Description

The invention relates to a locking device for sliding doors of aircraft, in particular of helicopters according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such serving for the approach of the pilot or for boarding passengers sliding doors are, similar to land vehicles, laterally guided laterally along the outer surface of the fuselage structure over lateral guide rails to the height of the door opening and then suitably bent ends of the guide rails in the door opening drawn. For this purpose, the sliding door is to be moved by hand and also to lock in the closed position by hand. In contrast to land vehicles, in the case of aircraft, the doors provided there within the openings provided in the fuselage structure must be securely entrenched and closed. The closure of such sliding doors therefore requires three consecutive manual operations, namely closing the door, holding the door in this state and then locking it. For this purpose, at least two door locks are connected to the door structure, whose tumblers cooperating with fastenings attached to the fuselage structure can be actuated together by means of a suitable linkage having a handle. Thus, when closing such doors, special skill is required for the last two manipulations, since the respective door must be held firmly in place during locking in the closed position. If the door has not been pushed closed enough, it can happen that one or the other lock is "in the void" and therefore the affected door is not properly closed. As a rule, both hands of the person concerned are therefore required for closing the door. The previously known door locks for such sliding doors are obviously user-friendly. Although you have to open the door while standing in front of the helicopter, enough space and freedom of movement for the opening and closing of the door and can perform a drag, hold, press and / or rotate without much difficulty. However, this changes immediately after boarding and seating in the helicopter; due to the limited ergonomics and the fact that z. B. pilot or passenger seats are designed depending on body size forward and upward adjustable, then the operation of such doors is made much more difficult.
The doors of a helicopter make the first contact with the aircraft and thus determine the first impression to the respective user. There is therefore a requirement that doors are self-explanatory of their operability and function and do not already constitute the first manual and / or technical hindrance to entry into the helicopter. The functions of the door lock should also be understandable and logical without additional signs and instructions for everyone.
A generic door locking system for a helicopter door with a translationally movable locking system is known from DE 3 707 324 A1. A disadvantage here proves to be that the helicopter door is locked when locking in the closed position, so that both hands are required to close the door.
From a door closing device for motor vehicles concerned DE 9 311 255 U1 a so-called flap door is known, which assumes a pre-locked position during a closing movement and before reaching the final closed position.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a new Türverriegelungsvor- direction, which is better while maintaining the locking security than previously operated. Starting from a run guided by rails translationally operable sliding door with at least one detent engaging behind, designed as a rack lock latch, this object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.
Further features of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
The new door lock is surprisingly advantageous. With the help of the invention Fangfaile, which is in operative connection with the latch bolt, namely the affected, designed as a sliding door door in the position in which the latch is only in the area of the catch, "caught" before the lock catch comes into effect, so alone by further movement of the lock latch in the firing position, the door can be transferred to its final closed position, without the need for holding / tightening / pressing the door into the manual opening in the fuselage structure. In the transfer of the latch in its final closed position by means of said handle is released via the geared connection between catch and latch, which is inventively designed as a sliding wedge, the catch for a new closing operation.
The inventive design of the door lock facilitates the safe closing of such sliding doors considerably and therefore significantly increases the ease of use for the crew of a helicopter. Also, the ergonomic requirements for the flight crew during flight of the helicopter with open sliding doors for sliding the door in flight are significantly reduced.
Es zeigen:The invention is described below with reference to an embodiment shown more or less schematically in the drawing. Show it:

Of a locking device for the sliding door, not shown, of an aircraft, not shown, in particular a helicopter, is shown in Figs. 1 to 4, only one of the sliding door firmly connected to the locking devices 10. The locking devices are actuated jointly by a handrail, which is likewise not shown, and in each case interact with a fitting 12 having a catch 11 attached to the fuselage structure of the aircraft.
With the structure of the sliding door, not shown, a rack bolt 26 is connected, at the effective end of which is mounted on a spring 15 acted upon in the axial direction by a spring 15 pin 16, the sliding door can be locked. For this purpose, the roller 16 engages behind the detent 1 1 of the attached to the hull structure also not shown fitting 12, which is located on the rear frame profile of the sliding door guide, also not shown. As a catch, the free end 15a of the roller 16 supporting pin 15 of the apparent from Fig. 3 rack bar 26 is used. In the region of the free end 15a of the pin 15 of the rack bolt 26 of the laterally spaced from the fuselage structure guided by guide rails sliding door is attached to the fuselage structure on the rear door frame profile door catch fitting 20. This includes a spring 21 mounted in a base sliding block 22 with a catch bevel 23rd on its surface and an opening bevel 24 which is associated with the side facing away from the pin 15 side surface of the sliding block; see. Figures 3 and 4. About a spring of the sliding block 22 is held in contact with the pin 15 facing side surface 27 of the door catch fitting.
Fig. 2.Since the spring-loaded pin 14 of the rack bolt 26 is mounted longitudinally movable in its axial direction, this can, if the door catch fitting 20 is fixed with respect to the pin 15a aligned to the fuselage structure intended, with its free end 15 when sliding the sliding door by hand the catch bevel 23 of the sliding block 22 move. As mentioned, in this case the sliding door is moved via its guide rails in the region of the door opening in the fuselage structure against the door opening. As a result of this movement, therefore, the sliding door gets caught behind the catching slope 23 of the sliding block 22 of the door catch fitting 20. The sliding door is "caught" in this position, so can not move back into the open position due to accelerations or inclinations of the helicopter. The Einstraken and locking the sliding door in the door opening can now be done without locking the sliding door by hand, solely by moving the handle, not shown, of the rod connected to the rack bar 26 linkage in the closed position. In this case, the free end 15 of the pin 15a moves resiliently behind the opening bevel 24 of the sliding block 22; see. Fig. 2.
When you open the sliding door, so after releasing the rack bolt 26, this is moved in their guide rails out of the door opening. Here pushes the free end 15a of the pin 15, the sliding block 22 via the opening slope 24 against the force of the spring, not shown, from the guide track of the sliding door, so that it is free to move into the open position. After passing through the sliding door, the sliding block 22 resumes its "catching position" as a result of the spring.
