Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif destiné à la fabrication de prototypes et de petites séries de roues dentées avec un outil de dressage en forme de disque (10), une vis de meulage et une meule à profiler
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'outil de dressage en forme de disque (10) présente un flanc de denture prédéterminé (12, 14) ainsi qu'un rayon de tête défini (16), la vis de meulage et la meule à profiler étant dressables par l'outil de dressage (10).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de dressage en forme de disque (10) présente un flanc de denture asymétrique.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un flanc (12) présente un angle de 15° à 25°, de préférence de 20° et en ce que l'autre flanc (14) présente un angle de 10° à 14°, de préférence de 12°.
  4. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le rayon de tête est de 0,3 mm à 1,5 mm, de préférence de 0,5 mm.
  5. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de dressage en forme de disque (10) est renforcé à l'aide d'une substance dure.
  6. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de dressage en forme de disque (10) est doté sur ses flancs (12, 14) d'un gros grain et son rayon d'un grain fin.
  7. Procédé destiné à la fabrication de prototypes et de petites séries de roues dentées avec un dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec les étapes suivantes :
    - Polissage préliminaire d'une vis de meulage au moyen de l'outil de dressage en forme de disque (10) selon la revendication 1,
    - Polissage de finition de la vis de meulage au moyen de l'outil de dressage en forme de disque (10) selon la revendication 1,
    - Polissage d'une meule disposée avec la vis de meulage sur un mandrin d'outil,
    - Meulage de la denture de la roue dentée à fabriquer à l'aide de meule pour taille en développante et/ou à profiler.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir d'une ébauche cylindrique de vis de meulage ou en disque, le profil préliminaire est percé à l'aide d'une meule consommable.
  9. Procédé selon les revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le procédé est exécuté de manière assistée par ordinateur via une commande.
